Cybertoad (Disabled) I only had it a few times, where a site even with auto-fill in my browser wont load, then half to type it in. Not a huge issue, but having to type it or not should be the users discretion not the site.

pat362 (373) Probably my biggest pet peeve are those sites that generate their own passwords because they tend to always be funky weird and hard to remember but not far behind are those sites that have a pop-up log in window. The biggest reason why I don't like the pop-up window is partly because of my pet peeve regarding auto-generated passwords. It's happened more than once that I joined a site that had the auto-generated password and the pop-up window but where the log in info does not get copied to the pop-up window and that meant I had to log in to my email service to get that info.

Wittyguy (105) I said captcha's. Just recently belonged to a site where I had to refresh the log in page several times because the captcha's were so friggin' hard to read. Note to website operators: My brain is wired to pay for and react to porn, not scribbly worm porn gibberish.

rearadmiral (384) For me it's a 50/50 split between no auto login and a captcha.

turboshaft (24) I'd say all of the above except popup window, which I prefer to loading a whole separate page.

But not autofilling, remembering my username or password, captcha (especially on a separate page!), and other such nonsense are all annoying in their own unique ways. I don't think I've encountered any sites with auto-logoff (like with online banking), but if I have I've forgotten them, though that would probably top my shitlist. Having to log in again without ever having manually logged off or quit the browser myself...fuck you!

uscue (39) There's one site that I love other than this one issue: it times out after a certain amount of time and requires you to re-login. Each time you're logged in, the url's have a "captcha" like quality that is distinct and changes with each login - so it's not as easy to plug the .mp4 address into Quicktime (I prefer to open the videos that way and then save as opposed to just clicking "save as" on the webpage)
