Multiple file sizes are more important to me than multiple formats. VLC plays everything, but I have finite amount of storage, so I'm fussy about anything with a file size of over 1gb.

Formats are only important when they don't have MP4s. But since MP4 is the most common format I don't think much about it.

It used to be important when you had multiple file formats but now that MP4 seems to be the norm than like MARCUS file size is the only thing that is very important to me.

MP4 is the defacto video file format these days so having multiple formats for download is way less important than having a choice of video sizes i.e. 1080p, 720p and 4K
