Pros:
The dirty sister of 21Sextury with lots of contents even after it split off. Today (8th August) 21Sextreme lists 5120 scenes as well as 2032 models in total.
36 sites in total. 18 primary sites and 18 bonus sites.
Will appeal to the pervert in you with plenty of fetish material. This may not be to everyone's liking but they even list 7 Trannie sites as well as one gay site (highly unusual in most “straight” networks.) Not to forget my personal favorites, the “very” mature sites like “Lusty Grandmas,” I believe there are at least four sites like it which counts as a plus ... however, see below.
New picture sets are available zipped in regular size, as well as in Hi-Resolution at 1696x2544px, while the scenes are being offered in medium wmv and mp4, high wmv and mp4 (720x540 with a 3500 bitrate) as well as in two HD sizes, 1280x720p and 1920x1080p.
21Sextury and 21Sextreme excel when it comes to quality because even the non-HD scenes are quite watchable even in full screen.
Cons:
While updates come regularly, an average of 11 updates a week is a bit meager for a network of 36 sites. This is because many of the sites stopped updating some time ago and others update only infrequently.
Our users should also be aware of the fact that not all updates are in HD because some of the sites, even though they are still active, have not yet switched to the higher grade material.
Especially galling for me is the fact that only one mature site updates on a weekly basis while the others are slumbering, awaiting a wake up call by the site owners. You might find that this is also the case in connection with your favorite niche!
Bottom Line:
All in all I like this “darker” sister of 21Sextury a lot. I never did visit the individual model sites as well as the more “glamorous” teenie sites all that often in the olden days, so, to me, the fact that they split into two has actually encouraged me to concentrate on the rest of the 21Sextremes contents more closely and I like what I see.
For the fan of the unusual, this fetish site will be quite satisfying. For a low price you will get a satisfying share of lesbians, trannies, grannies, granddads and BDSM and some other kinky stuff, with even a gay site thrown into the mix, and the technical quality of the more recent material is great.
28/11/2011: Took out a new subscription and noticed how many of the prime sites are still updating in an outdated format. Today's update was marked HD but the quality is far from HD like. This update does not even look like DVD quality as it is blurry when viewed in full window. This is the case with many updates that are not marked Super HD. So, high quality updates are fewer and farther between than I thought when I first wrote this review. Downgraded by five points.

No one's fault but my own!
I guess I should have paid more attention to what the bonus points for past and present membership actually get you. I had enough credits accumulated to download two, three videos (I thought) and just found out that the bonus points are for "streaming only." I am sure everyone else is aware of this, but I've always been impatient when it comes to the small details, so, to me, the points are now wasted and another reason not to re-subscribe. I mean, if I see a scene by Blue Angel or Faye Reagan or some other hottie I don't just want to watch the video for twenty minutes, I want to own it!!
I wonder how many of you see this as a genuine, valuable bonus? And I won't get mad at you if you like streaming just fine! I am asking from idle curiosity.
P.S. See my reply to Pat (Feb.07) on how the whole thing finally resolved itself. With my apologies to 21Sextreme.
... when I resubscribed to this site. Out of 14 updates across the board this past week, out of 36 sites, 7 were non HD low quality videos. I remember a time when non-HD content was quite good but nowadays the quality appears to have gone downhill.
Not only that, but they stop updating sites arbitrarily. The weekly update for Old Young Lesbian love was due yesterday but never showed up. I know they were toying with the idea of letting this site go to sleep but, in that case, they could at least add a new site to make up for it. Other sites like Zoliboy used to be raunchy but have now switched to much milder material that would be quite at home in its sister site 21Sextury.
In any case the longer I look the more I am appalled that so many of the 36 sites are still producing low quality material. I would now say that this is a good site for a one time subscription only, because a long time subscription will bring a lot of boredom and frustration with it.
This will be my last time with 21Sextreme unless most, if not all, content is being offered in HD in the near future.
I have had a Club Sandy level membership with 21sextury off and on for years. Definitely the longest running membership I've ever had with any porn site.
As always they have some of the best content and models available and a very wide range of genres. Which is what drew me to them in the first place.
Unfortunately genre range is too wide?!? So I guess that's why they split it into 21sextury and 21sextreme. Unfortunately for me all my favorite sub-sites are now split almost equally among the two sites! So now it's either choose one site or the other or subscribe to both. :-(

This split indeed cements my decision to keep on subscribing to the old 21Sextury network since as an old subscriber I get to have the 47 sites that I've gotten accustomed to so far. 21Sextury would be a clear winner of these two split halves for me if I was a new member but just because DominatedGirls is on this side of the fence, I'd be unhappy with just the other half. The rest I could live without.
ps. The duplicate comment should be removed in my opinion since now there's actually nothing duplicate between the new 21Sextury and the 21Sextreme.
Looking at the sites listed it seems that the people at 21 Sextury have quietly split their network in two, with some of the more fetish and niche sites ending up on the 21 Sextreme side.
It would seem, at least from the preview offered, that people joining 21 Sextury now will not get Teach Me Fisting, Zoliboy or Grandpas Fuck Teens, among others, because they are on the 21 Sextreme side of the fence.
