10gb limit, really a limit?

For a long while I didn't want to join RK because of their limit on downloads. I prefer to download videos and watch them later or put them on my ipod. However, after being a member at videobox for a while I realized that having a decent stream player makes it almost unnecessary to download any videos. I only download my favorite videos and watch the rest on-line saving time and long download lists. So is 10gb really a limit? I mean I could download over 700 movies in a month which I doubt I would even if I had unlimited download. I only keep the best from each site which is maybe 10-30 movies....hmmI might join RK afterall...

 atrapat (112) Reality Kings currently has a beta site available to all members where they offer one of the best streaming players I've come across so far in a reality site: flash technology, thumbnails of key frames and everything you'd probably expect after your experience with VideoBox.

Take into account, though, that Reality Kings used to have a disappointing WMV streaming system that is the only one still available at the old members area.

On the other hand, I believe they are constantly making changes to the player. I've used it only occasionally and the way it looks like now is very different than what I remembered from a couple weeks ago. It's also somewhat better than I remembered.

If you want to queue the download of some scenes, keep in mind that scene URLs change every few hours.

 badandy400 (103) Also keep in mind that while 10 GB per day may or may not be bad for you, you do only get 15 attempt at the larger videos. So if you start with one you dont want, that counts. If you have one stop in the middle of downloading, it counts. So if someone is like me and has several videos downloading at a time and the internet stops momentarily new attempts must be used to continue the download of those videos.

This is interesting information. I will definitely explore both of their areas and compare the players. a Good streaming player is key for my purchase of a membership...

However the info that you have limited amount of tries for a download disappoints me
