Yeah, I was kind of amazed that it's so atrocious in that regard. I feel bad for anyone who shelled out big bucks for a life-time add-on membership and has to deal with that for as long as they're interested in the site.
I've never had a problem cancelling Gamma-related sites. The only problem I've had was that if you get one of those deals where you do an add-on membership to an existing membership of a Gamma site, every single time you log onto the add-on site, you'll be blocked from using either site as their system reads it as you sharing your password. Then the C/S will open up your meembeship until you try to use it again for the add-on membership and the same thing will happen again.
This stupid company's Customer Service is getting worse and worse by the hour. If you purchase an add-on they'll assign the same username/password as the site you already belonged to and every time you log into the add-on site, they'll deactivate the site you originally belonged to, claiming "abuse", then you'll receive no response to any C/S emails, the only way you can get any response - sometimes - is from their Live Chats - but I just had their Live Chat person hang up on me without dealing with the issue.

Pros:
Huge collection of material from many of the best producers of porn - now showing 55,156 scenes.
Excellent rate of new material during a freaking pandemic that has greatly affected other sites' ability to produce updates - 9 today, 10 yesterday.
Great variety of material from the dark pervy stories of Pure Taboo to the cute light girl/girl material of Lez Cuties to the solo glam of Femjoy to the weird fetishy stuff of Peghim.
There is no other site that has done as well during this period at continuing to provide lots of top tier product - AND has teamed with Evil Angel & Wicked to present Live Shows multiple times a week.
If you want a sampling of hundreds of different sites, from Deeper to Wicked to Evil Angel to Mr Skin to Club Seventeen to Burning Angel, there is no better site you could join than Adult Time - they currently list 283 "channels" - and while some of those channels are small series such as Girlsways' "Moms on Moms" with 15 scenes, Rocco Siffredi has 2208 scenes.
Cons:
It can be hard to tell what is or is not part of the core of Adult Time - channels are announced with great hoopla, but then you'll be waiting quite a while to see another scene - such as Amateur Allure, which has exactly 1 scene on Adult Time.
Pix & Video, which seemed like it was part of the core of Adult Time to begin with, hasn't had an update since August.
Be careful in reviewing the terms of membership to be aware of what you're getting. Some new members have been disappointed to find out that their membership did not include downloads, so read carefully and send emails to the site's C/S if you're confused by what you're reading. In my experience, they are very good at responding.
Bottom Line:
At a time when many adult sites are having difficulty producing updates at all, it's kind of incredible to have a site that is providing this quantity of high-quality updates every single day. Take a look, for comparison, at Videobox. At one time, it was a pretty nice site with a good rate of updates of recent DVD's by high quality studios. Now it's a shadow of it's former site - a lot of old crap, very little recent material and if you search for great stuff they used to have, it's gone. That's not the case with Adult Time. They're building strong relationships with other studios to provide some of their material - like the Deeper & Vixen material. And yes, they should be more clear to differentiate between partners that are all in with Adult Time and partners that are on Adult Time on a "sampler" basis. But honestly, that's a minor criticism of a site that's doing so much right. The site looks really good, it's not all bunged up with ads all over the place, the navigation on the site works well. You can set a dial as to sexual preferences, as with Evil Angel's site, you can search by channel or actors or most viewed. New videos can be downloaded in 8 different choices from 160 p to 4K (2160 p). Photos connected to scenes are easy to get to and download. The quantity varies greatly - some scenes have very few photos connected to them, some have hundreds. There are 201 high-res photos with the latest Lez Cuties scene, for instance. They download at a resolution of 5760 x 3840. Download speeds on the site are excellent, in my experience.
a) every porn company has the right to determine it's own business model, b) these business models often change by month - if you don't like what they're doing in September, check again in October - these days it wouldn't be surprising to see things change in terms of what you have to pay for d/l's, c) these days screen capture software comes as an included tool in every pc with the latest MicroSoft OS, so whether or not a site is allowing d/'s, you can certainly record a video for your personal use as it's playing on your pc - or just record the parts you want to record, so you're not filling up your storage with stuff you're not likely to watch again d) piracy - as in posting a site's content in forums or other places without their permission is still fucked up and whatever a site's business model happens to be, and whether that site is being clear or not, it's still on you as to whether you're being an asshole and forcing a site to raise their prices to survive. e) one can't reasonably complain about the rate of updates at Adult Time - 10 on the 7th, 11 on the 6th, 14 on the 5th, etc - far higher than any other site I can think of these days.
As with most of the sites that are added to Adult Time, such as Femjoy, the content on Adult Time is only a fraction of the content on the site itself.
Having been a member of Adult Time for over a year, there are basically 2 tiers of sites that are hooked up with Adult Time. There are the Gamma-related sites (Devil's Film, 21st Sextury, the Adult Time original sites) where all of the individual site's content is on Adult Time, then there are the huge number of now-added sites where they add a scene now and then, but not the totality of what is on the site if you join that site directly. I think it's cool to get a sample of so many different sites, but I don't agree with the characterization that Adult Time would be the only subscription one would need if you're a big fan of the sites being sampled.
The quality on remastered stuff seems to really depend on how high-res the original was and what the original release was. Phil-flash has been doing some remastered releases of his 90's stuff with babes like Next Door Nikki, Tiffany Teen, etc. The vids don't look all that great, but the photos look fucking fantastic. Other sites like ALS Scan that do remastered releases, they're rarely all that exciting. The colors and general richness of the images pale in comparison to the best of their next stuff. Most of what I see of older stuff that I'm interested in like Alex de Rezny stuff or Bruce Seven stuff, I don't see being released in any great quality and I doubt there's high demand for it because new stuff is being shot with equipment that makes it look so much better.
Are you saying that Adult Time doesn't have 4K videos? Because that's not correct. I'm looking at the 21 Erotic Anal video that was posted today and there are 8 different download options from 160 p to 4K. Adult Time is about adult sites trying to survive in the age of massive porn piracy. One thing that've very clear about the site is that the more channels they add, the less frequently individual channels update.
The site has about 8-9 updates per day even as the number of "channels" has increased to 225, which means that large numbers of these channels only every uploaded a very few videos and not very many channels update more than once every week or 2. But that's still a large amount of content, and in terms of video quality, today, for instance, there were 9 updates - 5 offer 4K downloads the others top out at 1080.
Pretty much all of the talkative PU people have been commenting and reviewing and forum-posting about Adult Time since they came on the scene so I think you're preaching to the converted here.
TS Divas, which is part of Adult Time, pretty consistently has some of the finest looking ladyboys that I've seen anywhere, and that sight updates ever 3-4 days. Transfixed is more of a series. They haven't blown me away with their performers, though they have 1 scene already with Khloe Kay, and they have another one scheduled weeks from now. Khloe's blow-away scene on the site, though, is one she did a year ago for Tranny Pros.
I don't believe that gay guys are the audience for TS material, though. From what I've seen, the audience for TS material is guys who consider themselves straight or somewhat bi-curious.
Adult Time seems determined to make their site into a must-join site whatever your tastes. They have now added content from Joymii to their site. They now are averaging 6-8 updates a day with lots of girl/girl stuff, lots of boy/girl anal stuff, frequent TS updates, really good Euro stuff. If they still don't have whatever would make you need to join their site, give them a couple of weeks. They'll probably add it.
As Sevrin suggests, e-mails to the 21 Sextury Support are the best way to clear up confusion about what sites are/are not/will/will not be part of networks. They're pretty responsive.
Or you can just look closely at the home pages, which are actually pretty complete and accurate.

Nobody that can't deal with the mosaic used in the vast majority of Japanese porn should ever join a Japanese porn site. I'm not a fan of All Japanese Pass because they split up the original DVD's into individual scenes in a rather haphazard fashion and you're never able to see the original DVDs, but the mosaic is a fact of life for any site that is posting authentic Japanese porn. I haven't been on their site in years, so I can't comment on how easy it is to look for "uncensored" as a member. I fail to see how anybody is being forced to look at photos that you don't want to look at. That's the great things with photos. You spend times with the photos that you want to spend time with.
