New Look

Out with the old, in with the new. Errotica Archives now has a new look, which is more visually appealing overall. The thumbs are easier to see in the galleries.

The interface has also changed some, but I don't think it's all for the better. Used to be you could click a photo size (small, medium, or large) and then click a thumb which would show the full pic in a new window; then you could repeat that with other thumbs.

But now if you click "large" and view a pic from a thumb and go back, it RESETS to the smaller default pic size every time. That's a nuisance.

And if you choose "zipped" within the thumbs page, it takes you to the previous "cover" page where the zip links are located. It's a minor bother, I suppose, but why not do it as FemJoy now does, with all of the zip sizes linked right on the thumbs page?

There's also a search engine where you can select characteristics of the models (hair color, etc. -- and even Zodiac sign!). Or you can browse by name, A-Z.

But this is all about the design. Content-wise, and as Rocker pointed out in the previous comment, the photo resolution "sux." I just looked at the Wanda "Rapidly" gallery and found some large pics to have too much blurriness!

So here we've gone again. Another site gets a face lift, but the quality of the content -- the most important thing! -- is still being neglected.

1	Denner (233)	Thanks for that update on EA.... Reading the first part - I thought: maybe EA has come around with better content, better allround.... But it seems to be a socalled "facelift" - like when a four-five year old car-model needs reneweal - we change a little bit here and a little bit there......but when it comes down to facts...most is just the same old story.	07-24-08 08:57am Reply To Message
