1. All Exclusive content. You won't see it on ANY other site. New content is added almost daily.
2. Stunning image quality, really has to be seen to be believed. Currently there are 589 models appearing in 3734 sets for a total of over 429,000+ images to browse.
3. Super fast download speeds for both images and movies. Multiple high quality movie formats - WMV/MPG/MOV/FLV at impressive bitrates (and NO DRM!).
4. Make no mistake, this truly is a benchmark solo-girl site by which all others of a similar niche should be judged.
5. Membership costs. If you're a fan of solo-girl sites like myself, the value for money this site represents is truly amazing. An absolute BARGAIN. |

Make no mistake folks, this is a gem of a site. As I said in my PRO's section above you really do need to check out the quality of the content on SimonScans.com and then take a look at 99% of other sites in the same niche to appreciate just how good it really is. One of the few (very few!) sites that really does make you go "Wow!".
Onto the site itself. It's quick to load and I personally found it a breeze to browse around and getting to sections of the site I go to frequently is easy. Granted, I have been a member for quite some time now, but I honestly believe you'll have no problems at all using SimonScans.com and everything just has that 'SimonScans' feel to it. If that makes sense? If you become a member (and you should!) you'll understand exactly what I mean :)
The reason I don't give this site 100/100 is that I agree with others that have said some of the older videos are of not such good quality. But then I think I'm judging them against the latest SimonScans video quality and maybe thats me just being overly picky. The latest videos (over the last 6 months) are very good indeed, so maybe I'am being overly-critical on this point.
To sum it up, this is a fantastic site. It hits its' niche bang on and all in glorious Hi-Res quality. Check it out today, you won't regret it for a second. |

Well, I just joined Simon Scans again for the first time in a LONG time and at first I was amazed at the navigation of the site. There are so many ways to look at different things and everything is very easy to access. You can look at the model index in multiple ways, view all past updates by month easily, and just browse through the movie files. At first I thought this was going to be right up at the top of my scores for reviewed sites, but the errors on the site kill the score. As a matter of face, even compared to all the crappy sites I have joined over the last 4-5 years, I can't think of one that had so many technical problems.
The biggest and most important thing that I will explain in more detail is the problems on the site. Initially when going through the model index I found one model that had some problems, but as I continued to browse, that one model became more, and the types of problems expanded even more as well. So, as is typical with most sites, when clicking on a model index you will get thumbnail picks of the models, and when clicking on one pic that brings you to the model page of that model, which views all of their sets and such. Simon scans has this too, but it also has a more detailed version of the initial list of thumbs of the models that lists all of the sets that they have too (pics and video). So you can either go into their model page by clicking on their pic, or you can access the sets directly from the model index in that little area I described that lists them all, the "series details" they call it. Ok, so first, when you click on a model pic to enter her model page, it is VERY common to not have all her sets in there. Both pic sets and video sets are often times left out of it, so that leaves you with the links that I described that are on the model index, in the "series details". Well, the pic set links work, but NONE of the movie links work. So, if the movie isn't in her model page, you are out of luck. So, that's problem one. Also, I found a couple models who have dead links to their model pages completely. Wow. And ANOTHER problem. I found more than one model who has multiple movies, only to find that sometimes more than one different movie links to the same movie download, meaning one of the movies is nowhere to be found. Seriously, for a big time site, it sure has a crapload of problems.
Also, this is a niche site for fans of solo girl content, nothing more. While I enjoy that content and did like the content I could access, if you aren't a fan of it this site will not be for you. Expect a lot of toy use and a lot of pussy spreading.
For the niche it serves, this site COULD be among the best if it fixed all the problems on the site. Seriously, get a new webmaster already. There are a lot of good things here, and they shouldn't be diminished, but just expect some frustration and challenges in accessing the content. |

Ok. If you like great photography of dildo centered hardcore; gaping pussies; shots of big dildoes penetrating models (including anal); both hairy and shaved shots; lots of great POV shots where the model stands over you while groping herself; and models shot in beautiful locations, then this site is for you.
I've been a member of Simon Scans four times. The best thing is finding your favorite model. The sets are outstanding and I spend myself lost in a set and browsing and skimming through everything a lot less. The shots are just stimulating and vivid. You get hi end lingerie in bright colors; you really gets to see drenched pussies; get to see even purple veins in the labia. These are just beautifully thought out composed and super hi rez shots.
If you have a large flat screen monitor then you have got to background some of these shots- they are great.
Simon Scans masters what it focuses on. Though personally for me I like to see models primping more and I am a softcore fan so I have other memberships that suit that need. I found a lot of the sets in Simon Scans that showed models in their clothes and lingerie just as erotic and stimulating as the hardcore shots
But everyone has their tastes, and if you like what i listed in the first paragraph- if those are your tastes; then you will be hooked on this site.

Downloading was fairly easy. They have a good connection, but they do limit downloads sorta. Their server will kick you off if you reach a certain bandwidth quota. I was around 50-60 GB in about 2 days when I got booted. I email customer service and the reset my account within about a day. The limit is there to prevent hacked account from knocking their servers of the wall with 300 people all downloading from one account! The service guy said to keep downloading as much as I wanted and they would just keep reseting my account, but I had no more issues.
Some of the girls are kinda ugly on this site.
There was about 70 GB of pictures and 17 GB of videos, so this was about a 3 day download, but it came in nicely and kept my 3 Mbit/s pegged.
As of early march 2008 there were about 330 videos. The bit rates do vary, but a good amount of them are at about 1200 Kbit/s and the videos range from 4 minutes to 25 minutes. Most of the videos are 7-11 minutes. The resolution for the better amount of the videos are 480 x 360. |

- Some photos are too blurry many a time the photographer blurs the models face completely and you get to see only the genitals. (May appeal to some)
- Manager of the website not picky in choosing models. Some average models that look like they badly need a shower, some look like they have given birth to 5-6 kids.
- Toys, toys and more toys some of them huge in size almost as long as their thighs and as thick as their arms, but they seem to be happily putting them in! Toys can put in as early as the 5th or 6th picture which makes it less erotic.

I had heard almost all good things about this site. While I do agree that the photos look nice and for the most part are crisp and clear. There are some that are blurry right where I want them to be crisp and clear at.
The navigation is very easy to use, though not knowing these models, left me with spending an afternoon and clicking on each to see what each one looked like. Lots of blondes, and I'm not really into blondes, but that is minor. The downloads are easy, whether movie or zip picture files. Download speeds are going about average for me when compared to other sites.
I just don't see this site as one that I'm going to rush back to. The no scroll picture viewing is gimmicky at best. I went as far as hooking up my old monitor which is a 800x600 just to see how it works. My current monitor is 1600 on the high end, so I wouldn't need the no scroll viewing. The picture tries to fit itself to your screen size. Haven't I been able to do this while using Firefox for years?
If I'm not using that right, I would like it to be explained. The models range from very sexy to just plain average girls. I'm at the point that I want to see very sexy, so a lot of these models were just skipped over. The easiest way to sum it up is that it is a nice site and probably was a great one at one time, but it is just a little above average now. I might come back in a year and try it again. The videos have not really changed in style or eroticism sense the first time I explored 6 months. Videos seem to tease and miss out on the moment to often and miss the right level of eroticism. (I just renewed/explored again two months ago.) The lack of new girl/girl was disappointing. With some new fresh ideas I could see this site being top in its class. |
