I, too, do not understand how this site rates so highly on review sites. The content is okay, but not outstanding. For instance, zips are not available for any of the pictures. The pictures are high resolution, but are extremely amateurish.
The killer here is the customer service. When I signed up, I was able to enter the member area without any problems. However, when attempting to access any actual member content, dozens upon dozens of popups asking for my login information popped up, effectively freezing the browser. I completed the online help form. I contacted their 24H live help. I suggested a fix or a refund. They could not find my account. Online help suggested an email, which I did. The email rep suggested online help. Neither could find my account when provided with login name, password, transaction number, and billing company. So, it seems to me, rather than fix the error or provide a refund, I was simply given the runaround that they could not find my account. After all, how can they provide a refund if they cannot find the account? Emails requesting my login information and transaction number were sent back and forth, like a broken record, with no success. Now, they are ignoring me. Emails to the webmaster were bounced.
Stay far, far away from this website. The girl is excellent, but customer support is nonexistent. I have all the emails saved to support my claims.
I was a member here about 6 months ago and was not all that impressed with it. The pics were good sized (full screen or larger) but they did tend to be grainy as others have noted and the lighting is sort of hit or miss. The still photography wasn't that good either for my tastes. For me, the site was too amateur. By this I mean the models were mostly average and the production not terribly good. For those who like real couple sex then I could see that this might be a turn on but I thought that the production value could be better. I didn't download very much and kept even less.
This crooked site makes it difficult to cancel. It is not CCbill or epoch. You must cancel with Pay-mediumhelp.com. I already cancelled and urge members not to subscribe to this site. Honest sites make it simple and easy to cancel.
Out with the old, in with the new. Errotica Archives now has a new look, which is more visually appealing overall. The thumbs are easier to see in the galleries.
The interface has also changed some, but I don't think it's all for the better. Used to be you could click a photo size (small, medium, or large) and then click a thumb which would show the full pic in a new window; then you could repeat that with other thumbs.
But now if you click "large" and view a pic from a thumb and go back, it RESETS to the smaller default pic size every time. That's a nuisance.
And if you choose "zipped" within the thumbs page, it takes you to the previous "cover" page where the zip links are located. It's a minor bother, I suppose, but why not do it as FemJoy now does, with all of the zip sizes linked right on the thumbs page?
There's also a search engine where you can select characteristics of the models (hair color, etc. -- and even Zodiac sign!). Or you can browse by name, A-Z.
But this is all about the design. Content-wise, and as Rocker pointed out in the previous comment, the photo resolution "sux." I just looked at the Wanda "Rapidly" gallery and found some large pics to have too much blurriness!
So here we've gone again. Another site gets a face lift, but the quality of the content -- the most important thing! -- is still being neglected.
I've been trying over the past three day to look at some videos for possible download. I can still get into the site but no matter which "flash" button I push to get a preview of a video there is no response from the site itself. No, my subscription has not yet expired!
Alarm bell # 2: The last update to this site was on the 15th of July, nothing since then. They used to update once a day with 2-3 new videos.
Alarm bell # 3: Still no response to my emails to support, this is weeks after they were submitted.

The TBP listing says 3 additional sites are included, and I verified this on the site itself a few weeks (months?) ago. When I signed up today, I didn't look too closely at the terms since I'd already checked. I was surprised to find that I only had access to Hot Shemale Videos as a bonus site. It appears that Only TGirls and TGirls Get Fucked are no longer included with membership.

I've just finished a month's membership having previously subscribed several years ago, and to my dismay discovered that most of the best content remains the stuff I'd seen before.
Most disappointing were the pics, which for size, quality and erotic content seemed way off the standard you'd expect from a pay site. Maybe this is because as the name implies, TNV is mainly a vid site, but that's surely no excuse.
However some of the uppie vids, though quite dated now, remain erotic classics, eg Alicia's sizzling schoolgirl scenes and Kelly's wonderful worm's eye wowzers.
I agree with others that navigation is poor. It's easy to overlook sections or pages because of the way they're indexed and you get just one tiny thumbnail per video or set of videos, so you really have little idea which are worth downloading, which not. I guess they'll trot out the excuse that the site is primarily mail-order but again, this won't wash when paying good money to subscribe.
All-in all though, for the panties and uppie fan there's probably enough here to leave you feeling reasonably satisfied -if also somewhat irritated.
This site and its network (a total of 22 sites for the TBP price of $15) is a very good deal for the content, but getting it is a chore.
Select site --> select vid --> browse vidcaps --> choose "watch the video" --> choose the segment --> view the segment --> download segment from viewer window --> find your way back to next video -- probably click "home" and then the page of main listings (which you have to remember)
I tried to download segments from the "watch the video" pages (there are links there, too) but kept getting error messages that way, so I gave up.
There are links for downloading the entire vids, but I haven't tried them.
When there's tons of content, a site should make it easy for the subscriber to access it. Brazzer's does a much better job. You can choose a girl and all of her scenes in their network will show on one page. Here, it's by-the-site.

Over the years, I've been known for joining sites looking for content of my top 10 models. Most of them are not making a lot of new content these days, so it is giving me a chance to go back and find some models that I have looked over in the past.

Used to I joined Club Sandy and Pix and Video combo for $45, every 4 months. I have dropped back with the server issues they were having. I'm going to tell you the selling point of both of these sites, the models. If you buy the combo pack, you are going to get a ton of content from Europe's best models. A few numbers here to think about Eve Angel between the two sites has 78 picture sets and 78 videos. Sandra Shine between the two has around 40 picture sets and 40 videos, Sandy herself has over 150 picture sets and 150 videos. Dozens of sets of Aneta Keys as well. Throw in another 600 models that they usually have between 4 and 5 picture sets and videos of, and this is easily one of the most "packed" set of sites on the internet.
The best word I can use to describe the sites is "value" as you're getting a whole lot of bang for your buck. Literally. As most have mentioned, the pictures are of very crisp, high quality, despite being not being of a huge resolution. I thought I might lower my scores, but after this no server problems trip, I am reminded that these two sites are two of the very best.
