I chose the 10-50 gig option. As RB said, with HD vid increasingly prevalent, it's rare that a vid that I want to dl is less than 1 gig - and though I'm not someone that joins a site to vacuum the contents as quickly as possible, and I like pics as much as, or more than, vids, if you download a few vids a day, it adds up quickly.
