Why can't you have decent amateur stuff where the lighting is good and camera work is adequate? I have joined a coiple of what I would consider amateur sites and quite a few of the were quite good. The one thing that made them better than many other is in the use of a third person handling the camera. Nothing spells crap for me like POV, webcam or tripod only porn. I don't care how great it's shot or how great the lighting is. If there is not a third person shooting the people having sex then I won't enjoy it. That's why I prefer the more high end type of porn because that is the more common way of shooting porn but there are exceptions. Mofo's Let's try Anal is one of those sites that could be good but they have chose the hadnheld style for their porn and I will never join that site again and I love anal porn. I'd say I prefer high end quality over amateur as they just make everything clear to see and know more how good porn is shot, thats not to say some amateur is awesome too when has a steady camera and I've seen some great fly on the wall like amateur vids that gave a great feeling of being there and being real. Some high end stuff can be done terribly too though, all depends on the camera man or woman I think and good direction or girls that know what works and how to make it look passionate and real. Great question, fact is anyone can shoot high quality porn today with even a low cost digital camera. What I find funny are the sites that try to make pro porn look like it's done by an amateur with a camera they were give for graduation in 1990. BTW I still run into new sites that still show the guys faces as they come. I also hate vids shot with 90% close ups. Bee I'd like to see the wholw woman rater then just her head. Pornpundit | |

^You'll have to give me the name of site you are talking about that try to shoot porn in amateur style because I've always assumed that they aren't trying but that they are more or less incompetent. Just because someone has a very good camera does not mean that he is talented enough to use it and this is made even more obvious on sites like Let's try Anal. I'm pretty sure the camera is a good one but you couldn't tell from the end product. Long live the Brown Coats. | |
