At 10 Kb/s, a single high quality video clip could easily take 10 to 15 hours to download. Are you sure the download speed is that slow? When I had dialup, my download speed was usually between 1 and 4 Kb/s, but that was dialup. I could never go back to those speeds if I wanted to download photosets or video clips. It would drive me crazy.

But based on what's out there, VideoBox appears to be one of the best DVD sites available, especially considering the low monthly membership price.
So I think it's reasonable to give the site a very high score, based on extensive site contents + ease of access + low membership price.

I'm not a member, but the non-member preview works fine. I have no problem at all logging on to the non-member area of the site, and looking at the different pages. So the site servers seem to be OK, as far as I can tell.
American Vice has "a series with midgets and some deformed guy". That's what I would call a really specialized niche. Personally, I prefer regular boy-girl videos, or even girl-girl videos, to watching a midget or some deformed guy.

I don't know how much practical advice you will find if you read those threads, but maybe it would pay you to skim them. If nothing else, you will find that other PU members are as angry as you at having to pay higher prices than U.S. members pay.
The prices you show are much higher in Germany than in the US. You are being charged around 43% higher prices for the same membership (some memberships you are being charged an even higher premium than 43%).
