I like the heat that those darkly lit scenes have. I like the way that the director uses the light and shadows to create a mood. But I can understand your position too. The dark scenes are only part of one series so there aren't too many of them.
I should add that I like the scenes they shoot outdoors too. Those look amazing.

Thanks for the information. I might still rejoin. Did you have any membership issues? When I joined I was accused of sharing my password because apparently I downloaded the about 10x the content on the site. Obviously my password was compromised, but Buck tore a strip off me anyway. That was a bit annoying since other members reported the same thing. Maybe he's improved his security. I certainly wouldn't trust him with my credit card information.

An update on my review for anyone interested in particular models. I’ve reviewed the scenes on Sinnistar with known porn chicks and even some unknown to me but listed on IAFD and have a list of some exclusive scenes for anyone who collects specific models.
Keep in mind that if you are interested in any of these, when I say oral, that normally includes throat-fucking. The anal sex can be pretty rough too. Not all models do ATM, but most do.
- Anne Howe (aka Melissa Ashley) – one b/g anal scene, one oral
- Aaliyah Jolie – four scenes, one is only oral, one is a b/g/g (with ATOGM), one is pretty rough b/g oral and anal with her in bondage and one is b/g with an attempt at anal fisting.

Trashman's expired review noted that there was a download quota and they'd start to threaten you with penalties for just downloading what they considered to be too much material. He also said that the videos were DRM protected. Are these still the case or has it been fixed?

I've never thought of that, but it makes sense. I prefer b-g hardcore and don't normally download g-g or softcore stuff so I guess I'd normally end up not being interested in a lot of stuff on a network. But that happens a lot anyway since both MILFs and big breasts are common so I lose out on those sites.
But the odd thing for me when it comes to Diesel Access is that I do download the girl-girl and solo softcore stuff because the models are just so stunning.

I suspect that they're referring to scenes on the main site, Young Legal Porn. There are definitely anal scenes on YLP and I doubt that there are any on SSG. When I was a member Gloria hadn't even started doing girl-girl, though she is doing some now. In a reply to a question I aksed, dieselman responded and said that he highly doubted that Gloria would ever do boy-girl. But... if she ever changes her mind and does b-g anal I'll be running to get my credit card immediately.

One of the biggest advantages to having a user-driven review site like this (being affiliated with a commercial review site) is that readers get to read varying opinions. I agree with most of what you wrote but my assessment of all of that still brought me to a much higher score.
I will admit though, that while I tried to be objective I may have been swayed a bit by the fact that SSG was part of a larger AND less expensive network when I joined.
But... I still think that Gloria is one of the most perfect models working today.

Great review, elephant. Gloria is a stunning young woman and doesn't have that typical porn look. You're right to say she looks like a runway model!
When I was a member about six weeks ago there were no girl/girl shoots of Gloria but the webmaster said that there likely would be in the future. Are there any now? There looks like there might be a really softcore one. Can you confirm that?
I'm also glad to see that the site is using the same photo on the main page where she's laying on a bed on her stomach and seductively glancing back at the camera. That is one of my favourite photos ever. It captures both Gloria's incredible beauty and the cameraman's ability to capture it. Both are essential ingredients to this near-perfect site.
If anyone is interested in joining SSG I'd strongly recommend that you do it through Young Legal Porn and pay the additional fee for the full access. If you only buy SSG then you leave too much of Gloria's material inaccessible on Young Legal Porn and 18 Only Girls.

Sorry to ask what may be stupid question, but I think I lost the thread of the discussion. You and the others have talked about joining this site versus joining a network that includes this site. Which network is it that includes this site? TBP doesn't make that clear.
When I clicked join on SSG I saw a price of $29.95. Is that for the site or the network?
I'd really like to give this site a try but I'm not sure the best way to do it.

I'm not sure how I missed reading your review when you posted it. This is a site I like and I'm always interested to see how others respond to it.
I agree with you that the humiliation here is nothing like what is found on sites like Facial Abuse. The problem with that statement is that there are a lot of people who don't like any kind of BDSM porn and don't see the difference. I'm glad to hear from someone who sees that difference too. (As an aside, I recall engaging in a bit of a one-sided debate with a relatively new member after I reviewed a Kink site several years ago. He had made it clear that he was into softer hardcore and glamcore sites. He took a strong objection to my description in a review that Kink followed their protocol and had a pre- or post-scene interview to make it clear that the model both consented to what happened in the scene and enjoyed it. I recall that this newer member took offence to my stating this and held the opinion that these interviews were staged. After explaining to him that it made no sense to criticize porn you don't like - as long as it is legal and ethical - he seemed to have stopped posting here not long after that. That's too bad for all of us though because if he could have been a bit less dogmatic then he may have become a long-time member here...)
I guess I rambled a bit... Oops...
When I reviewed the site last year it was adding one site per week but now it appears to be closer to one new scene per month. Given the unique porn on offer here I still think this is a decent value. (I should also add that Assylum also seems to be updating once per month. Both of these sites look like they have a small crew and the scenes probably take a lot of work so the limited updates isn't too surprising.)
