If you read my comment closely, the discount was offered directly by Digital Desire until October 1. Now that it's Oct 17, well....
Fear not, all is not lost. If you go to http://www.paysitediscounts.com/, they have links to many websites, including this one. If you go through here, then to Digital Desire, you can still get the $18/mo price. Can't beat that. You'll probably find other ones here you like as well.

We are constantly adding more data into our system. We'll continue to improve and add more stars names.
The older videos that come on VHS are what they are. I wish we could get higher quality masters on them, but the original masters rarely exist.
Studios like VCX and Video X Pix do supply some high quality classics if you're looking for them.

My guess is that Shelby Bell has retired and this site is just fodder in the BrainPass network. The name sounds familiar (avoiding the pun here), but I've not seen hide nor hair of this girl anywhere in quite some time.
Reminds me of why I usually avoid network sites. They're complicated to navigate, and the "sites" are usually small with content that is mediocre at best.
