Still No Access For Windows 8 Users

It has been over 3 months now and RK still has no resolution for the access problem for Windows 8 users. They have stopped replying to my email support requests. I also submitted a request for TBP to check into the problem as well. No replies. RK was one of my fav sights. Sad that they seem to have turned a deaf ear to good customers.

One of our editors passed the following along to me. It is a reply they received from RK's tech support in response to our inquiry). We got this reply back on 8-Apr-2013. Hope it helps.

I wanted to give you a quick update. We did several tests over the weekend to ensure that Win8 users can indeed access RK. In the tests we performed, we found no issues.


We believe that the problems that users were facing was that by default on Win8 in the metro version of the browser, flash was not enabled and you had to explicitly enable it. Microsoft's policy was changed about 3 weeks ago, where now the flash plugin is enabled by default, so streaming should no longer be a problem.


We are continuing to do tests to make sure we have covered as many cases as possible, and rest assure if we find something it will be corrected.

Thanks Khan for the info. Not sure what their response means. I get the following error just trying to access the site.

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

My problem has not been playing a video. I can't get into the site to even try and play a video. I occurs with all browsers, Firefox, Chrome, IE.

Please relay this to their support group as I get no response from them.

The editor tells me that RK basically told them that any further "issues" should be referred to their technical support which is linked from the bottom of all their sites. The URL was
http://service.adultprovide.com/

There are several phone numbers given so perhaps you can get this resolved.

Sorry we couldn't help more. It wasn't from lack of trying. :(
