247skizia (5) My take on it is, that if I'm going to spend my money I want to know what I'm going to get in return. Censored pics aren't something I'm interested in. So I think I'll pass on sites that censor stuff in trials.

nadiencendia (83) For me, it doesn't really matter if they censor the genitals or the tits in the preview. I understand that they may do it for legal reasons, to avoid minors from watching them for example, and I have seen the censored parts a gazillion times before, so it is not like if I am going to be dissapointed or surprised if I join that site...

turboshaft (24) I detest censorship, especially when it comes to porn. I'm not asking for the check but if a site has a problem showing me a few uncensored photos or videos to clue me in on to what they offer (or just get me to bite that carrot) then I have a problem becoming a member.

lk2fireone (194) My first thought is that some Japanese porn is censored with the mosaic effect. And if you're into Japanese porn, that's something you have to accept. I skip sites from the US or Europe that use censored photos or vids in the preview.

PinkPanther (46) I said "sometimes". The real question is "How does the material look?" If the censoring makes the material look like redacted FBI documents, well, then I'm not going to find it so exciting. If the material looks awesome even with the censoring, then I might be further intrigued by the site.

rearadmiral (320) For me, censored photos are an indication of an overall attitude that makes me wary. One thing that really burns my ass is when a site preview only has a couple of pages with few or no samples and then immediately dumps you onto a "join now' page. That'd be like buying a car based only on seeing a brochure. I really appreciate sites like Videobox that allow you to see EVERYTHING they have so you can make an informed decision.

Capn (28) Yes they most certainly do.

Who is to say that the censorship doesn't continue into the membership area?

Cap'n. :0(

Monahan (40) The trial site is supposed to encourage signups. If the site won't let a prospective member see what he/she is going to get then what's the point?

messmer (137) It's been my experience that most censored pictures are found on those doubtful sites that only display two pages, one of them being the sign-up page, and no samples to give you an idea what they are all about. I always steer clear of them.

Drooler (218) In their visitors' areas, some sites put labels on the sweet spots that say, "Members Only!" and such. I don't know if that really counts as censorship or not. It looks rather like it, but if you join, you get to see EVERYTHING. WOW. And all you had to do was put up with some cheesy advertising.

But I hate that thing in Japanese porn that scrambles the "pubic" part of the image as people are fucking and sucking. I don't collect that stuff.

pat362 (367) I picked a middle of the road answer and said sometimes because I wasn't too sure if it mean that all the pictures were censored or that some of the content was. If all of them are censored then how are you going to know whetehr this is a good or bad site. If they censor some of their more popular pictures but offer some good selection in the hopes that you'll pay to see the good stuff then that's fine.

TheSquirrel (53) A definite yes. I like to see a good sample of what the site is all about. Anything censored makes me very wary. It reminds me of rip off aritsts, who have lousy material.

DpornGuy (36) generally censorship can mean the site is not willing to reveal the goods... many a time a site preview has led to me going into the members area and not finding what was promised, so censored pics make me feel like that's whats going to happen if i join...

BadMrFrosty (56) I have yet to find a site that I was interested in joining that had censored pics in the trial. However I dont think it would affect my desicion to join, I am more likely to join because of reviews / comments on here than trails anyway
