Thanks for the review. This is a site that's been on my radar for a little while after seeing a few previews for Riley Reid scenes, so it's good to hear some thoughts about the site. It's a shame their attention to detail with regards to production values isn't reflected in the actual site itself as I think details like model info can really make a site stand out.

If I am honest I find it hard to read reviews that are all caps, it's nothing personal and I know you have your reasons. Humans read words by recognising their 'shape' and patterns, which is harder to do when everything is in all caps. Maybe you should just try zooming in on your computer or changing the resolution of the screen.

720, because for me it's a good compromise between quality and filesize.
I don't have a finite amount of storage, so I am really picky about things over 1gb. 720 seems to be good enough quality for my laptop monitor, but doesn't use up too much of my hard drive space.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, Chaturbate offers much more for much less, it's a no-brainer really. There's a couple of models on MFC I still like and do privates with, but I do take exception to the fact the most they can do is ride a dildo yet it is more expensive per minute than any of my favourites on Chaturbate.
I think it's so weird MFC launched YouCam (?) a year ago, which is an even-more softcore-version of their site. It seems they really misjudged the mood on that one because (genuinely) the most models I've ever seen online there has been two-or-three - I just checked and despite 1100 models being online on MFC, there's not a single model online.

MFC was my first cam site and I've since found cheaper and better sites like Chaturbate. It really bugs me there is no hardcore option for MFC because like you say it's typically just models sitting looking pretty.
For 60 tokens a minute on MFC the most you can hope for is a solo dildo show.
For 12 tokens a minute on Chaturbate I have had an amazing sloppy blowjob show with a huge facial at the end. For 30 tokens I have even enjoyed a gangbang with the girl getting four facials at the end.
I would enjoy MFC a lot more if it wasn't for the super-expensive private sessions. In public not much happens, in private not much more happens. I think it's got worse in that there are fewer strip tease shows and oil shows (for example), whereas now it just seems to be girls talking to fans.

I've slowly fallen out of love with MFC as I discover different cam sites.
My biggest problems with MFC are that it is the most expensive (60 tokens per minute for a solo show) yet offers the least in that it is only softcore.
By comparison I have enjoyed a sloppy BJ and facial show for 12 tokens a minute on Chaturbate.
MFC has at least 1000 models available at any one time. Many are Colombian but most seem to have a decent grasp of English and there are also plenty of American and European models too.
The quality varies greatly; there are some absolute stunners on there, but there is also a lot of chaff to sort though. You can favourite the models you like though and get notifications (both on site and by email) when they come online. The filters and previews of available models is also excellent.
The user experience is quite dated now, and there are also a lot of redirects; even if you go directly to a model's cam page, it seems to redirect you via the homepage then comes up with some 'loading' popup before even loading the page you wanted to go to.
You can watch a model for free, you can log in and tip her (normally even 1-5 tokens will get acknowledgement) and often have a 'tip menu' so that you can tip for her to do a particular action (eg, dildo BJ).
You can also do private shows for 60 tokens a minute. The show will be recorded and will be saved to your account. This is very expensive, particularly as even in private you cannot have hardcore.
Also if your internet connection drops (even momentarily) your private show will also end, whereas on Chaturbate it continues.
MFC is a good site, but in my opinion compares poorly to other cam sites; it is only softcore, more expensive and the site itself is quite dated. You will normally find me chatting on Chaturbate nowadays. |

Not a huge fan. I quite like Riley Reid's spine tattoo but less keen on her others. I always prefer models without, but will normally turn a blind eye if the girl is super hot and the tattoos aren't too intrusive.

It's crazy. Even if I was a satisfied customer, if I had to jump through hoops just to leave, I certainly wouldn't rejoin, particularly as the last interaction was a negative one.

Another vote for Chaturbate here. I still follow a few favourites on MFC, but Chaturbate is a lot better value in that models can set their own rate for privates on Chaturbate, and most are well under the 60 tokens a minute rate on MFC. Also Chaturbate allows couples and to get a hardcore show for 18-30 tokens a minute vs softcore for 60 per minute on MFC is a no-brainer.
I've never had a problem with models stalling or milking for time on either MFC or Chaturbate. The only problem I have really found is when models keep moving the goalposts when it comes to goals in public chats (ie, 2000 until blowjob, then all of a sudden they decide it's 3000 etc).

I’ve been on My Free Cams for a couple of years now, but joined Chaturbate to broaden my horizons and really love how it offers something different.
The biggest difference is that it’s not just girls, but guys, transexuals and most importantly COUPLES who can chat.
This is banned on MFC, so on CB you get a lot of live hardcore action ranging from blowjobs to threesomes and everything in between. I have to say some of the models’ talents are incredible and could hold their own against the pros.
The interface is similar to MFC in that you can filter by region, however it doesn’t automatically refresh as it does on MFC, and the thumbnail update frequency isn’t as good. However, one huge advantage over MFC is the ‘followed models’ tab which shows thumbnails for models who are online that you follow. This makes it so much easier to browse than MFC.
Once in the rooms there are a few differences. Models can set chosen members as moderators if they wish. This means they can get on with the show rather than have to moderate too. Another difference is that models have certain plug-ins that help them run a room. These include tools to keep track of targets, tip jars, ‘crazy ticket’ shows where you can buy tokens to see a show when it is hidden etc. Many of these tools mean it can be more expensive than MFC if you aren’t someone who normally tips, but I think the pros outweigh the cons here.
Another difference is that models can set their private cam rates. This is generally a good thing in that most are cheaper-per-minute that MFC. I’ve seen some models charge as little as 18tpm, and typically the most expensive is 60tpm which is the same as MFC. I have seen a couple of models charge more, though.
One big negative is that the model can also choose whether members can record private shows. This leaves one huge benefit of privates in the hands of models. When you go to start a private, it will tell you their rate and whether you can save the show or not.
All models I have encountered are polite and willing. Like MFC there can sometimes be bit of a language barrier, but it’s nothing that use of animated GIF emojis can’t overcome! The members on CB seem a lot less respectful than on MFC, however, and seem a lot more inclined to bark orders/instructions at models - and this is despite moderators who can mute and/or boot members out of rooms.
Overall I think I prefer Chaturbate to My Free Cams, although MFC’s advantage is the sheer number of models. The interface is more refined, the content is more varied as it includes hardcore, the plug-ins models can use really make a difference and overall it is better value than MFC.
