You should make that fact a separate comment, BadMrFrosty, because the fact a site stopped updating in 2008 is a major factor in the value of a site or network. It would certainly stop most people from choosing any membership that went beyond one month.
A comment gives the fact greater prominence than if it's buried in a reply to a comment. :)

-This is a MILF site.(In today's world, America's favorite pastime is one's mother, not the girl next door that Playboy made famous).
-Site updates once a week with 1 DVD scene.
-content: over 125 clips/scenes.
-scenes about 13 to 42 minutes long.
-screenshots, 40-90 nice-sized screenshots to clearly illustrate each scene.
-No DRM.

Cons:

I'm not an IT professional by any means. I can turn a PC on and off, and that's about the limit of my tech knowledge. (I can also click a mouse at the screen, and hope that will accomplish whatever it is I want to do).
But CCBill is one of the better payment processors, in my opinion. I've always had a good experience dealing with them. They send confirming emails when I subscribe or cancel a membership, which seems to be rare today. And it's nice to be able to search their site for membership information.

I certainly understand your frustration. But instead of blaming CCBill, the problem seems to me more with the paysite. The few times I ever had to contact CCBill customer support, it seemed to me I got courteous agents who tried to be helpful. CCBill can only do so much, they are only a billing agent, they don't have complete control of the account.
I've had problems with paysites in the past. But I don't blame CCBill for those problems. I think CCBill is a positive factor for me in joining a site, because I know that it will be easy to cancel a membership.

If you haven't been a member of this site before, and you like softcore teen photography in the style of Met-Art, you will probably like this site as well. High quality, glossy style softcore teen photos. They also have videos, with some that are HD. But the main draw is the photosets.
I've stated my opinion on Met-art videos several times on the PU forums, and in my review of Met-art. And my opinion of Met-art videos has changed very little over the years. The Met-art videos have improved quite a bit since the first videos they posted, many years ago, on a technical basis. But almost all Met-art videos are, in spite of lovely young models, boring and a waste of time to watch. Met-art has created an artform in boring videos of naked, lovely young girls. What a wasted effort.
The erotic and sensual value of most Met-art videos is close to zero.
If it's a contest, I'd say that Nubiles and X-art have much more erotic vids than Met-art and MPL Studios. Nubiles has softcore and hardcore, the same with X-art, but the X-art approach is more softcore erotic, even when doing hardcore.

Totally agree. I mentioned in a comment over a year ago that the site was very expensive, and wondered if there was a discount available. But there is no easy way to get a discount to this site.
It would be very difficult to find any site where the videos are less erotic than Met-art videos. The main value of Met-art is in the massive collection (and massive updating) of their softcore teen photosets. MPL has very fine photosets, as well, but in much smaller numbers, than Met-art. I agree the MPL videos are slightly more erotic than the Met-art videos. But I have not really found any softcore teen site where I thought the videos were truly erotic. For me, it's much easier finding erotic softcore teen photosets, than to find erotic softcore teen videos. There are many fine sites that feature teen glamor photos. But I have not found any site that has, for me, outstandingly erotic softcore teen videos.
Edit01: But X-art, which has become more hardcore lately (not truly hardcore, but definitely not the softcore it used to be), has extremely fine quality videos. Lovely girls, fine lighting, professional camera-work.
