While I don't have a specific rubber or latex thing, I am into BDSM and rubber and latex get used a lot so I have a lot of it in my collection by default. I'll look forward to more reviews on sites that promote that fetish. I'm certainly not disinterested in the niche and might just follow your recommendataions. When TBP posted Screw Box in the “What’s Hot” list recently for an amazing price I took the plunge without doing a lot of homework. I figured that since the price was only $10 USD and it billed through Epoch then I wasn’t taking much of a risk even if the site turned out to be a dud. But not only is this site definitely NOT a dud, it’s been added to my (admittedly long) list of sites to regularly rejoin. I’m an avid porn collector who values quality over quantity and while this site isn't small it also isn't nearly as big as a megasite but the quality here more than makes up for that.
I normally like to give some indication of what type of porn a site offers but this site is hard to pin down. It’s certainly a site that tries to appeal to a wide audience. While that often means that a site ends up satisfying no one, Screw Box may be a rare exception to that rule. I mostly download B/G scenes and the ones here are hot and well shot. I infrequently download lesbian scenes and rarely download solo scenes so when I say that they are hot too that’s something you can take to the bank.
If there is a consistent theme in the site it can be summed up as being exclusive scenes starring some of the hottest talent in the business (female and male) with high production values. The scenes all have a playful nature to them which, in my opinion, adds to the heat and overall value of the site.
As I stated above, this site tries to hit all the highlights of mainstream porn. Admittedly, you shouldn’t join expecting hard BDSM on the fringes but if you like regular porn done well then you should look at this site. The site has a great mix of B/G, G/G and solo and features a range of American and Eastern European / Russian models. The common feature of the models is that they are all A-list and all hot. Even within the B/G scenes there is some variance with 11 scenes currently having anal in them.
The site makes use of tags and applies them to the standard things, like the type of scene (lesbian, for example). Oddly there is no tag for the B/G scenes. That’s not really a big deal because the site is well laid out so finding those is relatively easy. Otherwise the tags make finding specific interests easy. There is also an effective search function too.
Currently there are 116 scenes uploaded with a new scene being added approximately every four days. As of now there are 47 solo scenes and 19 lesbian scenes so that should mean there are 50 B/G scenes.
The site also has a separate page with eight BTS scenes on offer. I like BTS stuff and what’s offered here is very good. We get to see a glimpse of each model’s personality and the fun they had preparing for their scenes.
The site offers four resolutions for downloads, all of which are in MP4 format. On offer are 640x360 (1500kb/s), 854x480 (3000kb/s), 1280x720 (5000kb/s) and 1920x1080 (8000kb/s). All are 30fps. I downloaded a mix of the 720p and 1080p and both look good on a 24” monitor and a 50” TV. I’ve complained about other sites that have multiple resolutions but have a wide chasm between the top two choices because a member then has to trade off quality versus an enormous file size. That isn't the case here as the site has chosen to make the progression up the resolution ladder a series of logical steps.
Photos are also offered and it was no surprise to me that they are high quality too. They are 3000x2000 and available as zips or singles. I rarely collect photos but I found myself downloading several sets here because they are high quality, creatively shot and feature models I like.
The site supports download managers (I use IDM) and I found the download speeds to be on par with or slightly better than what I see on similar sites. I didn’t find any restrictions or limits.
The worst news (especially if you didn’t take advantage of the offer) is that the $10 price was only good for a short time. It is now listed at the full price of $30. Let’s hope that Amanda and the gang here can persuade the site owners to throw us another bone once in a while or maybe even a standing discount. Even $20 would be a good value.
Noting the above limited-time deal, I scored the site on the full $30 price. If we had a standing discount the value of the membership would be greatly improved and I wouldn’t hesitate to score it in the low 90s.
The bottom line? This is a great site that offers 100+ scenes of some amazing exclusive porn with some of the best talent working today. The site offers a broad mix of porn so there is something for almost everyone. At the full membership fee I’d call this a good value but if we’re ever offered another generous discount the site becomes an amazing value. Better still would be if Screw Box was able to offer some permanent discount to TBP/PU. |

I think you have a valid point. I was looking at this narrowly from the perspective that a bisexual man would likely prefer to see a B/B/G scene where the two guys also interact sexually. But you're right in that a bisexual guy could easily enjoy this site. The only thing I can think of to counter this is that the woman really plays a secondary role in the scenes and most people might like to see her getting pleasure too.
Maybe the best thing for me is to stop trying to figure this site out and just enjoy it.

This is easily one of the most unusual sites I’ve ever joined since becoming an active porn site subscriber more than 20 years ago. The site’s tagline gives an indication as to what the site is about: “Finally… The Focus is on Him!” This is a site where the male talent takes centre stage; it is a complete reversal from most of the porn I am used to.
I have to confess that I really can’t figure out who this site is targeted at. Couples? Gay men? Bi men? It isn’t couples-oriented as I’ll detail below. Gay men would not necessarily have any interest in a porn site featuring exclusively heterosexual sex even if the male was the focus. Bisexual men wouldn’t have an interest in this site either since all of the scenes are strictly B/G. I’m still stumped by this.
The scenes all tend to follow a set formula. I have no issue with sites that follow formulas as long as they work and aren’t intrusive. In my opinion, the formula works on this site.
Each scene starts off with the male posing solo while dressed. The camera alternates between pulling back and close ups. The male starts to undress and we get close ups of the guy in his underwear showing off his erect cock through the cloth. Eventually the underwear comes off and the camera gets lengthy close ups of the guy’s cock.
Next the female talent comes in but her role is secondary as the camera remains focused primarily on the male. In most cases the female goes behind the guy and reaches around to stroke his cock – which we see in close ups as well. The female will then pour oil on the male as he stands there and she rubs it in and gives him a bit of a massage. We see close-ups of this too.
Up next are three actions that indicate that this is not couples-oriented porn. While standing, the female licks the guy’s armpits. The male model then lies down on a bed and the female spends at least five minutes licking the guy’s feet and sucking his toes. In all cases this is done with a great deal of passion. Following the foot worship every scene then moves to a lengthy rimming session. In some instances the rimming can last more than 10 minutes and uses multiple positions.
After the rimming the woman performs oral on the guy for a while. Following that, there is vaginal sex in most of the usual positions. This isn’t rough sex but the camera does tend to focus more on the male than the female. In many scenes the sex is interrupted for more oral and/or more rimming. In almost all of the scenes the cumshot occurs in the missionary position with the guy kneeling. The guy pulls out and ejaculates on the woman’s stomach. It’s fair to say that the cumshot is like a POV from the woman’s perspective.
If anyone is wondering, the reason I joined this site is because I’m a big fan of F-on-M rimming and this site offers a lot of it and it is well performed and shot. I’m a satisfied subscriber from this perspective.

Each scene is offered in streaming and downloads. Both streaming and downloads are available in 480p, 720p, 1080p and downloads are also available in 4K resolution. I downloaded the 1080p files and the bitrate is 7000kb/s.
Photos (1066x1600 and 2000x3000) and screen caps are available as singles or zips. Keep in mind with the photos that they also focus on the male.
I found download speeds to be excellent and had no problem using a download manager to queue the scenes. I didn’t find any download limits but, admittedly, this is a small site and I would have been surprised to hit a limit with the small number of scenes available at this time.
The site bills through Netbilling. I’ve joined other sites through them before and don’t recall having any significant issues with cancellation.
The bottom line is that this is a great site. It’s potential downside is that it won’t have broad appeal. Apart from the site’s focus on the male, this is standard porn and is worth checking out. While the site is small, it is growing quickly and with the TBP discount it is a good value. The scenes are well shot and feature well-known models. The preview pages give a good indication of what the site offers so I recommend checking it out. You might like what you see. |

The offer I had was definitely for $39. I wonder why there is a difference? Maybe you're a better customer than I am? Maybe their database figured I'd need less persuasion. It might also be some sort of regional pricing too. Maybe only U.S. residents got the $29 offer. That doesn't make any sense though, since it doesn't cost Kink any more to allow a Canadian or a New Zealander full access for the $29 U.S. price.
I suspect if I emailed Kink to ask them why they've made the same offer at different prices they'd just ignore that one.

I usually avoid taking email deals because what's offered is, at best, the TBP/PU discount so I join through TPB/PU so they get any referral fee. But in this case the offer was just too good to refuse. I signed up for the $39 access to every site and if I read it correctly that is the recurring price for future months too. I don't normally hang around sites longer than one month but this deal is so good I might just never leave. This is likely a great marketing plan for Kink.
On a negative note, I still can't stand their new site look. The old look was dated but far more user-friendly.

For those who know Kink.com’s sites, Sex and Submission needs no introduction. S+S is one of their older sites and dates back nine years. All Kink’s sites focus on consensual BDSM play with each site adding a twist. Here the twist is sex. That may seem self-evident, but many of Kink’s sites don’t have a lot of actual sex and when they do it is secondary to the specific niche. Here the sex is front and center. The sex isn’t plain vanilla though, as there is always an element of D/s play and sex while in bondage or restraint. Kink.com is, in my opinion, the best BDSM company operating today.
For those unfamiliar with Kink, don’t confuse them with “Abuse” sites. Those sites seem to revel in making the model miserable. Kink is the opposite: the models get to explore this facet of their sexuality in a controlled environment and it is clearly all about their pleasure. It’s hard to explain, but this isn’t misogynistic BDSM.
As with other Kink sites, this one goes out of its way to ensure that the model fully consents to the play. There is an interview in each one where the scene is discussed and the safe word is made known. I know there are some who reject this approach and think that the consent itself is forced, but there is no evidence to support that position. One factor that, in my opinion, speaks well for Kink’s professionalism are the numbers of A-list stars who shoot scenes here, and many of them shoot multiple scenes. I suspect that if Kink coerced the models that no A-list star would work for them, let alone shoot multiple scenes. Adding to this position is the fact that many of the A-listers are definitely not fetish models.
The site currently has 480 scenes. Older scenes start with an interview and jump right into the action. Newer scenes are scenario-based which can add to the heat. There is bondage in several positions, with sex in most of them. If the model does anal, there is usually some anal. The scenes close with an interview which can be interesting to watch to see what the model liked about the shoot. The average length of the scenes is a little over an hour. The scenes can’t be said to meet usual standards in that Kink.com sets those standards. Set creation and production values are the best there are. For scenes that strive have a dark feel about them, they succeed but they don’t look actually dark. They are all well light, shot and edited.
The site updates with one new scene being added per week.
As with all Kink sites there are a lot of options to watch the scenes. (Obviously the older scenes have fewer options) There is streaming in four available resolutions. Downloads are available for portable devices, in WMV and MP4 formats. Each of those offers a choice of resolutions. I opt for the highest quality MP4s and those come in at 1280x720, 5000kb/s and 29fps. My experience with the next largest is that they are 960x540 at 1500kb/s. A few of the older scenes appear to have been remastered to a higher quality, but some haven’t. The highest resolution for some of the older scenes is 640x480 at 825 kb/s, but keep in mind that these were shot in 2005 so they were up to standard then..
Another difference exists between the oldest and newer scenes on the site. When Kink first started the scenes were relatively simple: ropes, chains, spreader bars, etc. were common implements. As Kink matured the scenes became a lot more innovative in the means to bind the models. Kink clearly has some creative minds at work. A majority of the scenes are innovative and very interesting.
Photos are available, though this is really a video site so those are secondary. I don’t collect those so I have no information on them.
Download managers work for queuing scenes. I found the links timed out at about an hour, which is reasonable.
Kink.com isn’t a network so each site requires a membership. The good news is that when you’re a member to one site you get a discounted price for the others. I usually take advantage of this by joining the cheapest site I want at the full price and then get the discounted price on the others. I’m on their mailing list but haven’t seen an offer in several years.
The bottom line on this site is simple: if you have any interest in this niche you should seriously consider joining. For the price, you get access to almost 500 scenes, regular updates and many big-name porn stars doing some interesting fetish work for the best company in the BDSM business. The scenes look great, the bondage gear is innovative and the models really seem to enjoy the play. This is an excellent value and I highly recommend it. |

I agree completely that Sex and Submission is really different from Fucking Machines in that it si so much easier for the directors to keep S+S fresh and interesting. The Sasha Grey scene and the Kat scene are still among my all-time favourite porn scenes.
Like you, I look for email discounts, but I think the site (and all Kink sites) are worth the $30 per month. The production values are much higher than most other sites.

I agree with you. Most times I skip those. My guess is that the reason for these interviews is 75% law and 25% because Kink does try to be a better network than most. They seem really woman-friendly and want to promote that. I know the average woman would think I was insane for saying that, but it really is woman-friendly. These site are all about showing women with certain fetishes getting off on those fetishes. I do like some of the post-scene interviews where the model sits there and talks about what she liked about the scene. That could suffice for compliance I suspect.
Other BDSM sites don't use the interview as much, if at all. Society SM comes to mind.

It's sad that porn, or maybe erotica is a better term for this kind of material, has to chase a dollar and go to the lowest common denominator. I like a fairly wide range of porn and my collection has a lot of this 'softer' stuff. I like the more natural feel and timing to it. It has a sensuality to it that the hard stuff (purposely) lacks. There's more than enough hard stuff out there; I hope those of us who appreciate the artcore sites can persuade them to go back to their original purpose.

I'm a fan of artcore/glamcore sites too but I haven't joined any in several months. I wasn't aware that Sex Art even existed. I also wasn't aware that a lot of sites I like have been shifting to a 'harder' model. What I like about these kinds of sites is the connection between the models that adds so much sensuality. I also like that the scenes aren't hour-long endurance tests. I hope existing members challenge the site owners and cause them to go back to the softer stuff.
One question - when you say the scenes are 'dark' do you mean the actual lighting or the mood? Or both?

Thanks for commenting. Almost all the later scenes are shot in a pool so the safety issues would be less I think. If anything goes wrong the models are no more than a few feet from the surface. The ocean SCUBA scenes are a different matter though.
On a related note, some of these stars can hold their breath for a loooong time. It gets hard to watch it they can stay under so long.

I have a thing for porn shot anywhere near or in water so I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a site that seemed to cater to that niche. While this review will focus on Sex Underwater I’ll give some details on the other sites that come bundled with the network.
The premise of the site is fairly simple, and the title really sums it up: think of this as standard boy/girl sex that you’d see on other sites, but these scenes are all shot underwater. The majority of the scenes feature the talent simply holding their breath in a pool but there are scenes with SCUBA and supplied air. In the scenes with no air source but the surface the site edits out all the bobbing to the surface for air that the talent has to do. Some of the scenes are shot in the ocean. One thing to note is that these scenes are really quite normal apart from the unique location: this isn’t rough sex and bondage – the water isn’t used as part of some D/s play.
One thing that did surprise me when I saw it was how different the human body looks underwater. I can’t really describe it in detail, but the female form looks amazing when you add buoyancy.
This isn’t an amateur site since there are a lot of A-list models who appear here.
There are currently 300+ scenes. I can’t give an exact number because the site layout is very basic and I’d have to count all of them. The update schedule is a bit sporadic but it appears to add one scene every two weeks. The newest scenes offer some choices for file types and resolutions. The site lists MP4s as being available in 320x180, 640x360 and 1280x720. WMV is available in 960x540. I’d normally download the 1280x720 MP4s but I had a problem with all of them. I will fully admit that this may be my issue since I’m not technologically inclined, but the 1280x720 MP4s all came in m4a format and that caused problems for me on playback. Because of that I downloaded the 960x540 WMVs. The resolution is accurate though the bitrate varies a lot with the file. Some are 1600kb/s while others are 6000. Frame rates vary too (23, 29, 59) and I have no idea why a site would have such variability. Subjectively the scenes look okay.
Unfortunately things change for the worse as the videos get older. Prior to July 2012 there is no option in file type or size and in most cases the scene is broken into two segments. Then, prior to 2008 things get almost unwatchable. Maybe underwater cameras are the limit, but it seems that if you were going to all the trouble to produce this unique content that you’d invest in a better camera.
While I was able to use a download manager I did encounter a few problems. When trying to queue scenes I’d get an error message even though the queue would download.
The network comes with four other water-themed sites:
• Underwater Glamour – This site features mostly solo scenes with a focus on eroticism. There are some girl/girl scenes though. There are currently 70+ scenes here but as they aren’t dated I can’t tell if new ones are ever added. By the resolutions on the scenes (1200x640) I’m guessing that the scenes are at least a few years old.
• Grope-Cam – This is a lot like Underwater Glamour but a little harder in that the female gets groped by an underwater male. There are some sex toys used and there are some BJ scenes. There are currently 250+ scenes and it looks like it updates with a new scene each week.
• Underwater Bath Tub Girls – Another unique site where the premise is a model lying on her back, submerged, in a bathtub with water while masturbating. The theme is eroticism again, not domination. There are currently 24 scenes though the last update was seven months ago. Resolutions are 720x480.
• Mist of Water – I’m not sure how to describe this site, so I’ll just quote their tag line: “Water soaked women, clinging hair, sheer see-through clothes, underwater buoyancy.” That pretty much sums it up. There are five photo shoots and two videos (640x480).
I don’t download photos but it seems that this site could be of interest to those who do. Most scenes offer both videos and photos but like the videos the photos are just average quality. There are some at 1600x2400 but you don’t have to look too hard to find lower than that. They’re available as zips.
So would I recommend this site? Yes, but as long as you know what the site’s weaknesses are. For one, this is really just a hardcore boy/girl site and there’s no shortage of those around. The difference here is obviously that the scenes are shot underwater. If that interests you then you have very few choices and your choices may be as simple as take it or leave it. The biggest flaw in the site is the low resolution videos and photos. This is a site that offers a lot of unique content with some of the hottest stars in the business but their video and photo offerings aren’t up to standard. So the site gets a qualified recommendation. |

Great review. I currently have a membership to a sister-site, Infernal Restraints and really like that but I wish it had more sex. Because of that I figured I'd join Sexually Broken but not I'm not so sure. You may have saved me $30. I like Sex and Submission and will probably head back there instead. One beef that I have with this company's sites is that Sexually Broken uses pretty much the same sets as Infernal Restraints, and the same models (from what I can see on the SB preview pages), yet Infernal Restraints is likely among the most expensive sites on the web at $65/month. I have no idea why they charge less than half that for a similar site that actually has more sex.
