I’m a big fan of public nudity and I’m always looking for sites with good material. Unfortunately, Public Expose isn’t one of the better ones I’ve seen. It’s small, with only about 120 videos. The TBP review says that there are 148 videos, and it is correct that there are 148 videos on the site, but for some reason, there are many duplicate videos that even use the same name. There are approximately 120 unique videos here.
Having access to 120 public nudity videos shouldn’t be anything to complain about, but these videos are all quite short. They range in length from under one minute to just over five minutes. Most of the videos follow the same format in that an Eastern European woman is seen in some sort of an outdoor setting (fully dressed) and she flashes for the camera. If full nudity exists on this site, I’ve yet to see it. There are several scenes of two women flashing and making out a bit.
This may be subjective, but I found the scenes to be almost un-erotic: the models are mostly shy about flashing and many of the shoots are simply outdoors near other people. When I contrast some of the Eastern European public shoots available on ALS Scan and Public Disgrace, those on Public Expose come off looking pretty shabby. Certainly the women on Public Expose aren’t bad looking, but they aren’t great either. I don’t follow many Eastern European models, but I still didn’t recognize any of them.
Technically, the site was probably average when it was started several years ago, but it is well below what the average porn customer would expect today. Video resolution is quite low. It varies depending on which type of file you want and ranges from a low of 320x240 for a very low-res mpeg4 to ‘high’ of 720x540 (at 128kb/s) for a DivX avi file. I downloaded the DivX files simply assuming that since they were the largest they’d give the best quality, but if this is the best, it isn’t very good.
There are photos available, but the photo sets are very small – less than two dozen pics in some cases. That may be good news, though, when you learn that there is no zip option available.
If there is any good news about this site, it’s that they have a full trial available for just $5.95. Given that there are only 120-ish small videos on the site anyone with a half-decent internet connection can download every video in the five day trial period. And further taking from the value is that the site hasn’t updated in over a year.
Unless you’re a huge fan of public nudity and want to add this notch to your belt, I’d avoid it. It isn’t a bad value at the trial price if you go in with your eyes open and realize that you don’t get much for that fee. Just remember to cancel your membership before the trial ends.

I've always been intrigued by exhibitionism and voyeurism, and had saw some samples from this site. I was expecting much more. The samples I saw were the most hardcore parts of the site, and those were even tame. I only downloaded maybe 4 of the girls' videos and pictures, but have never went back to them since downloading them. I would rate it lower, but it does say public flash, not public sex or public masturbation. It just left a lot to be desired for me. If they added maybe 1-2 more clips furthering the tease, then it would rate higher.

I would definitely sign up again in a few months.

The only thing wrong with this site is that they no longer seem to update with new videos that you can download.
On the positive side, what is there is fantastic. There are 40+ good wet t shirt contests, and a good dozen or so bikini contests (well, at least they start in bikini's). These are also FULL LENGTH videos (some up to 30 minutes in length!) with nothing left to the imagination (and all fully downloadable). Great quality and camera angles for the best view in the house.
There is also a large photo collection of these and other contests, and photos from beaches around the world.
I would recommend this site to anyone!! Join for a month, download the full length videos and enjoy.
The only thing that stops this site from getting 100 is the fact that they no longer seem to update video clips that you can download. The have gone to video streaming, which isn't that good when the internet connection connot keep up, and these clips are only part of a whole contest.

-Videos are supposed to be viewable in flash stream. But some links to watch the video in flash stream don't work. I kept waiting for minutes for some videos to load and play, but all they did was keep loading, without playing.
Again, this is not a big problem, because I was just testing the site to be able to write this review, and I already decided the site was basically worthless. If I had really wanted to watch these videos, I might have been frustrated.
-Slow download speeds. This is the first site in the network where I did not get my maximum download speed. Instead, I was often getting about one-half of my maximum download speed of 620-630 KB/s.
BOTTOM LINE:
The site theme is voyeur porn. The girls and couples are supposedly unaware they are being captured on film. So if that idea/niche turns you
on, maybe you will get extra satisfaction from the videos. I would prefer videos that are erotic, or well shot.
Because these are supposed to be voyeur videos, many of them show the girl apparently in the distance. She is only a small part of the frame. So you often don't see her close-up, in good detail. I guess this is supposed to add to the voyeur-sexiness of the filming, but I would prefer to see the standard closeup of the girl, where I can clearly see her face and body, instead of seeing some person in the fucking distance.
These are really cheaply made videos. Most of the videos are shot with the model by herself or with a guy, in a car, at a lake or meadow. The choice of shooting the model in a car makes for lousy camera angles, terrible framing of the girl (head or other body parts often cut out of the picture). Or the car seat or roof blocks your view of the girl. The lake and meadow locations are very windy, so there's a lot of microphone noise. Controlling lighting for an outdoor scene is more difficult than for an indoor scene. The girl's face and body goes in and out of shadow constantly, so you don't get a really clear view of the girl.

I wish there was a way to wrap this site up better. What some might consider a pro, doesn't strike me as either a pro or a con. Along with the 31 weeks of updates, there are 3 pages of "old style content", meaning before they got a higher resolution zoom camera. But each page is only 3 scenes with 10 screenshots of each scene. There are also 4 pages "blow job cam", 1 "sex cam" and 1 "hand job cam", each with the accompanying screenshots. Even with all that, this site is, at best, a one-shot join. A month's updates amounts to only 12 scenes, averaging 8-9 minutes each, per month - maybe 15 scenes if you join at the right time of the month, as they update every Monday. I don't see that as $20 option either
The possible rotation of content is a curiosity. I know I've seen scenes in the flash sites that aren't offered here, but nothing has rotated out while I've been a member. I'm also pretty sure they've done more than the 9 episodes of "old style content" that's online - but where are they?

The picture sets are shot in a frame-by-frame style which unfortunately means most of the pics are redundant. They have the look and feel of high-quality vid-caps. Only voyeur and/or panty afficianados need apply. There is some nudity but not much. And too many implants.

Like the navigation on the site, which used to be just horrible.

The content itself is all pretty much the same. All of the videos consist of girls walking around towns and cities in Germany in the buff. Nothing more, nothing less.
The quality of the videos is actually horrible at times, especially the older ones. You can hardly make out the faces sometimes.
But there are a lot of spectators and it's real. It's all been recorded in the big cities of Germany. So if you're German and you're into these sort of things, this might be a whole lot of fun.

After my recent (and not so successful) attempt to join NudeInPublic (.com) - see my review, I've decided to try NudeInPublic.tv . Unfortunately, it turned out to be even bigger disappointment.
It looks that it is an independent attempt to do something similar to NudeInPublic, but unfortunately it has lots of definiencies. The main one is that they lack creativity of NudeInPublic. There are no scenarios and different situations here, just nude girl going through the streets. Everything else isn't that bad,
and (unlike NudeInPublic) these guys don't try to sell the same thing twice, so videos are FULL), but unless some creativity is thrown in, the site doesn't offer much of useful content.
So much for my attempt to find site of this very niche :-(

-Many shots are outdoors, so the lighting is sometimes a problem. Often shot from so far away that the videos are not clear and this is not helped by the shaky camera work.
-In spite of decent quality videos, sometimes the movies are still grainy. I am sure this is due to some of the videos being sent in by amateurs.
-Very poor use of English on the site.

The site is split into several categories:upskirt, tight jeans, lingerie, sexy shorts, celebs, panties/bikini, downblouse/upblouse, cameltoe, tennis upskirt,and nudism. Very softcore, as none of the photos or videos have any sex or even masturbation. There are photos for each heading, but most videos are listed under the category upskirt. Many of the photos and videos are nonnude, but interesting, and many I recognize as not being exclusive. Many video clips are from the DVD series Dreamgirls for example. The celebrity photos can easily be found on Yahoo or Google. The photo sets can be quite good, although they might only be of seeing a girls panties up her skirt. The videos feature a lot of girls flashing while not wearing panties. I found the videos to be of decent quality and worth watching if you are fussy about which ones you bother with. The best ones are obviously filmed by professionals and the girls know what they are doing. Not hidden camera as the girls try to be provocative. However, nearly 700 videos is a lot and not all are worthwhile. All in all, a lot of enjoyable, entertaining photos and videos, but a lot that is of lesser quality.

Total number of site videos is a little misleading as the number of available videos includes the fact that for many of the videos, there are 4 to 6 different camera views of the same video. Some of the videos are in black and white, (or like night vision). Some of the videos are choppy and not clear. Defiently not worth the money.
