Very shady billing practices

For shame Brazzers...

I've been reading many others who have had some serious problems with Brazzers billing as of late, ever since they went to in-house processing instead of ccbill. When I finally decided I really wanted one of the videos on this website, I made sure to first enroll in the virtual accounts my credit card company offers - very lucky I did!

To start, during the signup process, there are multiple opportunities to slip up and get charged for numerous upsales. Once past that, the site works well. Then I attempt to cancel the subscription from through their web form just as their instructions say, and it kicks back as an invalid username/password combination, can't cancel the subscription. So I send off a message to the support email they provide, and this kicks back as an invalid address.

I don't feel like wasting more of my time with their live support, I very much doubt it will be any more helpful. They will be unable to charge the credit card number I gave them a second time, that'll just be the way this ends.

duc0n (0) It's the truth, you can't cancel the subcription. You always have this message "invalid username/password". The support doesn't reply. I had to make an opposition of my CC...

Hi there,

We signed up to Brazzers today to check out what you were talking about. After joining (with two pre-checked boxes to undo as you mentioned), we weren't able to get into the member's area or the cancellation page for 10 minutes or so. However, I had seen a small note somewhere that it could take up to 15 minutes to get into their system, so I waited, and everything fixed itself.

We were able to cancel about 15 minutes after joining. The process was a bit long, with many pages trying to get you to stay, but nothing too tricky at least.

While you have to be careful for sure, everything seems to be okay at least on our end. Perhaps your delay in cancellation took longer than ours, who knows. But I'm glad to see it's not totally busted at least.

Thanks for checking into this. I probably should have replied to this comment earlier. Yes, initially I was unable to cancel the membership from this site in the first week, but after about 3 weeks in to the subscription I tried canceling again, and this time the cancel went through successfully. So whatever problem they were having, they did resolve.

I was still very unappreciative that every other log in to their site presented me with a splash screen trying to upsell a subscription to another website!!! With Brazzers & Mofos being such a prominent target of the underside of the internet, login details are more prone to being discovered out there, the potential for big problems exist. Nobody should ever use their real credit card number with this company, most credit cards offer virtual numbers, use them instead and cancel the number immediately after purchase.
