messmer - I'm glad the site stands up to the praise and high marks I gave it. I wondered if I was just blinded by personal preference, but with you liking it too that makes my opinion a bit more objective.
I agree with you on the interview thing. The closing interview is probably sufficient. But given that Kink is really pushing some limits I suspect that they want (or have been told by their lawyer) to make everyone 100% certain that this is all consenual. Maybe if Max Hardcore had done something similar he wouldn't be a guest of the State in a prison now. Not that I think what Max did and what Kink does are really comparable... Max really tried, and usually succeeded in being degrading. With Kink, it's all part of the consenual fun.

I'm a day later than when you posted this message, but I check just now and I have no problem with the site loading quickly. I've never experienced that problem. Maybe it was a server issue or upgrade or something. Are you still experiencing it?

I only hope that the site lives up to the praise that I've heaped on it! This (and many other Kink sites) are among the most innovative and well done sites on the internet, provided that you're into BDSM.

Yes. All the videos have multiple download options for format and size. These are mp4 HD, mp4 Ipod, wmv and wmv HD. Within each of those options there are usually five or six clips but above the clips there is an option to "download full movie." I can confirm that this option exists throughout the site and that it is the full movie.

I honestly never figured that I’d give a 99 to anyone either, but this site deserves it. The volume of material they have, the uniqueness of it, the download speeds and the customer service all support a high rating. The fact that they produce some of the most innovative BDSM available is a big factor. The fact that it is easy to access at a fair price clinches the deal.
I’ve never gone wrong with a Kink site. I’ve had recurring memberships to several sites and have never been disappointed. There are some sites that I’d not have any inclination to join, but I suspect that they would reflect the same high standards that I’ve seen.

Sorry for the lack of detail Cybertoad. I guess I assumed that a lot of people would be familiar with Kink stuff, and that probably just isn't the case. To answer your questions:
Content details: The Eastern European scenes start with a scantily clothed woman in some sort of bondage and often with a ball gag. She is paraded around in public and made to do humiliating things like drink from a dog bowl or let people touch her. The scenes then shift to sex in some outdoor and public location. The U.S. scenes are more like a gangbang scene with bondage and Kink props used. There are several scenes in each shoot using a different bondage or prop setup. In the U.S. scenes the 'public' element is a little strained in that it is shot inside for obvious reasons, but the trade off is that the models are more widely known.
The humiliation level in both the European and U.S scenes is fairly high.
Video quality: decent. I'm not a techie so I don't know what is objectively good. The bitrate is 2140kbps and the dimensions are 960x540.
Other stuff: There are no dowmload limits that I'm aware of on any Kink site. If there was one, I'd have surely run into it on their other sites. There is no DRM either.
As for the thread where people are complaining about it being too tame, I can understand that but I don't really agree. It's a subjective thing. I read the thread and many people seem to want to see specific things, especially more humiliation. I like the balance they have now, though if they added more humiliation I wouldn't complain.
Another complaint that I do agree with is that the shoots in the U.S are a lot like other Kink stuff, but just with a gangbang thrown in. It looks a lot like Training of O or Sex and Submission.
If there is a valid complaint in the thread it might be that the site seems to advertise more humiliation and less sex, when what you get is less humiliation and more sex. I don't necessarily agree with that since I think having a woman tied up and fucked outside while people watch is pretty humiliating. But I won't complain if they ramp it up.
I also note on the forum link that you posted that there is only one thread that has anything negative, so for the most part people seem satisfied.

I agree 100% with you that having to use "Kink Dollars" can hide the price of the videos you want to buy. I'm no expert on using them as I only did it once. I bought the advance video for Public Disgrace because i really wanted to see it.
To answer your question though, I can't really say. The problem is that to get the PD video I needed a certain number of Kink dollars and since they only appear to be available in certain values, I had to buy more than I needed. So I actually had to pay more for the video than Kink was actually charging because I don't think I'll be able to use the remaining Kink dollars without buying more. (This is just a guess, but I think I had to buy 30 Kink dollars for $30US and then used maybe 22 Kink dollars for the scene.)
For me, I think that if you only want one or two scenes you are probably better off getting a one-month membership.

If you've never been a member before at all I think that you'll find that it is worth the membership fee just for what is there though.
You certainly point out a serious flaw in the site though: the fact that there is very limited information available to a prospective member. This really bugs me about some sites, especially when you compare them to sites that give full acess to see what is there and the only difference with a membership is that you can actually download. Sites like Public Flash always make me nervous - of they won't give me a good idea of what they have, then what are they hiding?
But with Public Flash you can take a membership with some level of confidence based on the reviews here and TBP.

Sterile... that's an apt description. I often wondered how they could take such a unique niche and make it seem so blasé and almost dull. But since they had Veronica Jett, I pretty much had to get a membership. I'd pay to watch her read a newspaper.

Agreed. They have the ability to produce some great material so if they could improve a bit on the technical side that would be icing on the cake.
have you ever had a membership at Nude in L.A.? It's a decent site too, but lacks on the nervousness aspect of public nudity.

Excellent review! As you note, I recently did a review and yet you somehow managed to write a similar length review and give people completely unique information. I thought I was fairly thorough, and when I read your review I kept thinking "yeah, he's 100% right... why didn't I think of that?"
I really like this site and hope they continue to add files and improve their quality.

Thanks for the comments, Denner. I like a lot of the European public nudity and flashing sites too, but Public Flash is quite different. Many European countries seem to have a more relaxed attitude to sexuality so those sites can get away with more than those in the U.S. With Public Flash, they show less nudity than the European sites but are in a real way more daring because of the risks involved. One thing I like about Public Flash site is that they show the set-up and you get a sense of how much fun the model is having and how excited she is at being 'naughty.' That element is missing from many of the European sites that simply have a nude woman walk naked down a main street. The American site Nude in L.A. is a lot like the European sites in that they do full nudity on the streets of Los Angeles, but they don't show the preparation and the nervousness. It all seems rather clinical.
One other site I'd recommend is FTV Girls. This is a well known site that doesn't market itself as a public nudity or flashing site but that has some great public stuff. All of the models are stunning, and most do some public stuff before going indoors for full nudity and masturbation. If you're a fan of public nudity and flashing and haven't been a memeber of FTV Girls yet I'd recommend considering that too.

It had been about two years for me too so I also wondered if there would be enough updates and if there would be improvements. I can tell you that there are new videos, and the highest resolution is an improvement over what they had in the past. In the past, the highest resolution was 630x470 and now it is 1280x720. Subjectively it looks fine.
I think I'll edit the review to give more objective information.

Excellent review. Thanks for making it so detailed. I had been a member a year or so ago and downloaded most of what was there and I was actually thinking about joining again this weekend, but based on your review I think I'll skip it. You just saved me some cash. The bad news is, as has been pointed out, that this site had so much potential. This is a poorly served niche - U.S. publio nudity. I hope they come back with some new stuff soon.

I'm not a fan of CFNM porn but I can still appreciate a thorough and well-written review.
I know that CFNM is a specific fetish and I get that, but I really like CMNF scenes and there is no specific label for that since it occurs in a lot of porn. I just wish it was a tag. It occurs a lot in BDSM porn since it is an easy way to set up a power imbalance (as it does in CFNM porn too) but I like scenes that have that power imbalance but don't go as far as BDSM does.

Thanks for the update. Even if the better deal has expired the regular TBP discount is still pretty good.
It turns out though that I'll probably wait. My wife and I are heading south in early March so it doesn't make a lot of sense for me to take on new memberships until we get back. If I took a membership now it would only be three weeks until I had to cancel it.

Ouch! I love BDSM content but this may even be a too much for me.
Question - in the trial we see a lot of the aftermath of whatever the model is enduring, but do we see it being applied? For example, do we see the caning or waxing on only the aftermath? The site doesn't make that clear (as far as I dug around anyway...)

Pat – thanks for the great review. I’m always amazed at how you find some of this stuff!
I’ve recently made it a point to check any reported errors at TBP before signing up to a site. I’ve reported errors that don’t then get fixed in the main review. I can understand why that is – the reviewer has a set of facts and reports on that but things may change. And it wouldn’t make any sense for TBP staff to just change a review based on a comment from a reader, even if the reader making the comment is well known as you are on the site. I once reported an error on a daily download limit that did get changed in the review, but recently I noted an error in Wave Hos where the TBP review says it is a full trial and it isn’t. There is extremely limited access to the site via the trial. The problem for TBP though is that may be difficult to confirm.
TBP is an amazing resource but they can’t be perfect all the time, so I make it a point to check TBP and PU before joining a site – and that now includes looking at any reported errors.
