Some of the lost stuff, especially photo sets, can happen or the photographer goes belly up and never sells his wares to production houses. However, what you usually see is the "rejects" or second rate stuff from a scene. So, I guess it depends but as a general rule I don't really believe it when I hear it.

Personally I would like to see more DRM, fewer updates, more expensive sites, more guys and production staff talking during vids, smaller pics and ISP's and sites charging by the kb for every single download .... oh wait, nevermind, I was applying the 2007 US investment banker economic model to my analysis.

I was trolling for new sites to hit and found that 18yearsold (part of the network) is available along with 5 other sites for $18 on a TBP offer. The TBP stats say there are no hi rez pics so I was wondering if the hi rez pics you noted apply throughout the site (including 18yearsold) or just on some sites and roughly how far back in time the high rez pics go back to. Thanks.

I've sort of avoided this site because they use mostly nonexclusive material from what I've seen on tgp sites and the tour. This makes me even less likely to sign up.

It varies a lot but as a matter of caution I try to cancel at least one week before expiration on a monthly and ASAP on trials. I just want to make sure that the cancellation gets processed and acknowledged before the rebill cycle. So far this has never let me down.

I just stuck my own review of the network up on this site (the Reality Pass HD) earlier today. You must have gotten better speeds because I was only getting about 150 to 160 kb/sec which was sort of a killer for me. Agreed that Mandy is cute but overall I felt the network needed some help. If they could beef up their search function and download speeds this could be a pretty decent site.

I find this strange to say but the nonexclusive content is what makes this site, not their original stuff and that ain't saying much. Here's the breakdown:
ORIGINAL CONTENT: 5 sites all link together. Pics come in at 800x1200 and all have zips - pics appear to be HD screen caps and aren't as complete as the vids. Vids come in streaming, 820x480 and 1280x720 HD and include clips and full scenes. The download speeds suck, around 150 kb/sec. The 820 and 1280 sized vids (roughly 700 mb and 1 gig in size) are almost impossible to download due to the length of time it takes. The quality is only average. You get iffy lighting and production but and the girls are teens/20's but only average looking. There is only one update each week between the five sites. Most only have about 12 sets so far.
NONEXCLUSIVE MATERIAL: This was the best part of the site. There are literally 1000's of photos sets and vids from about 15 to 20 production houses. You also get access to 380 DVDS but those are pretty old titles. Three big problems here. First, navigation is a pain. You can only jump 5 pages at most - not cool when dealing with this volume. Second, search is limited. You can search by about 20 categories. Then you can search by tags within categories. Tags and categories and model directory are all incomplete and sometimes mixed up (you get teens in the MILF section, some HC sets don't appear in the HC category, etc.) Also, porn stars who have multiple names require multiple searches - no cross referencing. Third, you don' know what you're getting unto you dig into it. Pic sizes range from 600 to 2500, you can only find out by clicking on pics to see what you can get before you try to zip or view further. Vids are similar, you don't know if it's partial scenes or full scenes and the quality and sizes are all over the board (no HD nonexclusive vids though). Couple this "hunt and peck" search method with the slow speeds and it's a royal pain in the ass.
As a plus, you get a lot of major production stuff (at times it looked like a Twistys or PaulMarkham or LegSex clone site) and you get Devils Film shots and other good stuff. So there is good stuff there but you have to spend a lot of time looking for it although you can search by production house if you want.
If they shelled out some coin for some servers and bandwidth and improved their search and navigation this site could easily score in the 80's. As it exists now, I can't really recommend it. If you do join you get the option of a $10 per month for life discount when you cancel but there's nothing here you can't really see within the trial period unless you plan on downloading a lot ... in which case it may take your lifetime to get it all ;) |

Just to let you know they are the same thing. They just use the two names as part of a marketing operation. As for pricing, welcome to the newest porn trend of regional pricing. Being from the states I can't say if you're stuck shelling out 20 pounds or not. I recently got a deal for $10 a month by linking through another site. Good luck hunting down a deal. You might also consider looking for a deal on Mofos.com. That is the newest brazzer's network. It's small at this time but you might find some deals on it. Good luck.

I haven't bought a skin mag in over a decade at this point. Why spend the $$ on it when for the same price you can get a website membership with a hell of a lot more content.
The sad part about the demise of the skin mag is/will be the little extras like the stupid yet funny "Letters to Penthouse", the cartoons, and some of the articles. In other words, the overall entertainment content of the mags is now being replaced by the more one dimensional world of downloads. I'm not complaining but it's just another aspect of life that's disappearing.

This is one I'd stay away from. They are part of the "usual suspects" lineup of 3rd party content that appear as bonus sites on a lot of other sites. From what I've seen on their bonus offerings the quality isn't that hot (clips only and smallish pics) and neither are the chicks. I've gotten a few keeper sets but nothing that could reasonably amount to an interest in actually joining the site.

It's a decent network but what just cheeses me off is their lack of interest in photos. 800x600? If it's 1998 that's fine but not any more. They do have an unbeatable backlog of vids to choose from though which is attractive.

I'm currently a Brazzer's member and have seen all the hype they've been pushing on Mofos. From looking at the tour it basically just looks like a Brazzer's clone in terms of quality (aka - average at best). Apparently they're just trying to up their revenue streams by pushing another network you have to pay for. Frankly, they should just raise their price on the Brazzer's site and add more content but maybe their bean counters figured that this route would create more money overall. I think I'm sort of done with Brazzer's so the new offerings don't tempt me too much.

Weeeeeee! I'll be the spoiler and say "maybe". Has Wittyguy been drinking too much eggnog you ask? No, I'm mainly about the pictures. If they have good sized and good quality pics in a genre that I like then I would definitely give consideration to joining even with vids being stream only.
Basically these poll results validates my point (and others certainly) that stream is/will become the next DRM alternative.
