I'm located in the US, so I've never had to deal with regional pricing for pay sites. But I do know that people in Europe often get hit with unfair prices.
Khan (a PU staff member) says the regional pricing policy is set by the paysite, and not the payment processing company (which might be CCBill or Epoch), though the payment processing companies do get a lot of angry comments because potential subscribers blame them for the higher prices.
I went on vacation to Europe years ago. And at different places, our tour group was charged higher prices for items we bought, than the natives of the region. I'm talking about buying a can of coke or whatever at a refreshment stand or whatever. I felt I was being ripped off, seeing other people paying less for the same items we were buying. That was the first time I encountered what was basically regional pricing.
Except that in an extended form of regional pricing, maybe, when I went to college in the US, people from out of state had to pay a higher price to attend a state college than an in-state resident. So that might be considered a form of regional pricing. That is still true today, that out of state residents pay a higher price to attend a local state college, I assume. The theory is that the state colleges are supported in part by the income/property tax that residents pay to the state. Even though state sales tax is paid by anyone who purchases any item within the state.
What the theory behind regional pricing for porn paysites is, I don't know, other than businesses usually try to grab as much money as they can from whoever they can. :)

Thank you tangub. It is good to be here :o) Yes, I agree with you totally on the repetetive issue. The photographers seem to only have a few ideas of what to do when it comes to the scenes. With exclusive content you would expect a bit more "interesting" themes. For exempel a bit more up and close with the models. "Let us get to know the models a bit" - It would definitely have helped the site out.

At the moment there are 16 videos and 36 photo sets. The videos are typically around 5-6 minutes long and there are around 100 photos in each photo set. However every day there is either a new video or new photo set added

Photo sizes (for the recent stuff at least) is 2,000px × 1,333px.
There is a good amount of solo content and the mroe recent stuff is hi-def.

5 GB divided by 4 MB/sec equals 20.8 minutes.
We both have the same internet connection speed (approximately).
My ISP connection has a max download speed of 50 Mb/sec, or 6.25 MB/sec.
But I usually average somewhere between 2-4 MB/sec download speeds.

I also hate download limit, especially when they come as a surprise. Did the site let you know about them before you signed up? I see no mention in the FAQ.
Question of curiosity. 5GB per day sounds like about three videos. Is that about right?

Many thanks, tangub. It really is very different and was kind of jarring working my way back through the archives of the site; I kept finding great sets and videos to download... then suddenly almost nothing; I have kept very few sets from before 2012.
I'm just hoping they stay on the current path as I've bought a longer subscription...

I like how you Put CCbilled as a pro, I find it to be the best payment system to date. Some times even a selling point for me. I also Photo collect as you put, it is a major reason why i subscribe and hold up zip file sharing so highly in my reviews. Looking at the Models on this site they seem very touched up/not natural with the lighting, did you find that also in most of the sets ?

Tangub, thanks for the fine review! This is another site that's been on my list, but like you I was under the impression that it was rather racier than Met Art et al. I particularly like things like the fetish wear and mild bondage you mentioned - as such it's a disappointment to learn it's very much in the minority, as is the more explicit material the home page teases us with.
To learn that it's more similar to MA is very helpful; I have a few others that can be promoted up the list. Perhaps if there was more than just one set of Valentina Vaughn...

Interesting review, tangub. The reasons I had of remarking on this review is because Lisa Ann rates pretty high on my list of "hot ladies." Although I doubt I'd join a site promoted in just her name, there sometimes remains that itch.
The issue involving your billing problem didn't wash too well with me, either.

Just Wanted to post here to let anyone know that downloads are now available. Entire Methodcash members area was actually redone across the board. Actually a pretty cool set up as you can switch from site to site very easily.

Anyway, simply posting here to let all know that my site does have downloads available again. no , not because I gave in to complaints, simply because the members area was redone accross the board for all Method sites. Somewhat of a universal rework across the board. I think anyone that checks it out will find the new area pretty cool. Enjoy :)

Uuuggghh.... I ll tell you what , why don't you just print a manual on here instructing everyone on how to do exactly what I'm trying to avoid. While you're at it why don't you just point people to illegal download sites for ripping copywritten software to use to pull down flash videos ?
Yes....I'm sure if you look hard enough you'll find a free program that will fix just about any issue you have. However, the fact is that most are not going to go thru all that trouble of finding a script to download and then finding one to convert to wmv. If they go through all that and for all my videos more power to them, but most are not going to.
I can appreciate what you're saying, but it does make a very big difference in theft regardless of what you may be able to pull down with a script or what you may think makes a difference. As I said, the customer can still watch the video just the same as if dowmloaded, my customers don't seem to mind at all.

I'm glad t hear that they would only stay on your hard drive, but if you think that's the case in general you are being nieve. I own the site, I see where my content goes and ends up, I protect it as anyone would. Yes people can still grab the photos, which isn't as big of a concern to me, but you can't grab flash videos unless you put an absorbant amount of time into it. The simple fact is that since I have done this I have had less theft, I know this because I track it and the vids that do pop up on tubes are clips that I've approved for webmasters. No members have complained and I've receved good feedback on the quality of the vids even though you can only view on the site. I know this may be difficult to understand but content isn't cheap and isn't easy to produce, not everyone can afford to just produce it only to have it stolen and ripped up on every torrent / tube. I didn't make things this way, just adapting.
As far as the tour goes, no where on it does it say downloadable anything. It was designed before the members area changed but is in no way misleading. if you like quality asian hardcore content, solo nude and fetish you will like my site. The vids are very easy to jump around in as long as you don't have a phone modem,lol, its no different than downloading and replaying.
Finally, you're last comment is out of line. I love my members and anyone will tell you I go out of my way for them because I enjoy it. To imply I'm penalizing members is rediculous. If you disagree on the no downloads, that's fine, I'm sure there's some that do, but I don't think you're being very objective about the situation we face as producers these days. At any rate, I've said my piece :) tia
