The usual response from tech support is none. Rarely do I get a fast response. The last fast response I got was no help at all, it indicated tech support did not understand what I thought was a good explanation of a simple problem. I don't know if tech support did not understand English, or did not bother trying to understand my email request and just sent a form answer that was not helpful for my problem.
I have found a fast, helpful answer from tech support is rare.
But I only use tech support only sometimes, when I have a problem. If I used tech support more often, maybe I would have more positive experiences with it.
So my most common experience with tech support is no response (tech support appears to be dead or unoccupied or missing in action).

Thanks, Denner, rearadmiral, my review was honest, but maybe some PU members will enjoy the videos at this site. My tastes are far softer than many PU members, even though I do find some hardcore that I enjoy. I like many Pierre Woodman videos, even though I think he is sometimes abusive to the girls. I was looking at one model at this site, a lovely teenager (I'm not a member, I was looking at the preview area), I looked the model up on the internet, and it turns out the model is now in her early thirties. Japanese girls can look much younger than their real age, but this photo was taken many years ago, when the girl was still a teenager.
She's not the only model who has pictures taken 5-10+ years ago that are posted at this site.
As long as you have a good understanding of what the site contents will be before you join this site, you might be satisfied with your membership.

Not a member of this site. At least some of the models listed are famous Japanese models who are/were completely non-nude. Aya Ueto and Aya Hirayama, for example, are famous models who have appeared in bathing suits, but that is as much skin as they have ever shown.

Good review. The site has a number of attractive teen-early 20s models. But a lot of these models are starting to blur together in my mind. I just don't get the sense of "Wow" that I used to from my early days of looking at nude photos. Metart, which is softcore, and has a huge number of models and photosets, does give me some sets where the model comes across as super attractive.
slutty, the reason I gave the site an extra-low score was because I could not see a lot of the material. I need to download the video file before I can view it. And after downloading a couple of video files, I was not able to download any complete files because the download would stop after downloading about 1 GB (the file would be incomplete). And you can't play a partial file, you need the entire file to unzip it to get a playable file. So my experience with this site was very frustrating.
Obviously, if you did not encounter the problems I did (made worse by my slow DSL download speed of 150 KB/s), then you would score the site higher than I did.

You can't get a good idea of what
the models look like until you play the video. The photosets should give an excellent idea of what the model looks like, but they mostly don't.
Instead of giving clear photos of the face and body of the model, the photos focus on the "action", the girl being tied or abused or whatever, but you can't see her face or body very clearly in most photos. It's just lousy photography. And in many cases, you are not able to tell the model in 2 different videos is the same girl, because you don't get a clear idea of her face and body.
The videos are too long. A single sex scene can last 20-60 minutes. Beyond 20 minutes, I think people tend to lose interest, find the action boring, repetitive, dull. This is
not a movie with a plot, where you have brief sex scenes along the way. Instead, it's a single sex scene that loses it's impact after you watch
the scene for 10 or 20 minutes.
This is basically dull spanking porn.
My fantasy, to improve the videos, would be to have some guy in a leather costume and mask, come into the scene, and bash the male model who is
doing the spanking, with a metal baseball bat. The girl could jump up and down, screaming, "My hero, my lord", until the spanker is unconscious or dead. Then the girl could give her hero a bj or whatever to finish the scene.
This would serve to add color to the scene (the red blood), plus serve as a break in the dull sex scene, and lead to renewed interest in the next
