Bottom Line:
Another site that's hard to wrap up, mostly due to the fact that the English site is still mostly in Japanese. You hit the tabs to see where it takes you and hope you can remember which tab is which. Unless I couldn't find them, only the older videos have accompanying picture sets. Newer videos can be previewed on another page with only four pictures. As nothing is dated, it's hard to tell where the dividing line between old and new is.
This site definitely leans towards the Japanese sense of erotica. That could be either a pro or a con, depending on whether or not you can appreciate the deviations from Western porn. There are strange masturbations, off camera men prodding and probing the models, some peeing scenes and even some hint of the Japanese art of bondage. There are some girl/girl and multi-girl scenes, most of which are limited to what is best described as prodding and probing - no real sexual contact involved.
Most models do sets of four separate scenes, each running an average of 10 to 15 minutes. There are models who have done more than one set, but the awkward navigation and my inability to read Japanese makes it next to impossible to post any numbers. For some reason, the girl/girl sets are mostly a one or two video deal. The resolution leaves something to be desired. All of their videos, even the oldest, are 640x480 at 1600 kbps. That might have been cutting edge when the site started - in 2010, they're falling behind the times.
There's some kind of VIP club - special content for people staying with the site for 3 months or more. But, considering the site updates so infrequently and costs $50 to join and renews at $44 a month, I can't imagine any content worth putting out almost $140 to see.
Adding non-Asian models on a site that's supposed to feature "shaved Japanese pussies" is just plain wrong. You can go to plenty of other sites to see shaved models - for a lot less money.
In the end, if you don't care about how much it costs, the bandwidth limit or snail slow download speed, it IS a unique site with unique content. It's that uniqueness alone that prompted me to give them a 60.

Bottom Line:
I think this is a pretty good site, similar content-wise to JSexNetwork, although has more uncensored videos and has zips of all photo sets. I think JSexNetwork had slightly better photos, although they didn't have zips of most of their sets.

I am a big fan of asian ladies, and I think this site has a lot to offer. I find the quality of the photography on sites like these to be much more erotic than a lot of other (American/Euro) sites these days. I would recommend joining if you are a fan of Japanese porn. Just be aware, they always show the most attractive ladies in previews - and many of them only do softcore or edited content.

When the site works, it is SUPER easy to browse. Search by model, fetish (they have a TON of fetishes), or by movie.
Cons:
Right now the biggest problem is the site's speed. This is a recent issue, I believe, but totally unacceptable. It takes almost 2 minutes for a page to load! This makes browsing impossible. Before the site gave me database timeout errors, but it seems they have increased the timeout which just means my browser loads forever. This is the number one reason I am giving the site such a poor rating. They acknowledged the problem on their blog but have done nothing to fix it. The downloads themselves are still fast. **EDIT: The issues are resolved after 10 days... no refund of time lost or extension of membership even after submitting a complaint.**
Other small cons:
Zero uncensored content. Other primarily censored sites at least offer a tiny bit of uncensored content, but actionjav has none.
daily download limit is pretty unreachable, but I still don't like having a ceiling, even if I can't hit it.
Bottom Line:
This site would be excellent if it weren't for the terribly slow site access. Two minutes per page load is totally unacceptable. There is a massive amount of unique content with great formats, video previews and detailed information.

-Very large website. While I don't really know how many videos or photos there are, it certainly is a lot. One of the largest individual sites I have ever seen.
-Amazingly beautiful models. Hardly a single model is ordinary. Little or no fake boobs or tattoos. I didn't see even a single one.
-Most models have some bush.
-Description as well as screenshots of every video.
Cons:
-Confusing navigation with no real search engine.
-Very few non hardcore photo sets or videos.
-Very little variety in the models. They are mostly the same age, from 18 to 25. Similarly waif like in body type, from basically flat chested to maybe B cups.
-Download entire DVD's. Since the files are mostly 1GB and over, they should be split into individual scenes.
-I saw no HD videos. Nice 640x480 at its best, but some are also of lesser quality. A few videos are unwatchable and split into tiny parts.
-Constant warnings about download limits as well as messages telling you not to use download managers, bots or file splitters. Warnings that if you try to download more than one video at a time you will be "restricted". Comes across as "Big Brother is watching you" as you download.
-Not cheap. No extras or other sites included.
Bottom Line:
The site is very large and represents a large sample of Japanese hardcore. However there are whole genres of porn that Jsexnetwork is ignoring.
A while back I joined Deluxepass.com. They have a tremendous quantity of Japanese videos spread over 56 websites within the group. There were exhibitionst videos, sharking videos of girls having their panties pulled down or aside in public, upskirts, videos of sleeping girls having their clothing cut off, as well as an interesting variety of other non hardcore scenes.
I feel that there is a lot more that Jsexnetwork can add to its archive. Jsexnetwork has very little except hardcore. Some is creative and some is basically the Japanese version of gonzo.
I don't want to complain about the content that they do have though. It comes as two types.
One is uncensored hardcore. There is not much in the way of creativity going on here. Almost without exception it is the Japanese version of gonzo. Several sex scenes are included in each video. Some are better than others, but in most the girl is attractive in a cute type of way and squeals as they are groped or have sex. They mostly act as if they are not really enjoying themselves. I found these videos to be ok, some even great. However, with several scenes in each whole video download, you have to either fast forward a lot or trim the videos. Twenty minutes of a girl trying to jack off a guy with a 2 inch dick that never gets hard can get tiresome.
The censored videos are more interesting, generally having a bit of plot. However, some are not worth bothering with either. My biggest complaint is that 2 hours worth of video with many parts that are not hardcore may make a better porno, but you need to fast forward a lot or trim the scenes. If the first 10 to 20 minutes are just talking, do I really need to use up my daily download limit?
My advice to the site is to make the videos downloadable in parts. Downloading entire DVDs is a royal pain both to download and then to deal with once you have them. With the download restrictions I mentioned in the cons, it is not a benefit to us or the site for files to be so big.
My other advice is to have a search engine that tells me something about the videos. I like bj videos-good luck here. You have to read the individual descriptions of the videos to figure that out for yourself. With literally hundreds of videos, my reaction is one of asking if they are kidding. I also found that many bj scenes are embedded in the middle or the end of the videos. Do I need to spend hours trimming them?
Overall, nice quality, great models, generous quantity, but hardly perfect or even representative of all that Japan has to offer.

Pros:

- Site design is well made with above average navigation including a search engine, user tags, voting system, and comments.
- Quality customer service if needed.
- Photo and video files are properly named for easy downloading without having to rename files.
- No mosaic if you are worried about that. It is authentic Japanese models as well if you are worried about that too.
- Probably the only place you can get Japanese shemale content outside of buying DVD's or joining a Japanese DVD site that may feature shemale DVD's for download (I have not found much myself).
Cons:
- For a newer site that is finally getting adjusted, the site still holds some technical problems such as the photo resolution should be higher. 1280 is just extremely low these days.
- There is a lot of chitter chatter amongst the camera man and the models during scenes. Plus, (which was stated in a earlier review would be fixed), there is still photography flashes sometimes present in video shoots.
- Update scheme is a bit different than other sites but consistant with most Grooby sites by updating video scenes with stripping, stripping and masturbation, stripping and masturbation with cumshot, and hardcore. While it creates a lot of updates, there are a lot of scenes of just stripping with no real climax.
- A lot of fondling between the camera man and model with a focus on POV handjobs and blowjobs. I put this as a con because it is not my fortay and I will explain this more in the bottom line.
Bottom Line:
Shemale-Japan is a site that is finally coming in to it's own. In the beginning, the camera man featured (Named Hiro) was inexperienced and it showed. However, during this time he did managed to create some decent footage but the lack of experience did show. But, he has obviously gained this for the updates now and the site has improved. Can I say it has improved dramatically? No. Why? Because of some key areas that I will explain.
The video work is not as great as the other videographers that Grooby offers from their other sites. The videographer here clearly loves Japanese shemale models and the excitement shows. But, I believe this has created an aura of which he is doing things in the scenes that he wants to see. For example, he talks a lot to the models during a strip scene. I dunno if it is direction because my Japanese is still low, but if it is, this should be taken care of before a shoot. Plus, there is a lot of fondling and POV handjobs and blowjobs. While I understand there is a niche for POV porn, I don't believe this is the vision of Grooby because it is only shown on this site. With this and the constant touching of the models, the scenes become camera man centered which I believe takes away from the viewer in terms of what they want.
However, there is some great footage that is captured. The hardcore scenes are extremely well done and I have yet to see a bad scene captured here in that category. While I find the stripping scenes to be somewhat lackluster, the masturbation scenes can be pretty good. The videographer has captured some great cumshots with some even at several angles and tends to keep quiet during these shoots. However, sometimes the camera is stagnant on a tripod with him obviously taking photos which can take away from the scene a bit. But, all-in-all, the masturbation to cumshot scenes are the better scenes shot on the site.
The photography is well enough but the resolution is just downright low for a site these days. But, they are available to download via zip and the lighting is actually good. While the shoots tend to be shot in a hotel room or bedroom, they offer a wide variety of positions and angles. While the setting could be improved, the outfits offered range from cosplay, glamour, to standard and are well done in these terms. Overall, I can't say the photography is all that bad, they just need to offer a higher resolution.
The site has improved in many key areas since they first started. In time, the site has come across a lot of quality models that will probably never be seen anywhere else outside Japan. Hiro has gained experienced and it shows but some things I consider big no-no's in scenes come across in a few of his video scenes still. But, the niche is so unique and the models are so different when compared to the standard ones from Thailand and the Americas, that I have to recommend the site at least once for any lover of TS material. With even more improvements, it could get even better.

Bottom Line:
Obviously the mosaics are going to be a problem for many people here. It's been discussed at length at PU and for the most part I side with jd1961 that since it's the law in Japan it would be pointless to hold it against them. That being said, I find the HC vids are a bit bothersome to watch at times, though the eroticism is usually still very high.
It deserves mention that the Japanese seem to be keen on the reverse gang-bang theme, which I find very erotic. There is one vid featuring ONE male with ONE HUNDRED women. Holy crap. If that isn't a fantasy to reckon with, I don't know what is.
The pics are censored at this site also, but I don't find this a problem. The models are spectacular and the sets are varied and beautiful to look at, even if they aren't always titillating; but oftentimes the girls are so stunning - and the sets and wardrobe so high-class - it's exciting just to see them naked.
Besides, some of these JAV models are like higher life forms to me. I realize this is totally subjective.
Pic quality and size vary to a great degree. Some are small, as in the Urabon and Amateur pics, and some of the Gravure pics are big, up to 2000+ on the big side, though these seem to be fairly rare.
I don't care for hardcore porn, but I took a few of the uncensored Maria Ozawa vids and was surprised that I could watch and enjoy them. The eroticism was high and the sex was sensual and non-aggressive, though I will admit that a great deal of the other videos here seem to veer quite decidedly towards the darker, or simply weirder, side of sex and sexuality.
Most of the vids here seem to be 640x480, so we're not talking HD, but they look very good to me. Bitrates must be higher than what the Windows info-balloons are telling me.

Cons:
- Much of the material seems to be non-exclusive. Saw most of their schoolgirl sets on Schoolgirls Asia (same company), and a lot of the sets featuring what appear to be Thai models have appeared elsewhere.
- No zipfiles.
- Vids come in small one-to-two minute clips, making them useless.
- Site has an amateurish look, not re the models, but the design. Ugly purplish background all through.
- Toy-obssessed.
- PU user mentions something about a DL limit. I wouldn't know because to DL one gig of video here in one day would border on masochism.
Bottom Line:
Two major drawbacks to this site are the lack of zipfiles and the fact that the vids are broken into tiny bits. The ones I saw averaged at 5 megs. I'm sure the HD vids are much larger, but I didn't bother with them, since I can't play 1280 anyway.
First, the lack of zips is a deal-breaker here, since the photo sets are often very long and padded out with multiple shots offering hardly any variation. Don't let the high pic count fool you. Most sets could be trimmed by fifty percent without losing anything.
Second, there is no good reason to break up the videos into tiny bits, except to frustrate the customer and greatly diminish enjoyment of the site.
Also a problem here is the depressing feeling of looking at young ladies who are simply trying to earn money. I end up feeling sorry for them more often than not. There is virtually no personality or charm exuding from this material, at least from my perspective. My impression from what little HC I looked at is that the performers are merely doing a job. Passion seems to be zero.
I would recommend the site if 1) photo-sets were edited and more varied, and zipped; and 2) videos were offered whole instead of being broken up.
Unless you are really into South-east Asian models, I would say skip it.

- Overall, the most beautiful models I've seen on any site, bar none.
- Virtually no tats or fake breasts (I have seen none thus far).
- Tons of video content, and plenty of picture content, all excellent quality. Pics avg. at 850x1215, some smaller, some larger; HQ vids are usually 720x480, various bitrates.
- All pics zipped. Even vidcap-sets from videos are zipped.
- Three video DL formats: low, medium, high.
Cons:
- Pics are named by number, same for each set, causing the need to re-name if you are not just taking the zipfiles.
-Pics open in new window, causing the need to contantly close it out. No nav features to avoid this as far as I can see.
- Vids dwell too much on groping, molesting, and too many vibrators, toys.
- Categories sometimes useless. I clicked "handjobs" for instance, and saw no handjob related pics or vids in what came up.
- Video is censored, though there is an uncensored section. The vagina is blurred out in the pictures also, as is all penis/penetration. Anus is okay (pictures of, not penetration), however. Hmm. I guess because we've all got one. But mine's not nearly as cute as the ones on these ladies, and I bet yours aint either.
- Pics are not being updated. If they were, I would remain a member indefinitely.
Bottom Line:
I don't have enough characters to do justice to the jaw-dropping beauty of these models. I know it's a subjective thing, but I find myself just totally blown away by these girls, devastated sometimes. Part of this is due to the excellence of the photographers. The Japanese are the best at this, hands down.
Pic sets are non-linear and keep interest by showng the girl in various dress, settings. By and large the over-all atmosphere is sophisticated and decidedly non-trashy. This is NOT trailer-park porn, and these are not amateurs.

Bottom Line:
Thainee is a site I wanted to join for awhile because it is an exclusive solo site for an individual Thai model which are hard to find. Plus, the addition of the three other sites which are LuLu Sex Bomb, Tailynn, and Tussinee made the site quite prospective. However, after joining this excitement went downhill quickly. The available content made me question the ethics of the site with an extremely low amount of content for a site around 3+ years old. This and the addition of no zip format available for the photo sets is very disappointing.
The actual content consists of both hardcore and softcore which is refreshing. The hardcore appears to be shot with a boyfriend (who is caucasian) and there are a lot of POV or shots not showing his face. The softcore shots consists of glamour style with masturbation or cosplay and/or posing. The footage and sets are not entirely bad, there are just not a lot of it.
The videos are available in an average resolution and look about average. I have seen worst and I have seen better. However, I do believe these are better than the photography. The videos capture both hardcore and softcore footage and have quite a few options for download. But, there are just too few of these videos. Since there are an actual good exchange of varying content, the lack of the number of videos does not make the video content too worthwhile.
The photography on the site is not the best I've seen either. The resolution is low and the watermark can be intrusive. On top of that the lighting can be sketchy sometimes and look quite amateurish at times as well. However, there are quite a few sets that are nice. The photos progress well without too many of the same poses over and over again. But, with the lack of zip format or an in-screen slideshow, viewing these photos can be a burden. The locations do vary which are great such as outside on beaches, rocky areas, and indoors on couches or beds. I had to write a new review and raise my score 2 points because of dramatic improvements to this site. The VIP section of the site has raised the download limit from 12GB/day to 36GB/day. Previously, the VIP side of the site had only realmedia and realvideo files. They are in the process of converting these files to .wmv, they already have many done. The real files remain as well.
The Digital Xpress section of the site increased the download limit from 15GB/month to 50GB/month. That's good,and they offer .avi, but you can always convert the .wmvs offered in VIP to .avi with a good converter. So VIP is by far the better bargain.
The site has over 7000 videos, and updates frequently. New JAV releases, old and hard to find releases are in their library.
The site also has a huge library of photos (no zip files though), including action, scans, and gravures.

I've been longing to join this site for years, and just decided to go for it. I bought a Digital Express account which offered me only 15GB of total downloads which you can use in 30 days time. (July 2009, Last time I checked they raised it up to 50GB). Once you use up your gigabytes, your account goes byebye and you need to subscribe again. If you opt for their other membership, you can download as much as you want but for lower resolution videos. If you calculate the Digital Express subscription in days, the most you can download is around 1-2 video a day from this site if you happen to like to download on a daily basis.
