A pain in the ass.Blocked again.

I've been a member of this site for 2 days plus a few hours. I was blocked on the first day for excessive bandwidth usage. Maximum daily usage limit is 12 GB, and I used less than 3 GB. But because I downloaded more than 1 file at the same time, my usage was overstated due to whatever method they use to count, and I was banned for approximately 12 hours.
The site does not state that downloading more than 1 file at the same time is not allowed. What the site states is that if more than 1 file is downloaded at the same time, that usage will be counted towards your daily limit.
The site does not state that your usage will be mis-counted if you download more than 1 file at the same time.
OK, I learned my lesson. Do not download more than 1 file at the same time on this site, or you can be banned long before you reach your daily limit.
This is the start of my 3rd day's membership, and I have been banned again. I downloaded 2 files. I downloaded the first file, waited until it was finished downloading, and then downloaded a second file. The total was 2.7 GB (I downloaded 2 movies, and each movie is over 1 GB, which is the norm at this site). The maximum daily limit is 12 GB, as I stated earlier.
So I did not download 2 files at the same time.
But I have been banned again, for 15 hours, for excess bandwidth use.
The Ban message states my account has exceeded the daily limit (12 GB). I downloaded 2.7 GB. The Ban message states that if I personally did not exceed the 12 GB limit, possibly my account was hacked. As I explained in an earlier comment, my username and password were issued by CCBill. I did not choose the username or password. And the username and password are tight security, in the sense they are each a mixture of lowercase and uppercase letters, mixed with numbers, in an apparently random order. So if the username and password were hacked, the problem lies with CCBill or the paysite itself. But I am the one who is paying for the service I am not receiving.

Hopefully, any PU members will have less frustration with this site than I have experienced.

I sent an email stating I was improperly banned the first time.
I have not received any reply to that email from support yet, and it's been almost 2 full days. The site advertises 24/7 email support, and that any email to support will be answered in 48 hours.
I sent a second email stating the problems that I am having with the site, and saying that I will cancel my membership if the problems are not resolved.
