-Huge site, and it is getting substantially bigger by the day, with 30 new DVDs added each day.
-Video quality ranges from good to excellent, although the downside of that is that files can be huge, sometimes over 4gb.
-Very wide range of tastes and fetishes. The Japanese are nothing if not imaginative when it comes to subject matter.
-No watermarks on the newer videos. With their recent preoccupation with getting big numbers of DVDs uploaded every day, maybe they just don't have the time to watermark the videos.
-Full trial available. You won't have time to do anything more than get a taste of what is there though
-Streaming option usually available, but not for all movies. |

-Download speeds can be a mixed bag, but maybe that is at my end. I tried to download one 4gb movie, and only got 50-80kb/s download speed. I hate to think how long that would have taken! so obviously gave up on that idea. |

This site is a real no-frills mega-mart of Japanese porn. They are presently uploading about 60 hours of movies every day. Obviously, with content from many different studios, the range of content is very wide, and video quality can vary quite a lot too, but as a whole is very good.
The content ranges from my personal favorite, sweet and perky softcore movies, through the whole range of fetishes to the strange and bizarre. They are certainly an imaginative bunch, those Japanese porn producers, and if you are tired of (some) American/European porn's habit of just going through the motions on a yellow sofa, a bit of Japanese porn may be a welcome change.
The main website does have the standard Japanese mosaic over the genitals, which can be frustrating. Why they ever bother showing genital closeups when it is all blurred over is beyond me.
In other videos the mosaics is not so much of an issue though. One of their favorite genres is where a whole lineup of guys queue up to spoof all over a prim and proper news-reader's face while she diligently continues to read the news. Clearly I'm not the only one to have the occasional lewd thought when it comes to the odd sweet young news reader or weather girl...
Then there is the uncensored section called akibafeed, which doesn't show up when you see the tour pages, but is there once you join up. This section updates with, I think, about one DVD per day. Their content is also wide ranging, from DVDs like Red Hot Fetish Collection and Sky Angel, which can be found on plenty of other sites, through to subject matter that would personally be enough to put me off my dinner. My personal tastes when it comes to porn tends to be just plain vanilla, and I'll leave the chocolate well alone. But, hey if watching cute girls take a dump is what you like, then there is plenty of that here.
Most of the time I got good download speeds, but occasionally it would slow to a crawl.
The site could definitely do with a bit of work with regards to the search and navigation, especially as it is so big, but as long as you are willing to spend the time wading through the masses of content, you should be able to find plenty of whatever takes your fancy. |

-The models are for the most part, stunning.
A few of the models, like Rio Fujisaki, and Kasumi Risa can also be found on various hardcore sites, but most of the models, I haven't seen elsewhere.
-Picture and video quality is very good. Not super high resolution, but clear and crisp. (video 1280x720 and pictures 1280x852)
-Photo sets can be downloaded as a zip file, although they tend to be small sets, with only 15-25 photos in each.
-updates come regularly, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, usually with 2 photo sets and 1 video.
-Price is OK. Not a bargain, at ￥1,980 (about US$24), but not over the top either.
-Cancelling membership was no problem, just took a couple of mouse clicks. I see a couple of previous comments here about having problems with cancelling, so I assume that the website has since changed things to make it easier on that front. |

Unfortunately there is quite a substantial list.
-Navigation is shocking, with no search feature. You basically have to go methodically through each section to find what you like.
-No model index. Models will have content scattered about the site in little groups, with nothing linking them.
-There is a points system where a certain amount of content is available straight away, then more if you stay 6 months, and more again,(but only photos, from what I can make out), after 1 year.
-When you cancel, you are cut off immediately, so you will need to remember exactly when to cancel.
-No streaming videos, and can only be downloaded in one size and format. (WMV's of about 150mb, for a 5 minutes long video) |

Personally, I would love to be able to give this website a much higher score. It was like a breath of fresh air after too many sites that all start to look the same. I love the high quality softcore, (and it is definitely no more than softcore)videos. I don't really do photos myself, but the ones I looked at looked like similar quality.
It's not a huge site, but I'd take quality over quantity any day. New content trickles in at a steady pace.
I hate the idea of a points system, but having said that, I have done something that I usually never do. After my initial one month, I actually have joined up again with the intention of staying 6 months so I can get the next lot of content. There is no way I will be sticking it out for 1 year though, that would require far too much dedication, as there only seems to be photos at the end of that.
Being a Japanese site, there is of course the issue of their censorship laws, although this site, being very softcore, doesn't focus a lot on the genitals anyway, and it is quite subtly blurred , as opposed to the big square mosaic blocks you get sometimes. Plus, they will show a lot of pubes before the blurring kicks in.
Losing access to the site the instant you cancel your membership, is in my view, a very poor practice, if you pay for a certain amount of time, you should get access for that full time, regardless of whether you have cancelled it's re-billing or not. The only reason I can see for them to do that is they must expect some people to forget to cancel on time, and the automatic re-billing kicks in. Then if you cancelled the next day, you instantly lose access to the site!
The tour page show a fair representation of what is on the inside, so if you like what you see there, the site might be worth a shot. One thing I can guarantee though: you will get frustrated by the layout of the site, with it's poor navigation, and content that you can't access.
So, finally to sum it all up in a few words:

- Good mix of content - movies and pictures

This is a pretty large, comprehensive website, and caters for possibly the largest range of niches and fetishes that I know of from a solo website.
Tia Ling seems to try her hand at pretty much anything. There's inter-racial, blowjobs, footjobs, handjobs, masturbation, orgies, gang bangs (one of which she gets 10 facials), anal and also domination if that's your thing.
This is Tia's website so she appears in pretty much all updates, but there's a few guest stars, plus daily updates from the network her site is a member of. Honestly not many were particularly of interest to me as I'm generally a fan of solo sites, but if you like Asians, Filipinos etc, then this is obviously a huge selling point.
Tia is a constant in updates (obviously), but there's a lot of different male talent (and female talent too, of course). There are a few solo videos of Tia, also 'fan fucks' which frankly I'm always a bit cynical about, but it's obviously a different guy and adds to the variety. I know a lot of people don't like seeing the same guy in every video, so the fact there's a lot of guys at Tia's disposal is obviously a big plus point in that respect.
Navigation is pretty much as you'd expect. It has vastly improved since I was a member 4 months ago, and all content is downloadable. You can download WMV files (most seemed to be in the region of 100-500mb) and ZIPs of photos. I am normally only a member of one website at a time, and I cannot afford to stay a member of every website that doesn't let you save content, so it's really good this has been changed.
The updates are displayed as simple thumbnails with the title of the update, a 5-star rating which you can contribute to, and how long the video is/how many photos there are. Future updates also appear at the top of the page to give you an idea of what's to come.
If you hover over the thumbnail, it scrolls through 5-or-so different screenshots/images to give you an idea of what is in the update. The only problem I've found is that if the video is long, it only shows scenes from the first half of the video, so it doesn't necessarily give an accurate representation of what's in the video. But there's a Flash version of the video online, so no big issue.
When you click on the thumbnail you have the choice of playing a Flash version of the video or downloading a WMV (in the case of videos), or browse through thumbnails or downloading a ZIP (in the case of photos).
The Flash version of the video is good in that you can click anywhere on the timeline while it's loading and it will skip to that point. It's like Youtube in that you don't have to wait for the entire video to load before being able to skip to the middle and end to see what the video's like.
Most of the recent videos are excellent quality, with older videos being more inconsistent as I think some are from other websites that Tia's done shoots for.
Photo-wise, you can browse thumbnails, view them in a slideshow or download a zip. There are watermarks, but generally not too intrusive on the larger images, but obviously are proportionally larger on the poorer quality images.
Image-wise it's a mix. The proper photos are really good quality, very sharp and very clear. These are very good. Gallery size ranges from 40-200 photos.
But there are a fair few galleries comprising of screenshots - these range from adequate to poor in quality. I personally think updates like this could do with being separated from the main photo updates and maybe clumped with the actual video updates. It's not a huge issue to me as the good quality photos are there, and the good quality videos are there, it's just the screenshots kinda dilute the photo offerings somehow.
Other features include the ability to sort updates by Most Recent, Most Popular (as scored by members) and by Title Name. You can also add tags to updates, but I'm not sure if this means you can then view by tags.
There is a search box at the top where you can type in the name of an update etc, but also select the category (Lesbian, BJ etc), and the site (network-wide or Tia's site). Unfortunately leaving this blank and selecting 'Blowjobs' and 'Tia Ling' doesn't seem to display all Tia's blowjobs, but admittedly this could be a work in progress (hope it is, as it will really improve navigation).
Finally, there's a basic bio with her vital stats plus turn ons/offs, store (autographed photos of Tia etc), Tia's wishlist (from suitcases to lingerie!) and FAQs which touches on the essential things like how to cancel membership etc.
'Live Webcam Shows' is currently unclickable and coming soon, so hopefully that will be live soon (will update if it does become available).
Tia's website is really good. It has a huge mix of niches, lots of large videos and lots of photos. Navigation is FAR improved but could be slightly more refined here-and-there, plus I think keeping the poor quality screenshots separate would be another positive step to take. Well worth joining! |
