messmer (137) Captchas drive me crazy but randomly generated password and user name aren't far behind!

RustyJ (145) Other. What bugs me the most are sites that expire my login all the time requiring a new login.

otoh (54) I said random login and password - but very close is sites that log you out quickly. IIRC, Watch4Beauty is guilty of both those sins, it was very annowing!

lk2fireone (196) Captcha can be annoying, especially when they make it almost impossible to read the characters you have to duplicate.

Fast timeouts can also be annoying. But most sites I've joined are very generous about site timeouts, giving you a long time before they cut you off.

Log-ins should should be easy and convenient. Why make it a hassle to enter a site you already paid to be a member of?

luv lickn clit (23) Captchas are quite annoying. I have gotten used to the impossible to memorize random logins and PWs--better to have that than poor site security.

Marcus (47) Login/password doesn't autofill is the most annoying, although rarely something I encounter. Capatchas are pretty annoying too.

gaypornolover (38) All of the above, but the Captchas annoy me most so I picked that.

Worst are the sites which require you to log in to see each and every video, especially if they use pop-ups without autofill.

Capn (28) Random login user name / password.

I find that really frustrating.

skippy (52) For me, it's a toss-up. Random username/passwords aren't bad IF your browser is allowed to remember them. (That way, you only enter it once and don't have to remember it.) If not, random username/PW are the worst. It is why I dropped my Watch4Beauty subscription...because they do not allow your browser to keep the info. Capcha is rapidly becoming the most annoying as it becomes more widespread, though. What is the purpose, exactly, to make sure you are not using a download bot? You already paid for the material, right?

I've never encountered one of these. Care to elaborate with an example? Do you mean a time-out or having to assign a new PW?

skippy (52) Oh, and the random password username/password thing apperently got me permanently banned from MPL Studios. I apparently pissed off the webmaster when I complained about a login problem related to it.

Yeah, there's someone at MPL who does not take criticism very well. I've had an experience or two myself. It's still a great site. It's like eating at a restaurant that is as famous for its food as it is for the churlishness of the hospitality staff.

pat362 (373) Although it's true that captcha's are annoying. I can live with them because they are an extra tool to protect users. It's a lot more annoying when a site doesn't have auto logging because that means I have to remember my password and I don't always so that means I have to go look it up before logging in.

RagingBuddhist (65) Captchas don't bother me as long as they aren't the ones that are barely legible and/or put up stuff like Hebrew words. I've seen Hebrew, Arabic and Asian language pop up - that's about as annoying as it gets. For consistent irritation, I'd have to go with sites that require you to type in your user:pass every time.

Captcha make no sense at all and all that the assignment of a random p/w and user name serves no real benefit to the site.

Erlib (0) Captcha. I just tell my browser to remember the random name/pass.

marcdc1 (174) I like using a password manager so anything that interferes with that bugs me. It's not a big deal but the extra step with Captcha is inconvenient

Just timeout and then you need to login again. Some sites seem to kick me out after as little as one hour.

tangub (155) Difficult to read captchas are the most annoying, randomly generated passwords generally don't bother me as long as I can get my browser to remember them.
