Toadsith (48) Yup, sure would. Have done so in the past. $35 isn't much over the traditional $30 per month. Some people claim that $20 is the norm, however, this is a fallacy in my experience. To get good, exclusive content, you usually need to spend at least $30. I must admit $50 and above often causes some pause for me.

monty2222 (19) I would only if I'm absolutely certain that there is some really interesting content there that can't be found elsewhere.

Drooler (220) I will, but only if it there are positive reviews and it looks like a real winner, with gobs of exclusive content. But I wouldn't return until content buildup of even more brand new good stuff would justify it.

I've joined InTheCrack, which costs the amount in question, but I wouldn't return because despite the obvious quality pro's of the site, the way the models are presented just doesn't do it for me.

elonlybuster (39) My cut off point is actually about $30, $35, and honestly there's only 2 sites I've seen worth that much because they're consistent, always have great content, and very rarely let me down. It's like a woman who won't nag, but wants to cook for me instead and have sex at just about any time of day... with hott young bi-sexual friends.

ControllingMind (Disabled) I have paid $30 monthly fee for a site before and the site was not worth it. So I would only pay $35+ if it had great reviews and the content could justify the price.

bacardiancoke (22) I think that the poll is interested, but fatally flawed as the answers don't cover enough of the options.

If the site has a good review, then sure I'll consider it, but for $35 or more p.m. it would have to be more than just reviews that'd do it for me.

Quality of content
Quantity of content

To name but a few of the things that I'd be demanding in return for my hard earned cash

lk2fireone (196) The poll really needs more choices for answers.

$35 is a lot of money for a monthly fee. Would only join the site if the content was really exceptional. And then I would only join for one month, grab whatever the site offered, and not return for 6-12 months or more.

Denner (235) Not any of the four answers really covers my opinion here.
The closest is:
"Only if it has good reviews"
But, man - a site that charge $35 or more really has to have something extra.
There are on a very few sites like that for a charge that high - and even if some of those has a content, I've really been looking for, I'll still hesitate - and probably wait til the site grows and/or till I feel I can afford it - compared and along with other memberships...

TrashMan (Disabled) $35 is asking a little too much with so many good sites out there for much less. Only unless it proved some content that I realllllllllllllllllly wanted might I actually consider it.

TheRizzo (23) It would have to be one good site with lots of exlusive content and almost daily updates to justify it.

ramscrota (12) I'd pay $35 or more if the site were worth it. But often, there is no correlation between a site's worth and it's price. That' why I think so many PUs won't pay more than $30. In fact, I've found most sites that charge $35 or more have severe limits, such as DRM. I suspect they charge high prices because they know people will be pissed off, and bugger off after month. They want to suck people in on the premise that "higher price = better quality".

The better sites are comfortable with $30, because they know that people will sign up and stay, (hence their money is assured.

RagingBuddhist (65) I've always said that there are times when you have to pay for what you want so, yeah, there have been sites that I've paid more than the usual $30 a month for.

I'll also take this spot to say that it still kind of bothers me that the cost of a site has been removed from the ratings on TBP. Considering how many times the cost of a site has been been brought up on here, I think it's still a big issue for more than just me. It's definitely a contributing factor in whether a site is worth joining, and so, I believe, still worth including in ratings.

Monahan (44) NO. $30 is my max. Period. And a $30 site must have outstanding reviews for me to bite. But I will never pay #35 a month for any site. If they are stupid enough to overcharge for their site, I'll let them wait until they wake up and figure out that a $30 price will make them a whole helluva lot richer than a $35 price.

Jay G (67) I have done it for specialty sites that have unique content.

However, the general rule still tends to be that the more you pay for a site the less quality it has. Many of these expensive sites simply rely on getting a few fools like me to pay big bucks because they can't get the big numbers of customers at the lower prices.

General rule: really quality sites are often cheaper than slapdash thrown together sites that ask for the moon.

pat362 (375) That is a higher amount than I prefer to pay, but
I've payed more than that on some sites. We all
want to get the most for our money, and sometimes that means dishing out above 30$ for it.

TheSquirrel (53) No problem for me as long as the site has something exceptional. I have said this many times before but going back 20-30 years and you could pay £20-£100 per video depending on where you purchased. I may sound like some sort of shill but I think online porn is very cheap at the moment.

It can't last. Better view this as the golden age of porn I think, especially with Pirate Bay in the dock and authorities trying to gain control of the internet. I never dreamed of porn being as cheap or accessible as it is at the moment. With some of the specialist websites catering for every fetish imaginable it is hard to get too jaded. I will make the most of this, in the way I made the most of the punk rock scene in the 70's. Thankfully I still have my hearing.

Wittyguy (105) I've only paid more than $30 for a site once and was only partially satisfied with the content. Sine then I've tended to shy away from the pricey stuff mostly on the idea that there are lots of sites for $30 or less that I would to join before. A rocking site with great reviews would be worth extra but until I exhaust myself, I'll wait.
