Welcome to the forum, Sarah. I've told Alex about it a couple of times. I love ALS Scan and am a temporary member (while the Andie Valentino material is being released) of ALS Angels as well.
It's always great to see how receptive ALS is to constructive criticism.

Considering what Alex announced about the HUGE leap in content being released at ALS Scan - a complete photo set being released each day, while one complete photo set is being released per week at ALS Angels - they are really going to have to adjust the pricing.
They have already been sending out offers to past members of 1 month of ALS Angels when rejoining ALS Scan for 90 days. It will be interesting to see if they continue to develop ways to give ALS Angels memberships away as various types of bonuses.

The ALS sites are easily among the best out there - in terms of quality and in terms of the care of the guy who runs it. He is amazingly responsive to his members given how busy he must be with the sites themselves.

I joined recently when they posted the first photo-set of Sandy W, who I love from her site Naughty Girl Sandy. I found that I wasn't spending that much time looking at Sandy because of all the other great stuff they have here. I don't know how long I'll keep my membership to this site, but it's a pretty nice site if you like your babes shaved with juicy natural sizeable boobs

I would also that ALS' new site has it all over that DDFBeauties site in terms of clarity. I took a look at DDFBeauties and it's pretty difficult to figure out what one would be getting for $2.50 - if you look at the model listing and click on a scene, there's no "buy-the-scene" option. Do you get pics-and-vid when you buy a scene there? What's the resolution?
All that important stuff is presented with a great deal more clarity at this new ALS site.
Perhaps the DDF site has the disadvantage of being around longer and not having the concept as well thought-out and presented.

Yeah, I got a response, which I consider to be completely bizarre. They said that ALS Scan only allows any individual to take advantage of a promotion 1 time, so if they have in your records that you have ever redeemed a promotion to ALS Scan and then you try to redeem a promotion for the same price, they'll block you. I've never encountered that for any site in my life. I've redeemed promotions to MetArt a dozen times or more with no problem, so why is ALS Scan being handled differently? I dunno. Oh, well - Ridiculous Business Practices #711.

Excellent photography of cute - mainly white - babes.
If you like a site with a distinctive personality, this is definitely one since all photography is done or directed by the site owner, Alex, who also does a blog on the site with sample photos from recent (often that week's) shoots for members to give feedback on that often guides when a model's material will be posted to the site and which sets will be posted to the site when.
MANY of the U.S. models are exclusive to the site or have done very few shoots other than for this site.
If you like cute blonde small breasted babes with their pubes shaved masturbating with large dildos, or using odd toys or speculums, this is the site for you.
Updates have kept up in the COVID-19 era - every day in the past couple of months there has been a new posting of a vid or a photo shoot - not an easy task when it's 1 guy behind everything - a few are posts of shoots from long ago, but not many.
The Met-Art site design is a great improvement. |

My frustrations with this site are personal. This was my absolute favorite site at one time. That was quite a while ago and there are 2 reasons for this - one that is a choice of the site and the other was a result of economics. a) Same-ness of models - This site is cute small-breasted white girls - period. OCCASIONALLY a Latina like Rachel Rivers will sneak in. VERY occasionally an Asian babe like Vina Sky will sneak in. But that's it. In an era when W4B, as 1 great example, is finding scads of new really hot Latinas, and when there are lots of great-looking young Black & Asian models working, the lack of variety of models on this site is a really bad thing.
b) The other thing that really hurt the excitement level on this site tremendously was the end of their trips. Back in the early 2000's, ALS Scan would take a group of models on trips to the Bahamas or elsewhere to shoot for a week - and the material there was the best & most exciting on the site. The last trip was 2009 |

I'm ending my subscription to ALS Scan because I'm no longer excited by the site for the 2 reason in my cons. The end of the trips was not their fault - it was an economic decision they felt they had to make.
Selling the site to MetArt kept the site going and enabled the site to have a MUCH-needed redesign, but it didn't bring back those trips, unfortunately. It's too bad because they're no longer creating the awesome, fun, exciting material that the mix of girls on the trips created. if you are a new member of the site, I can't urge you enough to check out the ALS/Vacations section of the site - easily found from the home page. There is a ton of awesome material they did on those trips. The only trips they kept up - since they're all about the cute young small-breasted white babes - are the trips each year to Budapest & Prague to find and shoot with hot young Euro-babes. Why they have never developed relationships with agents that could find hot young Latinas for them to shoot with or hot young Black or Asian women (add a trip to the Philippines or Thailand, for crying out loud) is utterly beyond me.
Stats - the site currently lists 454 models. There are various ways to sort - most recent, most popular, alphabetical. The site shows 3,434 galleries - most galleries have over 200 images. It's easy to scroll through the images, which look great on the site.
Recent photo shoots are available to download in various sizes. the large zips are in the 600+ mb range and the photos download as 3233 x 4850 pixels.
There are 3,171 films on the site. Both photo shoots & films are categorized as to masturbation scenes, girl/girl (maybe 1 per month), BTS/photo shoot, interview or remastered if that's the case - the site goes back to about 2000. Recent videos are downloadable in 7 options from 270 p to 4K. This is all on Met Art's site design so it all works well, including the older material. You can search by model name, or most popular, or most recent, etc.
For collectors, the zips of photo shoots give a ton of info - site name, date set was posted, name of set & model name. For videos, they just give the name of the site and the set name. |

Too selective in their models for my tastes, which is why they fell off my favorite site position long ago. They missed the boat on booking so many great models that I brought to their attention, while booking other too-skinny dime-a-dozen white girls instead. Vina Sky is a rare case of them booking a gorgeous Asian model. Who was the last - Jade Hsu? It's just bizarre. They have great photography. Their videos need the right model to be exciting for my tastes. Their model booking is, to me, where they have really fallen off.

Yeah, it's funny - as big a fan of the site as I am, I'm utterly uninterested in a lot of their "special" elements like the vag spreader, the hoop thing, etc. Perhaps Alex gets a lot of emails from fans craving that stuff, or perhaps they are his own fetish. I dunno. I just like the incredibly cute girls they book and how great they make them look.

This site is among my very favorite sites. Their tastes in models, petite, small breasted, shaved is very appealing to me and I've had very few periods in the last several years that I was NOT a member of this site.
There's not much random about which models appear on ALS Scan and which models appear on ALS Angels. It's not a matter of the models being better looking. For my tastes, most of the better looking models are on ALS Scan, which is why I've been a fairly consistent member her and only an occasional member of ALS Angels.
If a model has bigger breasts, is curvier, or taller, or more mature looking, she'll be on ALS Angels. There have been a few models where you could flip a coin as to which site they should post to, Sandy Waldron or Jessyka Swan, for instance, but for the most part, it's pretty clear which site a model will wind up.
In terms of the remastered sets, for me, they're an extra rather than taking anything away or making me feel deceived. There's so much new content being posted and such deep archives that I never feel that an update is being wasted by being used for a remastered set.
In terms of the lack of polishing of photos, this isn't a warts-and-all site, as ATK's sets often are. Alex has sometimes posted before-and-after pics and it's pretty clear that there is significant prettifying done to the photos posted here - not Twisty's level, thank heaven, but enough to show off the models to their best, which I appreciate.
Anyway, just some comments by someone that is a big fan of this site. Good review, overall.

I don't know - I think if an analysis were done comparing ALS Scan & ALS Angels both to Met Art & their related sites in terms of the overlap in models, I would expect that the percentages of the 2 sites would be fairly close.
I don't think you were "off" in any way in thinking that both ALS Scan AND ALS Angels would be part of MetArt's network - especially when you think about the universe of models that Holly Randall has used on her site - many of whom are more ALS Angels material than ALS Scan in terms of age and boob-size.
It may just be a matter of time and prioritizing. ALS Scan has always been the more high-priority site for Alex and Co.

I think the "Method to the Madness" is that they have decided on the rate of updates that makes them a marketable commodity and they just shoot way too much stuff to be putting it all through the pipeline in a short period of time. They definitely have a great craving for feedback - they want responses to the polls, they want e-mail responses to the blogs. Alex doesn't care all that much if you agree with him, he just wants to know that people are paying attention to what he's doing, which I can understand. I've got to say that ALS Scan is clearly not unique in the random updates over a long period of time.
I still see many sites putting out updates with Nella pre-boob-job.
I think it stands out more with ALS Scan because they give more info about when you can expect this or that set to be posted.
The only time it really gets to me is when there's some "story" that you're supposed to remember from a blog of a long time ago by the time the related set or vid is posted.
