I haven't been a member since they enabled HD downloads but my educated guess based on content they have at EvilAngel network, HD is MP4. Not sure how to check if it is H.264 though.

This company has had some questionable billing practices, so I would warn you against taking a membership. I may go back, but with a limited prepaid card only.

I had a membership a while back and didn't have any billing problems. I canceled during the first month. I do use prepaid cards for all of my memberships just in case.
The only problem I had with the site was the subpar video quality. It seemed to be an issue across all of the Fame Digital sites, but may now be rectified.
