I'm going on memory here...
The site looked like it had a lot of videos but that was deceiving because each scene was uploaded three times. There was an upload from two different cameras and then there was a BTS upload that was titled "Best Scenes." My experience was that the Best Scenes was the better of the uploads since it contained all of the bukkake footage and added in some extras.
When I joined back in March (2017) there were maybe 15 models available and each of those had three videos available. I just looked at the website and it looks like they've added a lot since then.
I had the least expensive membership available and there were several videos that I couldn't view for the entirety of my stay there.
This is subjective, but I liked the scenes. They were well lit and well produced which isn't the norm in this niche. There was a range of models too, in terms of age and body type though all were attractive.
I should also point out (again from memory) that most or even all of the scenes were more Gokkun than bukkake. I don't recall any where the model has her face covered in cum. In the scenes I recall they men came in the model's mouth and she'd take a dozen or so loads and then spit it into a glass and then take another dozen and so on. At the end of the scene the model would drink the cum.
One thing I recall that I found hot was that each model had a 'helper' who assisted. I'm not sure why I found that hot, but I did.

I was a member there a couple of months ago and can confirm mbaya's comment on pricing. If you want access to everything this will be a very expensive membership.
It is a good bukkake site though, and those are rare. Obviously a site like German Goo Girls is a better value but until they drop Centrobill as their biller they won't have me as a customer.

I'm not glad to hear that you had problems, but it does give me some comfort to know that the site is the problem and I'm not. I really don't understand this practice. I agree that they may make a bit extra money by fleecing unsuspecting customers, but when a site offers good material (which Private does) and they are trustworthy, then I'll rejoin again and again and again. They make more money from me by being honest.
I think I'll be watching my credit card for a while. I wish I had taken a screenshot of the cancellation page...

I'm a current member and can sort of answer your question. I wish I could give you a straight answer but the problem is that something strange happened with my membership. When I joined I first accessed the site using the link provided when my membership was confirmed. I didn't save the link or even note what it was because I had no reason to think that I'd need to. That site did have magazines available and my plan was to go through them later. But the thing is that the next time I went to log onto the site using private.com it was a different site. The site looked different, the navigation looked different and there were no magazines. The videos were all the same though. I don't know if I just happened to join just as they were updating the site but I can say for certain that with the site you access through private.com there are no magazines.
As for photos, there's bad news there too. There are no photo sets that I can find. There are photos available but they are related to the videos (though they don't look like screenshots). They also open in the same viewer that the streaming videos use so there doesn't appear to be any way to download them as zips.
I wish I had better news for you...

I've been a big fan of Private's stuff since I became aware of it 15+ years ago. I don't normally collect Euro porn but I've always made an exception for Private because of their high production values. (You'll notice that they somehow managed to get access to a cruise ship and shot several titles on board with no passengers. That's in stark contrast to so many other studios who won't even spring for a new couch!)
I was a bit reluctant to join because there were a lot of negative comments, but since those were quite old I took a chance and I'm glad I did.

Thanks for the review. i found it interesting and informative. I'm a big fan of Private stuff and often wondered about joining. But based on your experience I won't bother.
Two comments:
1) Private seems to have at least two levels of material. Let's say A list and B list. I find that almost none of the A list stuff makes it to Videobox, though some of it does.
2) This seems to be another example of a studio site that begrudginly puts material on the internet. I really don't understand this. The internet isn't the future anymore, it's the present. People want material on the internet now. Having crappy websites with slow downloads won't help any company.

Interesting review - thanks for doing it. I've been thinking about trying a membership at Private but I think I'll wait based on your review. Your complaints about Private seem similar to my complaints about Hustler. Private and Hustler are two of the biggest names in the adult business and you'd think that they'd put the resources into getting it right. But both don't seem to have bothered. I wonder if it isn't partly a mentality that they're too big and too important to fail. Tell that to some car manufacturers and banks. Part of the sad reality though is that this industry isn't known for its customer service model. I suspect that both Private and Hustler figure that they could invest in making a great site that brings in a lot of revenue or they could make a crappy site that still brings in a lot of revenue. One of the reasons that I really like Kink and American Vice is that they leave a member with a sense that they actually care what the customer wants.

Good catch. I joined a sister site to this, hotkinkyjo, back almost four years ago and was disappointed to see that it was streaming only. What bugged me most was that the site and the terms of service were vague and could have reasonably been interpreted as allowing downloads. I put a comment up here at PU warning prospective members and the webmaster sent a series of pretty nasty emails to me which culminated in his threatening to sue me. I'll be interested to hear if anything like that happens to you. We could be the only two guys here who have been threatened by the Russian mob!
If you're interested in this niche check out Roxy Raye. She has a lot of similar (but slightly less extreme) stuff and her site allows downloads, or at least it did the last time I joined.
(To make this worse, I avoid piracy sites but I've checked and most of the hotkinkyjo material is available there. As a paying customer, all i wanted was to be able to download the material. The webmaster's motive was avoiding piracy but he failed at that and succeeded in losing a customer.)

Thanks for the detailed reply. Porn Doe has been on my radar for a while now but I've never joined it. This will probably be what pushes me off the fence. One thing that always bugged me about that network is that their tour pages are terrible. But that's common these days. But having a trusted source say that a membership is worth considering is a big help.
I am overdue for a rejoin at Kink too so I think I'll do that too. I've been holding off on a Kink rejoin because earlier this year I did a major reorganization of my collection and I deleted a lot of Kink stuff just because I never watched it. But Public Disgrace is one of their sites where I kept most of what I've downloaded over the years.
(As an aside, I really wish they'd bring back Water Bondage...)

This is a very thorough review. Thanks for writing it.
This has always been one of my favourite sites. I like the public niche and I'm not aware of any site that does much of it. Public Disgrace has certainly pushed the boundaries. (There are many examples, but one that I still watch regularly is where a model named Molly is in a large European city and is made to roam through traffic topless with her ankles bound and her panties down and offer windshield cleaning to people in cars. Insane!) You note that there are a few others. Can you let me know what those are?

I'm always interested to read other PU's reviews of my favourite Kink sites like this one. I'm always a little concerned when I score them high that others will think I'm being subjective so when I see other members scoring high I know I'm not too far off the mark.
Like you, I think this is one of the best sites that Kink offers, and I think Kink is a great network too. This may be just me rationalizing it, but Kink's production values are so high (and therefore there costs must be very high) that I don't see the price as a problem. But... like you I look for email discounts and once you're a member of one Kink site you can join the others at discounted prices. Still, it would be nice to have some bundling option.
Anyway, great review!
BTW - some (like me) see the 'failed scenes' as a pro since they add to the realism. I wish there were more of them.

I agree that since porn is a business that looks to fill every opening (pun intended) that good public nudity sites would be more common. I was really disappointed to learn that my favourite (Teasers VOD) was shut down by Los Angeles. They did push the limit (in nudity, but not in sex because there wasn't any) so that probably got them marked. Another American site (Nude in LA) is completely gone. I'm glad I joined that when I did even though they managed to make a public nudity site that lacked any heat.

Like you, I'm a big fan of Kink's sites. But also like you, I've noticed some subtle changes in several of them over the past while. Not necessarily bad changes, but definitely changes. Like, for example, Everything Butt where the focus now seems more on anal sex (I can't imagine I'm actually complaining about anal sex!) when in the older videos it was more about intense ass play.
I agree with you that the newer videos at PD aren't as public or as disgraceful as some of the older videos. I suspect a lot of that has to do with Kink not wanting to bring the hammer down on themselves.
Not to get too far off topic, but if you haven't seen it already check out the scene with Molly and Steve Holmes. She bound and made to wash car windows in traffic in a European city. Definitely public, and even though she's having a lot of fun it is obviously disgraceful too.
Another more recent favourite is with Samia Duarte. They take her out into a crowd at night and bind her too a lamppost while people take pics.
Damn I wish there were more good public nudity sites out there...

Great review! I was interested to read this as soon as I saw it posted because this is one of my favourite sites on the 'net.
I agree with most of what you say, but I strongly agree with your wish that Kink offered some kind of membership that allowed access to multiple sites. My suspicion is that they don't do this because the sites appear to be stand-alone and run by a different crew for each. That might make sharing membership fees a little more difficult, but certainly not impossible.
You probably know these things, but, just in case some other readers aren't aware:
1) when you're a Kink member at one site you get discounts to other Kink sites,
2) make sure to register your email with them. They sometimes offer great deals to email subscribers, and
3) Videobox has a Kink channel with a blend of a lot of stuff from most Kink sites. The bad news is that to even see what the channel has to offer you need to be a VB member. The good news is that the monthly fee for the Kink channel is pro-rated for the month of your VB membership. If you join the Kink channel in week three of the VB membership you'll only pay for the one week provided you cancel VB after the month.

I've been a member of Fucking Machines a few times too and they have their high production values in place there too. I recall that the price may be a bit higher but I suspect that reflects the production costs with buying and building all the equipment. It isn't something that Home Depot stocks! I'd also recommend getting on their mailing list if you aren't already (presuming that you have a porn-friendly email address...) They'll email offers fairly regularly and some of those can be too good to refuse. Also, as you likely know too, when you're a member of one site you get discounts on others.

I've not ever tried any of their live services though I have watched a few taped performances of the live stuff and I have to agree that it is great stuff. Maybe one of these days I'll give it a try. I agree that although it would be difficult it would be very cool to see live shoots of all their niches.
I'm not familiar with the Folsom Street Fair, but I assumed that since it was in SF and that Kink decided to shoot there that it had to be pretty tolerant and open. It would be fun to see sometime.

My guess is that the European public shoot are a lot harder to do so they're not posted as often. There was one posted in each of January and February so I don't think they've give up on them.
I've always found heat in a public scene to come from a model's nervousness and the reaction of the people around her. But you raise something that is just as important - the uncontrolled and unpredictable part of it. That's huge for me too. Thanks for pointing that out.
I thought about mentioning the Dom thing in my review but I thought it was a personal thing so I didn't. Obviously it isn't personal to me since you share my thoughts. I agree 100% that it makes a difference. I like Princess Donna a lot as a director and actor, but for me BDSM needs a male Dom. Sexist? Probably, but it's important to me to see a male doing the Dom stuff.

Thanks for the comments. Public nudity is obviously a genre that has the same allure if your straight or gay. But biggest compliant about the genre (but not about Public Disgrace) is that a lot of site somehow manage to make it seem cold and clinical. You'd think that they'd have to work to remove the heat from any porn, but a lot of sites featuring public nudity seem to manage to do it easliy.

I'm a big fan of many Kink.com sites and this is one of my favourites. I have to weigh in on the other side of the fence on the public stuff though. For me, that public exposure, the nervousness of the model and the reactions of the people are what makes the scene hot for me. In all the scenes shot in Europe I watch those parts of the scenes and skip the sex in seclusion.
You do have to admit that in some cases the public reactions really do add to the scene. One scene that's a favourite is with the model Samy (shoot number 6871 titled "Hot Euro Slut Gets Tied Up and Fucked for the First Time") where she is bound on a set of stairs going down to a subway and four young, attractive girls come along and watch and eventually participate a bit. That is definitely hot!
One of the hottest scenes I've ever seen is with Molly where she's taken to a street and made to wash car windows in various states of undress and eventually naked. Maybe I'm wired differently, but the heat of that scene is off the scale for me.
Hmmmm... maybe it's time for me to join Public Disgrace again...

I'd guess that your thoughts about why the gay site is more tame is correct. People tend to be a bit more homophobic about male homosexuality so the people at Kink need to be more discrete.

That's also a clear theme that runs through the other Kink sites that I've had memberships in. Kink has really mastered the 'illusion' of extreme BDSM while still making it clear that the model not only consents but is also having a lot of fun. I like that about Kink.
