If nothing else, you can value Twistys as an archive site because of the huge amount of past content.
But it will be interesting to see how the new content changes. I never liked Brazzers. What I'm hoping to see is a new Twistys with a slightly harder edge. But still keeping the glamor-style. With good-looking models.
Maybe Twistys was trying to give you a subtle hint with their emails they are sorry to see you gone. I feel kinda lonesome myself, because I hardly ever get emails from my porn sites saying that I've been missed. I do get a ton of spam emails, some of which are supposedly sent from my own email address (a type of spoofing).

I assume very few people at PU took Diesel up on their $70 upgrade.
Diesel lacks a page inside or outside the site, spelling out the terms of service, which would list the cost of the upgrade to diamond status, that I can find.
Diesel network (Wow Girls, Wow Porn, and All Fine Girls) now offers members a choice of streaming only or streaming with downloads.

-Vendo is the default biller. I'm more used to CCBill and Epoch, which make cancelling easy. But I've been billed by Vendo many times over the years, and never had a problem with them.

-The main strength of the site is the level of attractiveness of the models: the models range from attractive to gorgeous. The prices listed at PU might not be 100% accurate: Ultra Films is running an Easter holiday special, that, according to the site text, is for a very limited time:

So whether the prices will jump back up when the special ends, it might.
Or they can keep running the special discount for however long they want.
(I've heard of going-out-of-business sales that have lasted for years.)

For me, since I watch on a laptop, or sometimes on a desktop monitor, the 480p is the one I normally use, because I can't really tell a visual improvement at the higher definitions.
And saving a file at 480p definitely saves a lot of storage space over 4K.
BOTTOM LINE(START OF):
If you like the models at All Fine Girls, Wow Girls, Wow Porn, you will find the same girls at Ultra Films.

The photosets are basically screenshots of the each video, but in good quality. Not like the screen shots from years ago, which were poor quality.
The site which started around 2018, is still new. But it has a fair amount of content:

-With the recent reduction in price, I think the cons are basically minor.
You get access to a site filled with teens that range from attractive to gorgeous.
The videos are professionally shot, and you can watch online or download with no limits.
If the prices go back up, I'd wait for a holiday special discount, where the 1-year price is cut about 50%.
I think the site is worth joining, especially at a reduced price.
If you like the All Fine Girls, Wow Girls, Wow Porn site, the Ultra Films site is more of the same.
Note: although some sites tout 4K content, in the last few years, it's become more common at porn sites. The All Fine Girls, Wow Girls, Wow Porn sites feature 4K content, and it comes with a standard membership. You don't have to pay extra for it, unlike some porn sites, which do charge extra for viewing and downloading in 4K.
Very thorough review with a nice personal flavor. Agree that cheesy music can be annoying. I like if a model gets off, as long as it looks real or believable. The fake moans and groans are a turn-off.
Call meta billing, tell them you cancelled and are still being billed.
If that doesn't work, call your credit card company and tell them you are being billed after you already cancelled. That any charges from that site are fraudulent. If need be, cancel your old credit card account, and the credit card company should give you a new account number, without any charges to you for the new account.
The Roku 3 model says it's HDTV only.
The other, cheaper models of the Roku say they work with virtually any TV.
I'm surprised that the most expensive model only works with HDTVs.

1. Mostly low quality bargain basement porn.
2. Hard sorting the good quality from the bad because there is so much bad quality.

The video files you don't like for their "low quality" are low quality as regards bitrate.
Whether you've been spoiled or whatever, it's wonderful to be able to watch a video and see it with good to great definition, which takes a higher bitrate than what is available on many older videos.
A lot of "DVD" quality videos are not really very good quality, especially if you want to watch them full-screen.
I don't like watching videos that are fuzzy or unclear. Most PU members don't either.

Edit01: Watching a video in a smaller window makes the video appear clearer. The poor quality is not as noticeable.
The high bitrate videos you think are poor quality might have been remastered (?, not sure what the correct term is) from lower bitrate videos, without really improving the original video.
Someone like Toadsith is an expert in this area, and could give you a complete and accurate explanation of your problem.
What is the total bitrate of the video files you think are low quality? It could be that the files you think should be high quality are much lower in quality (bitrate) than you are expecting.
Bitrate is a major factor in the quality of a video, although there are certainly other factors.
