Based on the review of this website on 8/25/08, I decided to sign up for the full trial as advertised (8/29/08). After registering, I noticed that the trial was limited; only the first two clips were available.
*** Warning !!! ***
If you click on any of the any of the hyper links other than the ones mentioned for trial use, you will automatically be upgraded to the full membership - no warning or approval page is given. Also, the upgrade charge to full membership from a trial membership is more than the price of the membership advertised on their sign up page.
I contacted customer service through Live Chat. Shown below is their response:

Julie: when you sign for a full membership the first time this is the price $29.91 but when you sign for a Trial and then upgrade to the full the price will be $39.91
Me : So, are you telling me that nothing can be done about the questioned charge and/or the price?
