There are a few sites that say something similar and thing that gets quite a few people is that they have a certain amount of downloads, and once you past that point (regardless of the time it takes you to do so) you've basically forfeited the right for refund. They don't say it, but I'm pretty sure it's there.

Hm, it would be a kind of quite misleading guarantee, won't it? It would be interesting to see if anybody has tried to use this kind of guarantee to see if it is real or "30 days or 30 seconds whichever comes first".
