I think you have a valid point. I was looking at this narrowly from the perspective that a bisexual man would likely prefer to see a B/B/G scene where the two guys also interact sexually. But you're right in that a bisexual guy could easily enjoy this site. The only thing I can think of to counter this is that the woman really plays a secondary role in the scenes and most people might like to see her getting pleasure too.
Maybe the best thing for me is to stop trying to figure this site out and just enjoy it.

Man, I can't catch a break! The last three memberships I've bought have hit some sort of a snag. Maybe I should give up on porn and take up knitting or something...
The offer I had was definitely for $39. I wonder why there is a difference? Maybe you're a better customer than I am? Maybe their database figured I'd need less persuasion. It might also be some sort of regional pricing too. Maybe only U.S. residents got the $29 offer. That doesn't make any sense though, since it doesn't cost Kink any more to allow a Canadian or a New Zealander full access for the $29 U.S. price.
I suspect if I emailed Kink to ask them why they've made the same offer at different prices they'd just ignore that one.

This is an excellent deal. Thanks for pointing it out. I usually avoid taking email deals because what's offered is, at best, the TBP/PU discount so I join through TPB/PU so they get any referral fee. But in this case the offer was just too good to refuse. I signed up for the $39 access to every site and if I read it correctly that is the recurring price for future months too. I don't normally hang around sites longer than one month but this deal is so good I might just never leave. This is likely a great marketing plan for Kink.
On a negative note, I still can't stand their new site look. The old look was dated but far more user-friendly.

I'm not a member of any Kink sites right now, but as recently as a couple of weeks ago I had no problem. I did have an account issue a few years ago and found their customer support was excellent. Send them and email and they may be able to help.

I agree completely that Sex and Submission is really different from Fucking Machines in that it si so much easier for the directors to keep S+S fresh and interesting. The Sasha Grey scene and the Kat scene are still among my all-time favourite porn scenes.
Like you, I look for email discounts, but I think the site (and all Kink sites) are worth the $30 per month. The production values are much higher than most other sites.

I agree with you. Most times I skip those. My guess is that the reason for these interviews is 75% law and 25% because Kink does try to be a better network than most. They seem really woman-friendly and want to promote that. I know the average woman would think I was insane for saying that, but it really is woman-friendly. These site are all about showing women with certain fetishes getting off on those fetishes. I do like some of the post-scene interviews where the model sits there and talks about what she liked about the scene. That could suffice for compliance I suspect.
Other BDSM sites don't use the interview as much, if at all. Society SM comes to mind.

It's sad that porn, or maybe erotica is a better term for this kind of material, has to chase a dollar and go to the lowest common denominator. I like a fairly wide range of porn and my collection has a lot of this 'softer' stuff. I like the more natural feel and timing to it. It has a sensuality to it that the hard stuff (purposely) lacks. There's more than enough hard stuff out there; I hope those of us who appreciate the artcore sites can persuade them to go back to their original purpose.

I'm a fan of artcore/glamcore sites too but I haven't joined any in several months. I wasn't aware that Sex Art even existed. I also wasn't aware that a lot of sites I like have been shifting to a 'harder' model. What I like about these kinds of sites is the connection between the models that adds so much sensuality. I also like that the scenes aren't hour-long endurance tests. I hope existing members challenge the site owners and cause them to go back to the softer stuff.
One question - when you say the scenes are 'dark' do you mean the actual lighting or the mood? Or both?

Thanks for commenting. Almost all the later scenes are shot in a pool so the safety issues would be less I think. If anything goes wrong the models are no more than a few feet from the surface. The ocean SCUBA scenes are a different matter though.
On a related note, some of these stars can hold their breath for a loooong time. It gets hard to watch it they can stay under so long.

Great review. I currently have a membership to a sister-site, Infernal Restraints and really like that but I wish it had more sex. Because of that I figured I'd join Sexually Broken but not I'm not so sure. You may have saved me $30. I like Sex and Submission and will probably head back there instead. One beef that I have with this company's sites is that Sexually Broken uses pretty much the same sets as Infernal Restraints, and the same models (from what I can see on the SB preview pages), yet Infernal Restraints is likely among the most expensive sites on the web at $65/month. I have no idea why they charge less than half that for a similar site that actually has more sex.

They don't look so much better than what VB offers to justify the membership unless you're going for the three day trial. Even then, you may be better off with a VB membership because you have access to more of Seymore's stuff - and you get a lot of Shane's stuff on VB too from after she and Seymore parted company. You'd need a separate membership for Shane's titles if you joined SB.

Thanks pat. This site does have two advantages though: the file resolution is better (though I haven't been to VB in a long time and they may have improved) and with a decent internet connection and a lazy day you can get everything you want in a day.
It is disappointing though to know that so many good titles and scenes have been left out.

I can't really give you many recommendations for sites you might like but aren't yet aware of because our tastes are different, but I keep getting promotions for a site called "Fucking Awesome." I find that most of the models there are slightly older (30, plus or minus a bit) and tend to have curvier figures. I can't vouch for the site but you may want to have a look.

I agree that there is evidence that at least some webmasters and site owners lurk here and may be taking what we say to heart. I rarely see any criticism that isn't constructive unless that criticism is clearly warranted.
(Now that I think of it, several years ago I reviewed a streaming-only site that didn't go out of its way to make that clear. I stated it clearly in my review and later the webmaster threatened legal action. An odd response I thought...)
Just so you know though, you may have misread my original reply to you and you may want to disown me now. I am most definitely a fan of the 18-20 petite look. There are some staggeringly stunning 30+ models out there and I have some of their stuff. Jenni Lee comes to mind, for example. But most of the time, it's young and petite for me. I hope we can still be friends!

I'm someone who really enjoys a scene set-up. I like it when a site creates a sexual tension. But I definitely agree with you that the set-up here simply goes on too long. And more than that, the set-up isn't creating sexual tension. It seems to be more along the lines of fear or coercion. Both of those can be sexy in the right context, but I think most of the scenes here fall short of being sexy.
One thing I completely disagree with you on is this:
"I think as well that porn needs curves, and too many young/skinny models is never a good direction to take. Are there no middle-aged or fat thieves in the USA?"
Noooooo!!!! As someone who loves younger and petite models please don't mess with this part of the formula! :-)
I don't think I've taken the opportunity to welcome you to PornUsers. This is a great site with a lot of regular members who are easy to get along with. Some of them are walking porn encyclopedias so members like me get to take advantage of that.

This was a great find on you part. She's very cute, but not in the typical porn model way. She looks more girl-next-door than most models who advertise that. And thanks for the warning on the small size of the site and limited themes. I probably would have considered joining to see the anal scene that they advertise on the front page and have been really disappointed to find that it hasn't been posted yet. I suspect I'll check this out on some cold winter night later this year.
