Warning ! .... hard to cancel

Good luck canceling. The cancel forms don't work, the support chat never responds, and you can't get the support phone line to pick up the phone.

It's a shame. Great content, just horrible support.

tangub (155) It never ceases to amaze me how many adverse comments this network gets over dodgy billing practices, rip offs, cons, etc. yet they are still one of the all time top ranked sites.....totally baffling.

I don't really know why they have such a bad reputation because I have never had any issues with them. I have a long term membership but I did cancel once about 2 years ago and had no problem. I also considered cancelling my membership last year and changed my mind because they offered me an amazing discount.

Anyway, it's not good for any user (PU) to get that kind of hassle.....and again why has this particular site had so many problems from users for such a long time...?
Just take a look at the comments, where we find words from users like: scam, con artists, crooks...

Bottom line: STRANGE - that a site with so much fine content and so much attention is so BAD at it's handling of paying members. SHAME...

malikstarks (8) I'm sorry to hear about your experience, but I've never had a billing issue with Brazzers and have been a member quite a few times, including now. I've also called them before and had no trouble reaching them.

And trust me I've been burned a a few sites in the past, so I know how it feels.

I personally think Brazzers is simply too large a site (perhaps the most popular on the net), and making too much money to be doing anything deliberately fraudulent, but I could be wrong, I can't speak to your experience.

RustyJ (145) I'd join in a heartbeat if I ever saw an encouraging comment regarding their customer service. Not just someone having no issues but someone actully receiving good service. Or maybe a webmaster interacting here on PU.

I'd also join RK if they threw out that daily limit nonsense. Until then I'm staying 100% Euro.

I am inclined to agree with you. I got the sense it was just my turn for a bad time at the support desk. The quality of the site was otherwise too good to believe they were a crooked fly-by-night operation.
