I am trying to cancel the rebill since mid January. Inititally I was contacted and I was offered bonus content when I kepp my subscription.I replied and expressed that I still wanted to cancel. Of course there was no reaction from Centrobill and the web form does not seem to work.
I contacted the suport numerous times and I have also tried Nicky from Eurorevenue as the actual content host.
Of course radio silence.
I have been rebilled now and despite numerous submissions via the contact form for refunds on the centrobill website there was no response but auto messages.
Does anybody else has still issues cancelling the subscription?
HA, HA, 1 year later, its nice to see this site has 1 thing going for it - Consistency. . . After several futile tries to log in, you`ll find interminable waits to switch from page to page. . . Mind-numbing delays to watch a scene, after hitting `PLAY`. . . It takes MINUTES to accomplish anything here. . . Support was very courteous, and tried to be helpful, but in the end, nothing works. . . You`d be better off flushing your money down the toilet - less aggravation. . . STAY AWAY

First of all, epoch.con is not the billing company. Netbilling.com is. I had to try them all. I tried to cancel through EuroBill, CCbill, Epoch, CommerceGate and Webbiling. The guy on the phone fom epoch told me it wasn't them. Chatting with googirls support I was told to call netbilling. Then netbilling gave me another number to call. I was finally told that my subscription was cancelled. But I have no proof. No confirmation number, no e-mail. I don't understand why that website has such good reviews. Doesn't anybody cancelled ever? Next step is Visa fraud department. BEWARE. 2 DOWNLOADS AT A TIME. OR THE CONNECTION IS RESET.
I actually started to write a review on this one but decided in the end that I don't want to waste my time as well as my money with this site. Bottom line is DON'T JOIN!!!!
If there were to be a college course focusing on running a porn pay site, this site should without a doubt be the de facto exemplar on how to fuck everything up and piss off your members.
- Streaming only video.
- $30 a month for only 8 videos (less that 80 mins in total) and 11 photo sets.
- All sorts of tricks in place to try and prevent you from downloading anything at all, including the photos.
I understand they want to protect their content but the completely misguided impression that providing streaming only video and trying to prevent image downloads is going to stop the content appearing on torrent sites is laughable. Any pirate worth his salt knows how to bypass these hurdles. Hell, I managed to download everything myself anyway, they just made it a more frustrating and time consuming to do so.
Everyone, do yourselves a favour and give this one a miss. While its 1080P video is nice, it is in now way worth the price of admission. Join a site like latexangel.com or lysxtreme.com instead where you will find much more content with (arguably) better looking models.
And I should add that even the photos can't be downloaded.
I see I am not the only one that has troubles with this company; I have been a member before, also then I cancelled after the first term of subscription ended because there didn't seem to be a proper way to end the account, but at least, back then, it worked, and my account got actually cancelled.
This time: the online webform doesn't work, and there is NO proper response to any emails in which I indicat I want to cancel my subscription. Although, in their automated responses they clearly indicate that they know I want to cancel, but they simply don't do it and bill my credit card again.
But that's not all: also a few days after I subscribed the spam started coming. Spam that used my real name! I have never ever given my real name using this email account; the only exception being when I became a member of GermanGooGirls.com
It is therefore very clear that they, or their billing company, are responsible for selling this information.
This is what I don't understand: GGG make one of the best porn movies, and their excellent website are loaded with exclusive high quality movies. And then they decide to treat the people that are willing to pay for this content like this; if you are honest enough to pay for it, they steal from you, and as a reward your name gets used for spam.. I mean really.. Is this the way to fight piracy??
Stay away from this website; they don't treat you like you deserve as a paying customer!
Seems that: Many of the "FULL MOVIE" downloads won't Index
I joined the site yesterday and have only downloaded five videos so far. But of the five, two of them would not index upon viewing them. The "Gina" and the "Hellizabeth" are the ones I found with this problem so far. To fix this I had to download the smaller video segments and then combine them, that's a pain in the butt.
Maybe I just got un-lucky and these are the only two FULL VIDEOS that won't index but that is not very likely. The guys at Brutal Dildos should REALLY test run all their videos and make sure they are not damaged before posting them.

I just saw MargulisAZ's comment in his review, where he says:

This could be the reason the two videos I mentioned were not indexing. If they did not fully download, that would cause them to NOT index. I didn't notice their file sizes. If that's the case then the videos are not damaged but Brutal Dildos' server has a problem and is cutting out before the entire video downloads. Either way, they need to fix it.
First of all this comes with the basic Teencore network membership and it looks pretty good. The same cute girls doing more bondage like stuff. Only problem is that each video is huge (over 1 gb) and with the site logging me out every so often I couldn't download anything yet. The download speeds were also horrible (around 100kb) I put in a complaint and hopefully I'll be able to get the scenes downloaded soon.
In the meantime the images look good and at the end of each set there are 10 or so photos of the girls just smiling and cleaning up next to the male model. Makes for a nice change to see some of the backstage stuff for once.
Will update with a full review if I ever can get the damn site to work
I have seen a lot of very extreme stuff in porn, I even like the harder stuff, but never in all my ~20 years as a perv have I seen something quite like ProlapseParty.com. I am not judging it but seeing stuff like this on a mainstream pay site makes me wonder if anything is beyond the pale anymore?
Here's my less than stellar experience with Centrobill. It does have a (sort of) happy ending.
Ten days prior to the re-bill date for an annual German Goo Girls account, I went to the Centrobill website, clicked the 'consumer' button, looked up my GGG account, and clicked the 'cancel' button. Instead of the expected result, the webpage displayed the vague message "Your request has been forwarded to customer service".
No details provided about 'customer service', no contact info, no reference number, no e-mail. A day later I got a teaser e-mail from Marie at e-support24 suggesting "If you stay with us, we'll give you access to some additional sites". I replied with "No thanks - please cancel".
Several days later and Centrobill still showed the GGG account in the same state: active and set to rebill early in Jan 2014.
I sent e-mails to support at Centrobill (with cc: to e-support24) requesting cancellation status. Autobot e-mail responses received from Centrobill.
Tried calling the 877 number - this appears to be hard-wired to an answering machine. (Centrobill, e-support24 and EuroRevenue all share this same number, btw).
After several more days of silence, I sent more e-mails and got more autobot responses.
Three days after the re-bill date, a charge from Centrobill showed up on my CC account.
I sent another (strongly worded) e-mail. Autobot response.
Note that all e-mails I sent were thread-complete.
Finally (mid-Jan 2014), an e-mail from Marie at e-support24 stating:
We have already processed the issue but it can take a while till you get the refund. Due to bank procedure it will take up to seven business days. In case you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
The e-mail had no direct contact info for Marie.
Three days after Marie's e-mail, a refund from Centrobill was posted to my CC account. So, yay! to that and Thank You, Marie.
In summary: the Centrobill cancel process and is hard to use and evidently requires support staff to manually process cancellations. E-mails to e-support24 will be answered ... eventually. E-mails to Centrobill support result in semi-useless autobot responses. Calling the Centrobill 877 number is a waste of time and effort.
While Centrobill did eventually make good, they had use of my funds for +10 days. IMO: a questionable business practice.
Though GGG does have interesting content, I'll not do business with them again nor with any other site that uses Centrobill/e-support24.
You may wish to consider this and other related user comments before activating an account with GGG/Centrobill.
This network used to be one of my favorites, but they have removed their special PU discount ($14.95), and now I may never return. This makes no sense when considering that the price for most network sites are trending downward. Does this network really believe their content is worth $30 a month; especially when compared to other, more robust networks that are charging far less? The one thing they do well compared to other sites (and for which I have significant weakness) is the leg and foot fetish. Yet this is still not enough to bring me back at 30 bucks a month.
On November 27th, 2008 German Goo Girls has officially announced that it is DRM-Free. This had been suspected to be the case a bit earlier, but it is now official as a newsletter has been sent out by the site to this effect.
I saw it as important to point this out as a recent review gives the impression that the site is still using DRM.
GGG's billing service 'CentroBill' ignores cancellation of my membership and keeps on billing me. You only get useless automated responses to emails from CentroBill!
It's a shame that a website has to resort to such fraudulent practices.

I joined in July cancelled a few days later, got a email confirming the cancellation from centrobill.com and they rebilled my account for a second month anyway. Looks like the scam billing practices have returned to this otherwise great site.
