I find the allure of video material way more than the erotic pleasure it delivers. I tire of it very quickly.
However a good image set is a thing of joy. I reckon this is down to the 'build-up' being tedious on video yet giving a damn good tease in images.
Of course this is photographer and lighting dependent. Set editting is an art that sites seem to understand better than video editting.
Another way to evaluate this could be Mb/Pleasure ratios although this would be irrelevant to those with huge internet pipes.

Can't answer this poll because I use VLC which is really good for streaming collections around the place.
It has much better support of codecs and good control of video parameters. This mean you can correct for dark and over saturated videos. For example f*machines tends towards the dark end and 1by-day always over saturate the colours so that skin takes on an almost tangerine tone.
VLC is also good at transcoding, so you can have a PC with very high resolution and a set top box connected to plasma screen. The set top box may only understand DIVX, yet you'd like a WMV movie played on it.

Bandwidth is aways an issue:
a) for the providers
b) for us
c) for our hard disks
therefore selectivity is the key, although there are plenty of times when a download doesn't live up to its promise!

This is clearly a set of combinational factors.
i) Screen Resolution
ii) Frame rate
iii) Video codec
iv) Compression applied
These are combined with the CPU and graphics capabilities of the viewing system.
The only way to really tell is to try the video, samples are of course helpful.

The Image quality on this site is outstanding. In particular resolution and depth of field are stellar. The detail is of 'pore and folicle' at 3506 x 2336.
The predominately 'euro' models are truly gorgeous and well presented in both Solo and Girl-Girl mode.
Some videos are HD at 1280x720 and well encoded.
The update and rentention policy means there is a lot of content available. |

The sets are split into episodes which tend to be short and of varying progression. Sometimes there is a lot of progress and in others there are many similar images.
Sometimes the action is so rude it gets 'gyno' and not erotic. In particular the 'fists and speculum' series can have an almost sterile edge to them. |
| Bottom Line: |
This is a technically good site with good fit models and commendable rudeness. It undoubtably deserves praise.
For this reviewer however the "frisson per set" ratio was low and gave an overall feeling of detachment.
More smiles, cheekiness. toys that match the outfits, sets and proportions of the models would be nice. If only Suburban Amateurs could deliver Alsscan's technical image excellence.
This is my honest review, not sure why I made it since I suspect the trust rating will get a bashing from fans!

Having thought about this, I believe that sites fail because the people who run the site fail, just like all other business.
They can fail for technical reasons (they get hacked and bandwidth bills are high)
But more likely they fail because they get tired and produce overly similar content that doesn't connect with their customers.
Good leadership and customer care count.

OK jd, I see your point.
I like full access trials on good sites because they are a 'value' way to catch up on content. If you have a site that charges $30 per month you'll find that you can DL 6 months of content overnight. Then cancel the trial as soon as you're complete.
Do this twice per annum -- bargain

I believe that we need a clear and clean delimitation between TRAIL and TRIAL memberships. TRIALs are OK because you can gain some sort of view of the site. TRAILs are a pain because you trail around the partner sites looking for content.
If you wanted to limit a TRIAL site why not do it on the basis or access to only the last three months updates?

nygiants03 makes a valid and pertinant point. It is simply a matter of content both quantity and quality. This is why we need to see the updates on the tours and why we need to see both image and video samples.
On the other hand, taste is so important, however there's not yet a taste interface on a web browser.

It cannot ever be one part, you can have the most perfect women looking sullen and there will be no spark.
A less that perfect girl next door may have a cheeky grin or misbehave in a declicious way.
Therefore glamour will always need these combinatorial elements to work together before the art and allure work.

The photography here is natural and has a good amateur feel to it. The girls look homely, welcoming and genuinely sexy. The navigation is standard imagefolio and therefore easy to follow.
There are plenty of toys here, although later on in the large sets. Mostly these are shown in context with not too many boring closeups.
Images are crisp although only 1,280 x 852 pixels are at 300K+ so not much compression. |

Lack of ZIP downloads is a major distraction on this site, takes ages to build up a set on ones HD
Sets are overly long with 10+ images very very little change. |
| Bottom Line: |
The models are what makes this site compelling. I'd rejoin if they had ZIP facilities and at least 1600x200 images (preferably more). |

I really quite like Simons' use of toys, but I really wish that he would organise toys of the right size and variety that ordinary girls use on a daily basis. Girls like the right size and fully strong vibration.
I'd happily lose the close-ups to see a little more expression.
And as usual I think that 3000px would be exquisite given Simon's photographics skill.
That said, I still rate the site most highly

The content here is pretty good and very much as described. However this site uses one of my pet hates.
They start their picture sets 001.jpg, 002,jpg etc. Which means if you download any of the images, management becomes a nightmare, because the third time you download 046.jpg, can you remember to call it 046a or 046b 046c etc, and when you come back to a site after a week, how can you remember how far back you got. There's no clue in 046d.jpg !
Anyway, there you are apart from image compression this site is rather good. Drooler thankyou for your review
