exotics - I don't think what I'm downloading would qualify as 'big' files. They certainly aren't HD. I was working my way through the newer Captain Stabbin scenes and downloading the only wmv files there. Those are probably larger than the files intended for mobile device users, but they aren't 'big' by today's standards. It may be that you're treated differently because you're a former member. I'm a former member too but I don't think the network was called Reality Kings back when I was there last.
The clause in the terms of membership about the download limit has an awful lot of wiggle room in it for them. They're vague because they say they "may" impose a limit of 10GB per day and up to 15 "big" files. I have no idea what that means. They're also a bit vague on when you get privileges back. I emailed them and asked several questions about what they mean. I was polite and respectful but was looking to have some of the terms clarified. I'll have to admit that sending them an email is also a bit of a test since I think the chances of them actually responding to me are about zero. I suspect that RK is just another faceless mega site with no interest in customer service. But if I'm wrong I'll certainly retract that. And if I get some clarification on how they impose the limit (and on who) I'll report that here for future members.
To top all of this off, I do have to admit to being a little ticked that I got kicked off at just over 9GB when the limit wasn't even triggered. That's a definite breach of the contract on their part.

I just took out a membership here today and I can't get Free Download Manager to work. I can't say with other managers, but my guess is that if they block one they block them all.

I hate to hear this because there is some material I really want to see here. I literally was on the join page a couple of days ago and thought twice about it. I'll probably join, and I hope I'm not as frustrated as you. Thanks for all the warnings. At least if I do join I'll go in fully informed.

I can understand your frustration. It's bad enough having a download limit, but to have one that a member can't figure out is worse. Then having your membership cancelled on top of that is bizarre.

I checked the terms of the contract and they do spell out that there is a daily limit, and it is a bit confusing in that there is a limit of 10GB. I'm not really sure how to interpret the part where you can additionally download 15 big movies.
Here's the exact clause in the contract:
E. Download Limit
As a member in good standing, you may download up to 10 gigabytes of data each day, and additionally up to 15 big movies. Upon reaching this limit, you may be denied access to download any additional data until the beginning of the next day.

I can understand why a site might want to impose a download limit - obviously a member with a high-speed connection can download a lot of stuff in a day. But... I'm with you when it comes to hating them. For me, I'd think twice about joining a site that imposed a limit - especially one like RK where the limit doesn't seem logical.

Great review... very informative.
I was a member there a long time ago and it may not have even been called Reality Kings then.
The reason I joined was for Captain Stabbin. Can you give me some information on that site? Does it still update? Is it still anal-themed? Does it still take place on a boat? I understand that the original 'Captain Stabbin' retired a while ago, which is probably a bit of a negative because he added a creepy yet fun element to the scenes. The preview pages don't really give me enough information to get the anwers to these questions on my own so any help would be appreciated!
I was also a big fan of In the VIP and VIP Crew. As I recall, back when I was last a member (which was probably more than five years ago) they weren't all about tattoos and fake breasts. That's definitely a negative for me too.

Excellent and informative review. I am a huge fan of rimming content and this site has been on my radar since it was listed here in May of 2020. But, as with many new sites I'm a bit hesitant. Your review removes that hesitation.
It does appear that the TBP/PU discount is gone. I don't see that now and when I go through to the site I see a full price $30 USD price. Let's hope they reoffer that as I don't think I'll join at full price.

I'm with Denner on this. Your review was great, and this would normally be a theme that I'd be interested in too, but the male 'talent' is just too weird for me. Men in straight porn should never be the centre of attention. They're just props and shouldn't detract from the real talent.

I like some of Rodney's work but given how old much of his stuff is I guessed that the site would still reflect a ten year old design. Thanks for confirming that. Surely they could put some effort into the site and improve it to make this classic porn better. JM Productions has the same problem.

Excellent review! "...hairy, hirsute women..." that gave me a good laugh!
I like some of Rodney's stuff, but very little of it. One title I do have is a video called "Rodney's Blastrovan 2" which has scenes with Haley Paige and Kylie Rochelle. Rodney shoots them POV style and plays himself as a pervert trying to get get Haley to pose in a wet t-shirt for a fake cable show and in the scene with Kylie his schtick is asking her to model shoes. The girls play their roles well and the scenes are hot. The scenes are shot in the back of a Dodge minivan, which had to be somewhat risky back when they were shot. I bought other Rodney titles based on the strength of that one and was disappointed. 'Hairy, hirsute women' aren't my thing.
Another thing about Rodney that I like is that in the scenes I've seen him in he realizes that he's not the reason guys are watching the video. Too many younger and newer guys seem to forget that.

I doubt that anyone has ever joined a site I've reviewed only to find out that it is far more extreme than they prefer. I'm sure most people do more research than reading just one review. But I can imagine that some members here who prefer glamcore definitely wouldn't like a site like this.
And I definitely disagree with one thing you said: I think that an apple in Roxy's ass provides a lot of excitement! :-)

Thanks for the clarification marvin. I know that piracy and costs are a big issue but it seems that a lot of the ways sites try to combat those only hurt people who are glad to pay to support sites who work hard to make a great site. I'll definitely be joining here in the near future.

I have to agree with Rusty. This is an excellent review, and welcome to PU.
While I don't have a specific rubber or latex thing, I am into BDSM and rubber and latex get used a lot so I have a lot of it in my collection by default. I'll look forward to more reviews on sites that promote that fetish. I'm certainly not disinterested in the niche and might just follow your recommendataions. I won't sign up to this site though, since not being able to keep the files is an instant deal-breaker for me. Thanks for pointing that out prominently in your review.
