Influences With the greater influx of porn provided by the internet, I noticed past occurrences were brought forward into my mind. Eventually this began to jell into a relationship between the women I'm attracted to today and, who apparently by the number of daydreams I've been having of, a woman who stood out from the many other women I must have viewed as a child watching on TV. Her name is Priscilla Lawson, who appeared as Princess Aura on the "Flash Gordon" serials made in the 1930,s and found their way to Saturday afternoons when I was a child of about six years of age.  This is Priscilla in "Flash Gordon" Her dark beauty, and by this I mean more then the color of her hair, but also her seductive nature I strongly suspect is influencing me to women who I'm attracted to today. The greatest example would be Eve Angel, pictured below, who has her own site on the DDF network. (A shameless plug for one of my favorite sites.) She, more then any of the other fine women at DDF, is downloaded to the extreme.  As I said, this jelled over time. A more recent example would be my attraction for Betti Page. I not only have her biography, but two unauthorized calenders, both filled with her images. So Eve Angel is not a single example of this. I find myself attracted to women with Princess Aura's mysterious allure. Just look at my collection of porn.  You're all saying, "Biker is having a wet dream". Well the subject matter does tend to cause a certain reaction. I just wanted to share that even as a child we can be strongly influenced to certain tastes as adults. By my topic you can see I'm not just talking about love for chocolate cake and action movies. I know that it is common knowledge we are influenced as children, I just did not know how strong this influence is. More then just giving my thoughts on this subject I wanted to give Priscilla Lawson a warm thank you for giving me this taste for the fine examples of women with both a natural and mysterious beauty I enjoy today. I also want to thank DDF for having a generous example of these creatures. (A second shameless plug.) And finally a thank you to PU for this forum to express myself on this subject. Flash Gordon, the 1980 movie, had Ornella Muti as Princess Aura. Ornella was a fantastic looker (face and body) in her prime. She's still great looking, today. | |

Over the years I've become more attracted to what SuicideGirls terms "alternative pin-up girls," as opposed to the blonde armies of Fox News or Hugh Hefner. Instead, I really like someone like MythBusters' Kari Byron (well, formerly of MythBusters since her and the "Build Team"'s departure this summer). And if you've ever seen the show, Kari is obviously not just a pretty face but handy with a welding torch and can drive around heavy equipment (so, if your fantasies involve bubbly redheads who can operate a crane, she's your gal  ).And her closest porn equivalent, at least when she has her hair dyed orange-redish, is the amazing Proxy Paige. Though on the show Byron was an admitted germaphobe, which Paige is anything but, considering the nature of her line of work and the extremity of some of her performances (hint: she's an accomplished anal fister). Don't know about Eve Angel and Miss. Lawson ...but my imagination caught fire at the mention of Betti Page! Her trademark: The ever-present, immaculately coffered dark bangs that structured a face of such compelling, prepossessed allure that women everywhere were falling over themselves to emulate the look. thicken to perfection, flawlessly cut and trimmed straight across her temple, the bangs, adjoining a generous allotment of simmering mane flowing over the shoulders and down her back ....egged on by a stunningly curvaceous body, complete with naturally incomparable beauty of such exquisite proportions that had she been here today would have the porn peddlers out in mass shaking fist-fulls of big greenbacks just for a welcome smile. From the book I have on Betti, she never did hardcore, but did some mild S & M. Most of her work was simply nudes and bikini photo sets. That long raven hair with those finely trimmed bangs framed a gorgeous face and a devilish smile I love. Will never part with the calenders featuring her that I bought many years ago. I only discovered they were not authorized when I read her story. Miss Lawson died young, shortly after WWII and did very little after the Flash Gordon serial she appeared in. She was not in the second or third serials. The original plot of the first Flash Gordon serial was the devastation Mongo was causing Earth, but once Flash, Dale and Dr, Zarkov landed on Mongo it became two love triangles with Flash and Dale in the middle and Princess Aura and Ming lusting for them. Saving the Earth took a back seat. All that lust was left out of the next two serials. And so were the form hugging outfits that Priscilla wore over her voluptuous body. When I rediscovered Flash Gordon and saw her after several decades without any conscience thought, I knew she had to be the first influence in the dark sinister females I have been drooling over since puberty. I think your statement is primarily wishful thinking on your part because I get the feeling that Betti would have been the ultimate cocktease and rightly so. A huge part of the appeal for women like Betti did is that you should always leave your audience wanting more. It's like seeing your Christmas present under the tree. You first look at the wrapped package and start salivating thinking of what it might be and as you slowly unwrap it you get more excited to then get to a generic box that you have to open as well so the excitement that was building while you were unwrapping goes higher. No matter how amazing the gift is. I can't help but feel that it somehow almost never matches the excitement we had unwrapping it and thinking about what it was. I think the main appeal with strippers who actually appear on stage wearing more than a bikini is that you want to unwrap her like you did your present and there is a certain level of disappointment once she is completely nude. Isn't a huge part of why Betti is still popular today is because she left everyone wanting more Long live the Brown Coats. | |

Not surprisingly, Pat, Your excellent post exemplifying the general power of "anticipation" -- especially as it has to do with the male's churning excitement awaiting the garments of a babe he's paying to see "take it all off,," captures my undivided attention. ON the same side of the coin, guys like me do take appreciatively greater pleasure having certain gals leave on just enough threads to rave -up my imagination ..... and at the same time do the same for my expectations to see more in due time. Ella Pasjakina, one of the molden-hot members of the popular three Russian models from the team calling themselves the fame girls, was already doing non-nude well under the 18 yr. limit required to do full nudity. But Ella was still going strong and doing so well when she did reach age 18 -- thanks to superb direction and shooting skills aimed at keeping her cute outfits tailored to favor forbidden folds stay brilliantly tucked just far enough out of sight to kick-in our imagination .... enough of which did the job wetting our appetite until her next visit. Now at age twenty we still get the mind-bending, revealing outfits .... but no viewer to my knowledge has yet to see the entirety of the treasure lurking between those heavenly thighs ....the oddity of which prevails with her image perpetuating the big, big bucks. I did a review on fame girls two or three years ago. I'd welcome all who're interested to take a look. So, good people, there you have it. ^I think most men think like you and I. The imagination is a powerful tool that way too many of todays porn producers don't know how to exploit to everyone's benefit. Probably the most obvious example of how bad it has become is the gonzo porn produced today compared to the one produced just a few years ago. I don't know if I was influenced by the women I first saw on TV when I was a child but it's bound to have an effect if only on my subconscious, I grew up watching TV shows made in the 60's or watching movies made in the 60's but more often than not a lot older than that. I don't know if the fact that I prefer red heads over any other hair color has anything to do with the fact that I simply love Eleanor Parker and Maureen O'Hara but it can't be just a coincidence. I think many things from our early childhood influence us, but this surprised me. That I would have an attraction for women at such a young age. I'm talking six years old. Maybe the image stayed with me and as I got older it became more sexual as I matured. I don't know. I just know that I'm strongly attracted to women with a bit of cunning and mystery about them. They need not have raven hair, but it is plus. Betti Page is a fine example of this. Her appearance in photo magazines was before my time. I discovered her in a classic resale shop. I now have in my possession a photo book with Ms. Page's biography. The way she poses brings out the very same image that Lawson brought to the big screen in her portrayal as Princess Aura. ^No it's not. In the case of Eleanor. Above the fact that she was an amazing actress. It's that she has a sensuality that is impossible to miss while she is on screen. She could look both frail and innocent one moment and the next a tough as nail woman of the world. I looked at pictures of her and she kept her beauty well into her old age.
