An apology to viv thomas customer support

I apologize. I blew it. I failed to check vthelpcenter site itself before posting my complaint on PU. I didn't get a return email, but I should have tried following up myself before making unfounded accusations.

You have been most considerate and kind in your handling of this situation with me and I appreciate your professionalism and the fact that despite everything, you still gave me a free one month's membership.

Vivthomas.com is a classy site, and the people in customer service deserved better than what I did.

I'm sorry.

Yes, I should have posted here earlier. Nick Spillum and his team at vthelpcenter have been really good about the whole thing. From my end, it looked like they shafted me. But they didn't. It is a lesson to not go off half-cocked before making accusations in public.

Yeah glad it got resolved and I know what it's like the have a problem when you have spent some good money on a site, it can be very frustrating, good to know though that some people think customer service is important.
