I felt the same way when I stumbled on this site a few years back. One thing that amazed me then and continues to amaze me is the level of civility that exists here. On so many other forums on just about any topic it seems that any thread quickly devolves to a shouting match. That never occurs here. My tastes in porn are a bit extreme for the members who are more into softcore stuff, but I never feel judged. Welcome to the site!
And if you're into public humiliation stuff i can't recommend Public Disgrace highly enough. It has the production values that Kink seems to always have. The only complaint is that it can get a bit repetitive if you watch a lot of it back-to-back. One tip with Kink, if you haven't already, is to sign up for email offers. The regularly offer discounts that way.

I’m a huge fan of Kink’s stuff but I’m not into gay material so I’ve often wondered if their gay stuff was up to the same standards of their straight stuff. You’ve cleared that up for me. This sounds like it is exactly like Public Disgrace, which is huge favorite of mine. There are two distinct themes on Public Disgrace – scenes that are in ‘public’ in that they are shot in front of a group of people in the SF Armory or in a bar or some other public setting, and then there are scenes that are really public in that they are shot in open, public areas in European cities with full public nudity. The sex usually occurs outside but in a more discrete area. I’m assuming that given our culture’s generally homophobic nature that Bound in Public doesn’t have any of those truly ‘public’ shoots.
While I wouldn’t consider myself a candidate for gay porn, I’m glad to see that there are some reviews being posted. Welcome to the site and I think you’ll find that everyone here is pretty welcoming.

That makes a lot of sense. I've heard of women who do porn to increase their earnings as a stripper. Having porn as a background can probably earn both men and women a lot more money in other parts of the sex industry.

Similar things occur in straight porn too. A model recently joined the industry and was rocketing to the top and then quit suddenly. She admitted that she was lesbian and didn't like doing b/g scenes. That makes sense. It's probably common too that female stars who aren't into women do g/g scenes for the money.
I recall that Peter North did gay porn to start. I doubt he is the only guy who got his start that way.

Something I've been curious about with gay sites - what do you think the prevalence is of straight guys doing this just for the money? I'm guessing that with more acceptance of gay people that this would be less than it was even a few years ago, but it seems to me that it could still be lucrative for some young guy looking to make some money. Any thoughts?

I strongly agree with you that the price of a no-longer-updating site needs to reflect that fact. The good thing about this site is that if you had a few hours on a rainy day and a decent internet connection you could probably use the 1 day trial and get everything you wanted.

Interesting review. I had read that Brazzers was removing videos and that makes no sense to me. It isn't like they are freeing up server space. A lot of us join some sites to get older scenes.
I haven't been a member at Brazzers in several years and I doubt I'll be back. Part of that, admittedly, is that the models they have aren't those I normally collect. Sure, they have some young, petite models, but their stock-in-trade is more buxom than I prefer.

This is more personal taste than anything else, but I haven't joined Brazzers in several years since many of the models they feature have much bigger breasts and other add-ons than I like. I'll take young and skinny any day!

It's obviously one of the biggest sites around and it can be pretty good, but I joined for one scene and now that I have it I likely won't go back. Unless Lexi Diamond does an anal scene for them... then I'd be back in a heartbeat.

Excellent point messmer, I'll do that right now. I agree that as it is written now someone who likes large, natural breasts might join based on my review and be disappointed.

Normally I wouldn't use a trial for a site like this, but Brazzers isn't a site that really interests me. I find they tend to use models with breasts and bums larger than I prefer. I stumbled on their public exhibitionism site, Asses is Public, and figured I'd download a scene or two with a more petite model but that didn't work out. Honestly, it just wouldn't be worth it for me to pay more than a trial price for this network.

Interesting review pat. You and I seem to have a lot of common porn interests but I don't think I'd enjoy a Brazzers membership. Because it is such a large network it's been on my mental list of possible sites to join, but never on my actual list. The problem for me is that most PU members (and one real life porn buddy) reported that there is a high percentage of women with implants and tattoos. That's pretty much a deal breaker for me, But I can understand why you'd score them so high. Most reviews mention that they get all the technical bits just about perfect, so if you like what they have to offer then this site is great. I think I once gave a Kink.com site a 99 and justified it by the fact that they really did everything well, but that obviously only matters if you like that material. And for me, a guy who like petite, natural models, while I can appreciate the effort of the folks at Brazzers, their material likely isn't for me.
