Interesting information. Thanks for adding it. This is my first membership here and among my first forays into amateur porn and I was really impressed with some of the scenes, but they really need to make key improvements in how the scenes are made available to paying members.
I have a mixed reaction to hearing that your emails weren't replied to either. On one hand, it means that it wasn't just my questions that were being ignored, but on the other hand, it's sad that a small site like this can't even be bothered to reply to member's questions.

Good point about the quality issue. If you offer HD for sale then more people will buy it. I'll confess to occasionally visiting tube sites to scout out material from a site I might be interested in. Tube sites have led me to join several pay sites but I only use them when planning a membership.
The thing about this site is that I really like the scenes and would gladly become a repeat customer if the video quality was better. Honestly, I could even live with the 720x480 stuff, but if the site is reverting to 320x240 I won't rejoin.
And as I've said probably a dozen times here already, an answer to my emails from the site would be helpful in clarifying what's going on.

The worst part is that I don't think the site has been left to die. It is still updating with new material but the site owner seems to have made a decision to drop the semi-good quality downloads in favour of what might have been state-of-the-art in 1995. And all to thwart piracy. I get that piracy is a big problem, I get that it must be one of the most frustrating things a small site has to deal with, and I get that the site can't tell someone like me from a person intending to upload the material to a torrent site, but this move seems to penalize me for doing nothing wrong.
That's the frustrating part for me. That and the fact that the webmaster doesn't respond to emails.

Agreed. This place has saved me money and allowed me to more confident that I know exactly what I'm getting when I join a site. I like the 'professional' reviews but it is usually a site member who is able to drill deep into a site and find the quirks. That's the real value here. That and the civilized tone.

I'm glad I could help. To be fair, I should say that I had no problem cancelling my membership here even though it billed through Centrobill. It seems that German Goo Girls and 666 Bukkake may be the only sites where cancelling is almost impossible.

I'm not sure about their dry cleaning bill, but I'd definitely be a bit reluctant to sit on any of their furniture if I visited their house!
I'm pleasantly surprised that you didn't have an issue with cancelling with Centrobill. I have three memberships currently through them (all with a pre-paid card) and I'm currently trying to cancel one of them (German Goo Girls) and it isn't going well. I go to the Centrobill site and they do have a place to cancel your membership there but it still isn't automated like CC Bill or Epoch. For Centrobill you go through the cancellation form and when you send it you get a notice that someone will action it and get back to you. It's been two days and my membership hasn't been cancelled.
But... I have to admit that it seems that all the complaints about Centrobill are focused on German Goo Girls and 666 Bukkake. Those are related sites. Maybe those sites are the problem and not Centrobill. But it seems odd that a biller would have a different cancellation protocol with individual sites.
Anyway, I'm glad you liked the site.

Multiple members here (including me) have reported problems with them. Similar comments can be found on other forums. Googling them reveals more problems. The common experience is finding it almost impossible to cancel a membership. There was no self-serve method when I used them and the email they provided for contact didn't work. You got caught in an endless loop of automated emails. Many people report being charged for an additional month or two until they finally got the charges stopped. Several people reported needing help from their bank and more than one just cancelled the card.
They used to have a 'secret' email that would actually get answered. One of the members here found that and posted it in a thread in the forum. A search for 'Centrobill' should turn it up. That thread probably has a lot more detail too. Due to Centrobill's practices TBP/PU even stopped listing a few sites.
While I used a pre-paid card and have no need to do so, I am planning to try to cancel my membership in 10 days or so mostly to see if there have been any improvements. I'll report what I find.

That's great news. I'm glad it worked out for you. The good news is that I don't think that anyone has ever complained of Centrobill making unauthorized charges on cards. If they have your current card number you're probably fine. You were obviously able to cancel a past membership and that seems to be the biggest issue with them. Even though I used a card that is no longer valid I still plan to try to cancel my membership just to see if they've improved things. I'll report on that when I do it.
Enjoy the site. One negative that I just noticed today is that Morgan almost never gets naked. We get to see her bottomless a few times and topless a few times, but never completely naked. That's a shame because she is a truly beautiful woman. I think part of the reason for the lack of nudity is because her clothes get wet when she is peed on and that's probably easier to see that way. Still, I'd love to see her nude.

The site I was looking at that seemed to sell pre-paid, one-time-use online cards is https://www.giftcards.com/ I can't vouch for them since I couldn't use them. They may have what you're looking for.
Keep me posted on how you make out. If you join Bruce and Morgan I'll be interested in hearing what you think.

My recommendation for you for both security and ease of use is to see if you can find an online pre-paid card that expires when the balance is gone. I really think for security reasons you want a card that expires and not one you can reload. When the balance is gone you can sign up for another one with a different card number. I did sign up for an American site that seemed to offer these. I can’t find it now but if I think of it I’ll post the information here. You’re set up to receive emails here so I could send the site to you directly too. The only downside that I can think of to doing it this way is that you are still giving your credit card information when you buy the virtual card online. That’s probably not an issue but for me it definitely isn't because I bought the physical card through a retailer I trust so the card company doesn’t have any of my information. But the US site I’m thinking of seemed above-board. I’ll really try to remember what that was…
For my purposes, and given that this isn't something I’ll do regularly, it isn't a big hassle to stop by a store and buy a $50 card.
Some people reading this may wonder why I’d go through the hassle of going to a store to buy a physical card with a set limit and facing fees for the privilege. But keep in mind that I buy a lot of subscriptions and there are many sites and billers that I have done business with a lot and I trust them. I’m only using this complex and (slightly) more expensive method when I know I can’t trust the biller or site. The advantage is that even if the cost was a few more dollars and a bit of logistics, I was able to sign up for three sites so far that I really wanted to join but couldn’t because of the biller. For me, the hassle and small additional cost was worth it.

I’m always happy to help a fellow PU. One thing you should be aware of is that things may be a bit different because I’m in Canada. I think the biggest difference is that you seem to have a lot more options. But having said that, I think that the option I used is probably a good choice when dealing with shady billers.
I considered using a virtual card but I couldn’t find any that were available in Canada. I tried signing on to a US provider but the transaction failed because of my out-of-country address. I tried using an American address but that didn’t line up with the address on my credit card so that was declined. Back to the drawing board…
I then looked at a buying a physical card that I could reload when needed. I didn’t have a lot of luck there either and the fees seemed to be high as well. In hindsight though, this would have been a bad option since the card number would remain active so if I loaded it with money at the same time a shady biller tried to take a recurring charge for a cancelled membership then I’d lose that balance.
So what I ended up doing is walking into a store and buying a pre-paid Visa card. I buy them with a preset value of $50 CDN and I do that specifically for a reason. I do have to pay a fee up-front at purchase. The card costs me roughly $55. There are monthly fees but I never plan to have a balance on any of the cards for more than a month anyway, hence the $50 card.
So using Bruce and Morgan as an example, the membership was $25 USD (I think). Since my card was in CDN funds there was an exchange rate and think the card charges an additional 5% on top of that for ‘foreign’ purchases. I may be off here, but I think the total debit from the card was around $35 CDN. A day or so later I was in the grocery store to get a few things and I used the balance on the card for that. Well, there may be like 90 cents on it but I consider that as part of the cost of using it for this purpose. So that card is officially dead now. I don’t have to worry about an unwanted rebill and I don’t have to worry about fees.
The logistics of the card I use is probably the same everywhere. There is a website and it said to wait 24 hours before registering the card. I waited and then went online and registered the card. The first time I did that it seemed pretty simple. I went to join a site and the transaction was declined. It turns out that to use the card online you need to do a more complete card registration so that the transaction is linked to an address. That doesn’t bother me. Any eyes on my finances know that I’m a porn collector. And with the card registered it’s easy to check the balance.

You and I think a lot alike. I did some digging on Centrobill too and there isn't much positive to say about them. A Google search of “Centrobill fraud” turns up lots of pages. The main complaint is exactly what many of us here have reported: memberships can’t be cancelled and recurring charges just go on and on with some people having to cancel their card just to get the charges to stop.
One other thing I noted here at PU and on another forum is that searching for “Centrobill” brings up something odd. I guess I didn’t search it here at PU but I remember it happening. I did search on the other forum and found the same thing. When there were members complaining about Centrobill there were a few responses from other ‘members’ who praised them. But these ‘people’ only ever had one post on the forum.
Also like you, several weeks ago when TBP listed Bruce and Morgan and I wanted to join I looked for a way to contact the site directly to tell them that I’d be a member immediately after they got a reputable biller. But like you, I couldn’t find any link that didn’t go directly to Centrobill.
Maybe I’m just giving Bruce and Morgan the benefit of the doubt, but I suspect that as a small site with not a lot of resources they went with the lowest cost biller and have no idea that their biller might actually kill their site. But I say that also knowing that bigger sites like German Goo Girls and 666 Bukkake also use Centrobill and they ought to know better.
Necessity is the mother of invention so knowing that I really, really, really wanted to join Bruce and Morgan I got a $50 CDN pre-paid Visa card. It took 24 hours to become active and then I just needed to register it and within minutes I had a B+M membership. With fees and converting to USD I had a balance left on the card of about $11 so the next time I stopped in to the grocery store I spent that. The card has nothing on it now.
The pre-paid card was a bit of an eye-opener for me. I’d never used one before and it is really easy. I’ll continue to use my normal card for sites and billers that I know and trust but finally taking the plunge with a pre-paid card has allowed me to join other sites that bill through Centrobill. I’ve wanted to join a site called Jay’s POV (https://jayspov.net/ don’t go to .com. There is an older site with that address but it isn't the one I wanted to join) to get scenes with Cadey Mercury and Lily Adams so I was able to do that. I also joined German Goo Girls with a pre-paid card.
I see that Centrobill also has an address here in Canada. I think it’s in Montreal. I think pat362 is from the area and it’s an 8 hour drive for me. Maybe I’ll drive to Montreal and pat and I can go to the address and kick some ass.

If your Centrobill experience was like most of us you just couldn't cancel a membership. Thy have no self-serve way to cancel so emailing them is the only option. But the email never gets a response. Someone here found a super-secret email that actually works. I think if you search Centrobill in the forum you'll find it in there somewhere. The best solution, in my opinion, is to use a pre-paid card. It's a hassle and has fees, but I've already spent the remaining value of the card so if I can't cancel I won't care. I do plan to try cancelling though just to see if it's as bad as ever.

I was hoping you'd see the review since you're PU's resident expert in all things like this. The site name gives no idea of the content but every scene has Morgan getting a golden shower. She's gorgeous and obviously loves watersports.
Let me know what you think if you decide to join.
Remember though - the biller is shady so use a throw-away card.

Interesting review. Thanks for posting it.
I've joined Burning Angel a few times in the past after I discovered that I like some tattooed models. My impressions have always been similar to the questions you've raise - why are the male models often so unattractive and why do we assume that just because a woman has tattoos and piercings that she's into rough sex? I really don't get the latter question at all.
I also fully agree with you that if you look past the tattoos and generally weak plots this is just a regular hardcore site.
One advantage that they do have though is that they often feature models who don't do a lot of work on mainstream sites.

I started a thread in the forum on this very thing (https://www.pornusers.com/forum/forum_th...d.html?threadid=4131). Burning Angel is a Fame site and while they make it easy to join they certainly make it a thorough pain in the ass to cancel. You can do it online but they make that hard, and the fact that you couldn't find out how demonstrates that. I always retain the confirmation email because that will direct you to one of several site that the company uses for cancellation purposes. Once you go to the right site then you start a complex process. Fame has some great site so I really don't understand why they need to make is so hard for members to come and go.

fair comment, Divinx. I didn't spend any time with the forums so I can't really comment on those. I think what I meant (and admittedly didn't say clearly) regarding this being a conventional porn network is that I was expecting something different, and I suspect my own biases caused that misconception. What I meant is that since I had very little history with goth/punk/emo porn I was expecting something out there, pushing the envelope. What I was expecting I'm not sure, but what I got was some very good 'normal' porn.
And I agree that the female talent seems to really enjoy their work here, so that can be differnt from other sites.
