exotics4me (463) I believe that exclusive is important, but after talking to several webmasters, I'm starting to realize that it is almost impossible to have a huge site with daily updates without some licensed material. The one exception, I believe solo sites should be 100% exclusive. Another category that I think exclusive content can matter is in the DVD sites group. There are a couple of smaller DVD sites that have content I have never seen on any other site and I would think that could make or break a sale on a new customer.

Jay G (67) REPLY TO #1 - exotics4me :

If a site or network is very big, I don't feel the content has to be exclusive, just as when I go to a department store, some of the items may also be available elsewhere, but its convenient to get them where I happen to be shopping.

I do join one or two sites a month, so variety is important to me and I obviously don't expect all the sites to have the same content. If quantity is important to me, maybe exclusivity is too much to expect from large sites and networks.

apoctom (145) For me, it is always better to have exclusive content than not. However, I understand that can be difficult for a large website. My biggest issue with "exclusive content" is websites that advertise their videos as exclusive, but fail to deliver. Unfortunately, even TBP reviews don't always help in that case because they can only relay the website's claim, but not verify it.

Drooler (220) Well, just think about it. How important could exclusive content be? Doesn't everyone love paying more than once for the same thing?

pat362 (373) If a site is part of a network, and that their content is meant to cater to somekind of fetish or other. Then I understand if some of their content isn't exclusive. My problem is sites that say their content is exclusive. I usually pick a site based on review, content, downloadability, and pricing. The exclusivity isn't much of a factor.

PinkPanther (46) I don't mind a mix of Exclusive and non-Exclusive material, as with Twisty's and the Sexy Babes TV sites. There are sites that are just collecting lots of stuff from everywhere and those sites wind up having no personality and strike me as boring.

The sites that wind up being consistently the most exciting to me, Met Art, and especially ALS Scan, blow me away at their ability to provide high quality exclusive material on an ongoing basis - even more impressive with ALS Scan, since there is one man running the creative show.

I agree. Exclusive stuff adds a lot to a site, but totally exclusive means a smaller site and more seraching for models or content I prefer.

Boobs4ever (22) If I join a sites that tell me this is only exclusive updates, I wont bee happy if I see older content geting added ive seen b4 on the network. But if it havent advertised that all it content is exclusive content I cant bee unhappy when it isnt. Makin the site look and makin videos feel exclusive is a thing I enjoy tho and are those sites drawing my attention most.

Gazette Risque (55) I agree with nygiants03. But licensed material as a "bonus" is always fun.

SnowDude (214) Original content really is everything, unless you are talking about a site like VideoBox. I don't like material that is supposed to look like it's exclusive and come to find out it's not. That really burns me to be honest.

mbaya (364) The more porn you see, the more exclusivity matters. If you only rarely join a site, you won't even know. I am very disappointed when a site has a lot of videos I already have seen and there is little that is new.

ramscrota (12) I prefer exclusive. I've often found that the non-eclusive sites (so-called megasites) are full of recycled shit I've seen dozens of times before.
