That's why I'm so surprised people don't think about the options when they make sites. Simple marketing -- a 1 day, limited trial will give you less return on investment than a 1 day, full trial which gives you less ROI than a three day trial (standard length). Three days is long enough to determine if you like a site -- and if you make a site I would hope you think people would like it enough to become full members.
If you don't think people will like your site too much, I'd go the route of the one week trial, for the reason you stated. After a week, many people would probably forget to cancel. Sneaky? Yes. But there's nothing unethical about giving someone a cheap, one week access. It's the consumer's fault if they forget to cancel a trial.
In essence, all you websites out there just go ahead and give us one week trials!

That's why you always join an epoch site, they look out for customers. But on the other hand, it looks like you missed the other download options. They recently remodeled (again) their page which I agree makes it difficult to see the majority of download options. Now they throw in your face the mobile and full-download wmv version. Not so obvious are all the other options (download in 4 part files, download by minute clips, mp4, wmv, mpg options). Why they decided to make it more difficult to find these options is lost to me.
Also upsetting is that you can no longer download trailers. That was how I could quickly go through my files by watching the trailer. Now I have to open the whole video on my hard drive to see which one it was.
That's my gripe, but to answer you question Bang Bros is not a rip-off, it's just now more difficult than it used to be to see all of your options.

I agree, this describes most sites on the web - "do you like to see popular pornstars get fucked" and "updates daily, great quality, quick downloads, good price". That's not a review, it's a note. What makes this particular site stand out/different is what comprises a review.

Problem is, as long as people keep giving them these high reviews, they won't change a thing. They can read the negative feedback, but at the end of the day a high score means X many more people will signup after visiting these review sites. With that being the case, there's no reason to change anything -- it's easy to keep doing things they way you do them.
For a site the size of Abby Winters with what I believe is an active owner, people need to stop overlooking the blatant flaws and give scores that reflect the current state of the website. 95 is way to high for what everyone seems to agree is a stale pattern. If their average starts to dip and dip and dip, then they'll wake up and see that continued bad review will equal loss of sales.

I've read about the limit here at TBP and PU, but I'm currently a member of the network and have downloaded as much as I want everyday. The first few days of my membership I was cautious about which ones I downloaded first then kept going, but as I kept downloading throughout the day I was never cut off. Did you actually try to go past the limit? I'm curious if mine is acting special.

I agree, download speed has slowed CONSIDERABLY the past year and the updates are getting a little boring to the point I don't even check every day or every few days anymore. But as far as video quality, I think it's important to note differences in what viewers want. Reading the comment, it would sound like old-school bang bus videos or something that are extremely grainy. I believe you're looking for High Def, which is what you mean by low quality. Is it high def, I don't know, I always download the "High" instead of the "DVD" options. But for just a casual viewer, even the "high" looks great -- no grain, audio/visual in line, etc. I never noticed that my take on quality must have been a lot lower than high-def regulars until using this site the past couple of years with people digging on the quality of a lot of sites I'm a member of that the quality looks fine to me. If you join Easy Dater and say bad quality, I agree. If you join Bang Bus/Videobox/Reality Kings, etc and say bad quality, I'm like "your standards are WAAAAYY high" (as in you like high-def only).

I'm sure they probably only go by the day of the month. I notice that my subscriptions to every site I've joined never fluctuate month to month despite some having 30 days and others having 31 days. It always ends the same date each month. Unfortunately, that means you lose 2 days if you only join for February, but doing that math, over the course of a year you would actually earn those days back.

Am glad to say it looks like today they brought Quick Preview back. Finally. All the other new features they created are great (like the new custom clips and ability to share your custom clips with the network), but at the end of the day Quick Preview was an important feature that I'm guessing the research they did previously gave them a wrong impression on how much it was used/liked.

If downloading, I pick whichever size culminates in the file size I'm willing to take. I.E., at Brazzers I take whatever the smallest file size file is. At Videobox, I take "High" but not "DVD".

I haven't been an American Vice fan forever because I hate their site. Because of that, I have no idea how they update now. All I know is when I was a member they had numerous unique DVDs on file (including a series with midgets and some deformed guy). That's what I was talking about.

Yeah and it makes no sense to me. I'm personally not an anal fan, does nothing for me, so I'm tired of seeing all these anal updates. I'd like to see some weird niche's like American Vice has. If Videobox gave uncommond dvds like American Vice, for me it would be perfect.

Is it possible your credit card information was stolen by some other means, because them just giving away your information seems highly unlikely given the amount of people (myself included) that have been members of Brazzers and never had any of this happen.
Also, the score isn't in line with standards. Your review makes it seem like Brazzers does some things right (amount of content, different niches, price, easy navigation). Your main gripes seem to be 1) older video quality and 2) you believe they sold your credit card info and spam your email. With the one fact (#1) I can see you putting your number in the 70 range. With the one opinion (#2), even I if this happened to me would chalk it up to something different happened to me since no one in 23 reviews on this site alone have had anything remotely resemble these problems.
I'm not a big Brazzers fan to tell the truth, I find their content to be high quality but boring. But even I can see this probably is a problem that didn't originate with your subscription to their site.

Yeah they added a new deal with Evil and Vivid about 6 months ago or more. Once you're a member, you rarely (*never it seems to me*) so Vivid or Evil Angel updates. You can click the tab to see those updates and preview the scenes though. But on just the regular VideoBox page, I haven't come across those updates at all in my regular browsing of the website - and I visit multiple times a day to see every update.
