Unsuccessful cancellation

Hi

I am trying to cancel the rebill since mid January. Inititally I was contacted and I was offered bonus content when I kepp my subscription.I replied and expressed that I still wanted to cancel. Of course there was no reaction from Centrobill and the web form does not seem to work.
I contacted the suport numerous times and I have also tried Nicky from Eurorevenue as the actual content host.
Of course radio silence.
I have been rebilled now and despite numerous submissions via the contact form for refunds on the centrobill website there was no response but auto messages.

Does anybody else has still issues cancelling the subscription?

Questionable Billing: CentroBill

Here's my less than stellar experience with Centrobill. It does have a (sort of) happy ending.

Ten days prior to the re-bill date for an annual German Goo Girls account, I went to the Centrobill website, clicked the 'consumer' button, looked up my GGG account, and clicked the 'cancel' button. Instead of the expected result, the webpage displayed the vague message "Your request has been forwarded to customer service".

No details provided about 'customer service', no contact info, no reference number, no e-mail. A day later I got a teaser e-mail from Marie at e-support24 suggesting "If you stay with us, we'll give you access to some additional sites". I replied with "No thanks - please cancel".

Then: silence.

Several days later and Centrobill still showed the GGG account in the same state: active and set to rebill early in Jan 2014.

I sent e-mails to support at Centrobill (with cc: to e-support24) requesting cancellation status. Autobot e-mail responses received from Centrobill.

Tried calling the 877 number - this appears to be hard-wired to an answering machine. (Centrobill, e-support24 and EuroRevenue all share this same number, btw).

After several more days of silence, I sent more e-mails and got more autobot responses.

Three days after the re-bill date, a charge from Centrobill showed up on my CC account.

I sent another (strongly worded) e-mail. Autobot response.
Note that all e-mails I sent were thread-complete.

Finally (mid-Jan 2014), an e-mail from Marie at e-support24 stating:

We have already processed the issue but it can take a while till you get the refund. Due to bank procedure it will take up to seven business days. In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

The e-mail had no direct contact info for Marie.

Three days after Marie's e-mail, a refund from Centrobill was posted to my CC account. So, yay! to that and Thank You, Marie.

In summary: the Centrobill cancel process and is hard to use and evidently requires support staff to manually process cancellations. E-mails to e-support24 will be answered ... eventually. E-mails to Centrobill support result in semi-useless autobot responses. Calling the Centrobill 877 number is a waste of time and effort.

While Centrobill did eventually make good, they had use of my funds for +10 days. IMO: a questionable business practice.

Though GGG does have interesting content, I'll not do business with them again nor with any other site that uses Centrobill/e-support24.

You may wish to consider this and other related user comments before activating an account with GGG/Centrobill.

Credit card processor problem

Sorry, I'm too lazy to add the following comment to all the sites in their network - Japan HDV,AV Idolz, JAV HQ, My Cute Asian, Asians Bondage, Brutal Asia, Teen Thais. However, the following warning applies to all of them. And further apologies for all of the following minutiae - you can skip the gory details and go to the end if you like.

Japan HDV uses 3 credit card processors, Epoch, SegPay and JAVBill. I used Epoch to initially join with a trial membership with no problem. I also cancelled the membership immediately, a habit which in retrospect, was a mistake since I decided to opt for a monthly membership after the trial. The cancellation was no problem and the transactions with Epoch, as usual, were painless.

The problems began when I tried to rejoin when the trial ended. I made 2 mistakes in doing so. I inadvertently rejoined using the trial membership option again. And I used JAVBill instead of Epoch. My brain must have taken a temporary hiatus. The transaction went through but I couldn't access the site. I could not reach support at Japan HDV for assistance. JAVBill could not provide technical assistance.

I figured heck, it's only $4.95 and I was going to let it go and chalk it up to stupidity. So, I tried again. I rejoined properly using the monthly membership option. However, brain time out number 2! I used SegPay instead of Epoch. Jeez! Actually, I've used SegPay before and didn't have a problem. However, I had the same problem with logging in. I contacted SegPay and they promised to issue a refund. Never happened. However, for whatever reason, the next day my login worked.

But, I was still overcharged $4.95 + $29.95. I'm not sure which credit card processor owes me a refund of $29.95 but JAVBill owes me the refund of $4.95.

Sorry for all the minutiae and you probably don't care about the details. The bottom line is JAVBill is a PITA to deal with and I will forever avoid them. And SegPay is no Epoch in terms of ease to deal with. Support from the site itself was non-existent.

They make it impossible to cancel

First of all, epoch.con is not the billing company. Netbilling.com is. I had to try them all. I tried to cancel through EuroBill, CCbill, Epoch, CommerceGate and Webbiling. The guy on the phone fom epoch told me it wasn't them. Chatting with googirls support I was told to call netbilling. Then netbilling gave me another number to call. I was finally told that my subscription was cancelled. But I have no proof. No confirmation number, no e-mail. I don't understand why that website has such good reviews. Doesn't anybody cancelled ever? Next step is Visa fraud department. BEWARE. 2 DOWNLOADS AT A TIME. OR THE CONNECTION IS RESET.

Impossible to cancel and tons of spam

I see I am not the only one that has troubles with this company; I have been a member before, also then I cancelled after the first term of subscription ended because there didn't seem to be a proper way to end the account, but at least, back then, it worked, and my account got actually cancelled.

This time: the online webform doesn't work, and there is NO proper response to any emails in which I indicat I want to cancel my subscription. Although, in their automated responses they clearly indicate that they know I want to cancel, but they simply don't do it and bill my credit card again.

But that's not all: also a few days after I subscribed the spam started coming. Spam that used my real name! I have never ever given my real name using this email account; the only exception being when I became a member of GermanGooGirls.com
It is therefore very clear that they, or their billing company, are responsible for selling this information.

This is what I don't understand: GGG make one of the best porn movies, and their excellent website are loaded with exclusive high quality movies. And then they decide to treat the people that are willing to pay for this content like this; if you are honest enough to pay for it, they steal from you, and as a reward your name gets used for spam.. I mean really.. Is this the way to fight piracy??
Stay away from this website; they don't treat you like you deserve as a paying customer!

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE ???

I initially joined GGG with the two days trial, and since I could,t watch any video, I clicked the "become a member" key, and without a warning, they subscribed me and charge me 45 USD a month!

I just want to unsubscribe because I cannot afford to stay member!

I tried to call CentroBill 20 times, I tried to unsubscribe me so may times too, but it doesn't do anything!!!

What should I do??

Nightmare...

Yet another user who can't cancel subscription! Be WARNED!

When you sign up for a 2 day trial you will also receive a free 1 day trial of myporndownloads.com! After like 10 minutes you will immediatly get billed 39.95 euros for myporndownloads.com. The day isn't even over yet and they will bill you money. Also when you randomly surf germangoogirls.com with your newly acquired membership and click on some video you will get prompted to press a button called upgrade! With a push of a button you get acces to the full content! But they did not disclose that in doing so they will bill you 39.95 euros which immediatly happened. Trying to cancel subscription and asking for refund is like talking to a wall at centrobill. Do NOT use centrobill as your billing company!

Very low download limit

Regent's earlier review noted that there was a download limit and I can confirm that it's alive and well. I joined yesterday and after downloading 9GB my download speeds dropped from 65+MB/s to around 200kb/s. This throttling remained in place for 24 hours.

This evening I hit the limit at just 7GB of data.

I'm generally okay with download limits as long as they're reasonable, but in my opinion, having a sub-10GB limit in 2020 is most definitely NOT reasonable.

The throttling does not affect streaming. I've been on other sites that have a limit and you get locked out of the site completely while you're in member purgatory.

I'll post a full review in a week or so.

BEWARE! You can't cancel and will be continually charged!

Wanted to cancel my account to extremebukkake.com (part of the John thompson/germangoogirls network) so I did the usual and hit the cancel button. Got the message "Your request has been forwarded on to customer service." So I thought that was it. Done and done.
Logged into my CC account last week and suddenly saw a charge for £34.95. And for the month before and the month before in fact for the past 6months!!!
So I went to centrobill and found my account was still active. So I cancelled it once again to avoid being charged for March 2017. But guess what, it didn't cancel and I was charged again. So I've put in "Apply for a refund" on all the transactions, sent 5 or 6 emails and still I'm awaiting. It's an absolute joke.
Surely this is some sort of fraud???
If I don't hear anything looks like I'll be taking this further but my advice to anyone out their is to avoid joining anything to do with Centrobill or esupport24.
It seems once you sign up you are signed up for life.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Fraudulent Billing Practice

GGG's billing service 'CentroBill' ignores cancellation of my membership and keeps on billing me. You only get useless automated responses to emails from CentroBill!
It's a shame that a website has to resort to such fraudulent practices.

Can't cancel subscription

For the record, I subscribed to a different site of the same company (666bukkake). I am adding my comment here, because none of their other sites seem to receive any comments.

I subscribed to the 1 dollar 2-day trial. I _did_ read the terms of service, carefully. I noted "you must notify the Company directly 24 hours before the end of the trial/special offer period to cancel automatic renewal". I went ahead and subscribed. Unfortunately, I failed to google CentroBill beforehand.

Well, I did eventually google them not long after subscribing, and came upon this page of comments, which made me very, very nervous. I immediately initiated the cancellation of my subscription at centrobill.com. This was way more than 24 hours before the end of the trial period, like, hours after subscribing. I have yet to receive a response. I also tried to contact them via the "Contact Support" link next to my order on their Orders page.

I still haven't received a single response, and have now been billed for the full membership price (44.95 USD). Of course I immediately applied for a refund on their page, but I'm sceptical that my experience with them will be any different than it's been so far. I really hope I won't have to get a new credit card :S

The moral of the story I guess is: always read the reviews BEFORE pressing the button.

Fraudulent Billing Practice

Centrobill ignores that I want to cancel my ggg membership. I try it with the function "Cancel membership", after this I want to contact the support. The message function does't work.
I send a message to the support of the ggg-site. No reaction. What can I do?

Creditcard Fraud!! Please read if you are a victim too.

This website makes it impossible to cancel your subscription: they deliberately make it as obscure as possible to explain to you how you can end your subscription. They only give you one option - requesting via an online chatform on this webpage: http://e-support24.com/ . And that webpage is "broken". Any emails sent to support@e-support24.com are only anwered by some vague automated messages, leading you to believe they HAVE received your request to cancel, but then will bill you again.

Not directly relates with this creditcare scam is, but indicating this company isn't very bonafide:
-the fact that they sell all your private information (including real name!!) to spammers, and your emailaccount will get spammed from the day you sign up with them
-when subscribing to this website they try to trick you in a very sneaky way to sign up for another (payed!) website that you never asked for.

Look at the other complaints on this website and see how the webmaster "Sumom Ltd"/"Nicky" always reacts within hours, telling you about a "communication problem" that is "unacceptible", requesting you to either email to nicky@eurorevenue.com or support@eurorevenue.com .
This shows that they CAN respond to you almost immediately. However, when you do: again no response.
I tried 4 times now: no reaction.

The only way to stop this is via the creditcard companies. If you are a victim too, and they have taken money from your account after you tried to cancel: Please, inform your credit card company:
Show them:
-their Tos, especially 7.4, which clearly states there is only ONE way to cancel the subscription
-explain how that webpage that is referred to in 7.4 is dysfunctional
-make sure you keep your emails that you have send to them, indicating you want to cancel your subscription
-provide them with links to this, and other review websites, which have comments from others that have been scammed.

Personally I have a contact within Mastercard, and make sure they will take action. But it is important that other companies are also warned.

Obviously, the billing company is seperate from GermanGooGirls, and their next step - after this method gets blocked, they will simply change company, and it starts over again.

For now, it is absolutely advisable to stay away from this website. If they do decide to better their lives - which I hope, because I like their content! - there are ways to check this before you sign up.
So, if you do want to sign up, do these checks:
-look in their FAQ and see if they give you a clear and simple answer on the question how you can end your subscription
-be very careful if they still try to trick you to sign up for other websites that you haven't asked for; if this is the case, you can be sure they will try to steal from you in other ways too.

Also, it would be a VERY good idea if this website also would give a clear warning..

(I wonder how long it will take "Nicky" to tell about the "communication problem" and this is "unacceptable")

Still issues with E-Support and Centrobill

I was so stupid to cancel via the E-support24.com site ("THIS IS THE ONLY WAY OF CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION") and of course Centrobill charged me at the end of the subscription time 48(!) Euro for the next month. I cancelled now via the Centrobill site and got an confirmation e-mail. I wrote the very same day an e-mail to E-support and Centrobill (via their service sites) that I want my money back, because I cancelled already weeks ago - but guess what, I got no reply from both companies.
This is a very sad business behavior especially in times like this where one needs every penny.
I learned my lesson and will never ever join that site again.

DRM-Free - It's Official

On November 27th, 2008 German Goo Girls has officially announced that it is DRM-Free. This had been suspected to be the case a bit earlier, but it is now official as a newsletter has been sent out by the site to this effect.

I saw it as important to point this out as a recent review gives the impression that the site is still using DRM.

Billing Fraud

On January 2nd I subscribed to a 2 day trial membership on germangoogirls.com. On that very day I decided to cancel that membership. The "cancel membership"-form on Centrobill's site didn't lead to a result, so I used "contact support" on the very next day (still during the trial period). I got an email, if I really wanted to quit which I answered that they should proceed with the cancellation. To that I got no further answer and the membership stayed active and I've been charged 39,95EUR though I cancelled before the end of the trial period. After that I addressed Centrobill once more using "Apply for refund", but haven't gotten any information. I also tried centrobill's support email, but my membership's still active :(

Fraudlent billing practices have returned

I joined in July cancelled a few days later, got a email confirming the cancellation from centrobill.com and they rebilled my account for a second month anyway. Looks like the scam billing practices have returned to this otherwise great site.

Beware, you can't cancel your trial account!

Signed up for a trial but regretted it shortly after. In the 48 hours after I signed up, I:

1) cancelled through e-support24.com
2) emailed support@e-support24.com multiple times
3) emailed support@centrobill.com multiple times
4) cancelled my account multiple times through centrobill website
5) contacted support through centrobills website contact form
6) left a voicemail on centrobills 24x7x364 answering machine
7) left a voicemail on e-support24.coms voicemailbox
7) emailed nicky and nadya at eurorevenue.com
8) called the cellphone on their domains TechC (out of service, surprise)

No response except for 2 autoresponders. No confirmation of cancellation. Nothing at all.

Unfortunately I read about their business practices only after I signed up.

By all means stay away from them.

problems signing up

ok i tried to create an account for ggg. and when i went to click full access they made me fill out the access form which you pick your name password e-mail postal code etc then you continue to put your credit card info in and what service you want. i had everything ready then clicked ok it then said this exactly........

good content, but...

...be VERY careful when navigating through the site. I was looking at a couple of the links to the company's other sites on the main page and then I go to check my email and it said I had subscriptions to them! I only gave Epoch my credit card info once, but I all of a sudden had 2 additional subscriptions, just by clicking the links!

Thankfully, I immediately emailed my complaint to Epoch and they credited my account within a half-hour, which I guess speaks to good customer service.

Still, the whole practice seems real shady, and judging by other comments, I'm not the only one who's ever had issues with this company, which is too bad, because the movies really are quite good.

Buyer BEWARE

I have a similar experience:
I DID uncheck the other subscriptions when I signed up. Then, they advertise FREE UNLIMITED access to the Gigaporn subsites BUT when I went to two of those sites they charge you $1 each and - if you don't cancel within 3 days (ATTENTION: they go by European time "CEST") - you are charged another full amount for those subscriptions!
Too bad, there content was as expected and I had no other complaints (i.e. download times and simultaneous downloads). But there marketing is unfair, and Customer Service (ONLY per online chat!!) did not help. They lost me as a customer FOREVER!

What a mess

ok, the drm is gone, but what`s up if you can`t download really?
there is only the possibility to download maximum two videos simultan. but the dl speed is totally inconsestent. from totally slow (arround 8 hours to download) till medium speed (20minutes). all in all not satisfief with that fact.
