 Khan (Suspended) Not sure what you're seeing but I'm seeing the discounted rate being offered and it seems to be for credit cards.

If I fill out the first sign up page and click on credit card a pop up will come up saying this option is not available.Try it and see if it does for you too

Ok, I passed this one to the TBP Editor and she found the same thing you did once she got past the initial screen. We'll be getting up with the web site the first of the week to see if we can't get it resolved.
