Watching porn on TV is rare for me, but on one TV I had a WD HD thingy that I use and on the other I have a 20' SVGA cable that I plug into my laptop. I prefer the laptop because the WD thing only reads codec 9 in WMV files. Many of the scenes I have use older codecs.

I suspect that this is a much bigger issue with European and Russian, etc. models than it is with U.S models, but I try to stick to the old name. The one case I can think of where an American model was ordered to change her name was Violet Blue who was sued by another Violet Blue. Our Violet Blue became Noname Jane. The strange thing about that is that the porn Violet Blue was/is probably a lot better known that some second-rate 'journalist' hack.

It depends on the scene. In a fairly soft scene I like the model's eyes to be accentuated but not pronounced. But in a real ball-busting hardcore scene I'm a big fan of dark eye makeup.

Yes, online porn memberships is excellent value when compared with other ways of getting porn and with most other means of entertainment too. Movies, concerts, dining out all cost a lot. Golf too. And if your entertainment involves burning fuel, boating, trailering, avaition, etc., then online porn is still an excellent value.
Too bad we can't discuss our hobby in the same way everyone else does...

I think VOD sites are like the crack cocaine of online porn. The draw is selection, because no DVD site comes close to offering the selection that the best VOD sites have. The downside is streaming-only or DRM. I use VOD sites a lot to see stuff I can't see anywhere else.
I agree with all who say the value isn't there* but when you're a collector looking for a particular scene and the only place that has it is a VOD site, you do what you have to.
*The Hot Movies webmaster commented here that the usual 'stay' on their site is just a few minutes, so I'm guessing that most customers just visit for a short while with pay-per-minute subscriptions and leave. Part of the problem with PU members discussing this is that we're not the average person surfing porn. The average guy is probably pretty happy with VOD sites.

I don't download photos much, but when I have a membership that promotes photos and I have a chance to get some sets of favourite models I will defintiely download. And if that's the case, then zips are very important.

I have one good friend who's into porn as much as I am. He's been a lurker here for some time and I'm always at him to join in a bit more. Our porn tastes are quite different though, so we don't share any specific interests. It makes for some interesting discussions.

I'm not normally a libertarian, but in this case I'll let the market decide. If there is a niche left unfilled, then someone will likely step up to exploit it. I suspect in some cases the limits are as much cultural and market driven. I suspect it is a much bigger deal for a young woman coming from a repressive cultural background to make the decision to enter porn.

Height isn't an issue for me but I do remember being surprised at how small stars like Gauge and Little Cinderella are. It's amazing that both did a fair bit of anal too.
