Please note that I’m writing this as a review of the network and won’t drill down into the sub-sites much. The main network gives access to all the scenes in the sub-sites and the sub-sites aren’t clearly differentiated in the porn they offer anyway.
Cherry Pimps is a huge network that currently has in excess of 6100 scenes available with a few that date back 15 years. The site updates with at least one scene being added daily and in many cases two scenes are added per day.
The scenes offered here are mostly generic porn. That’s not a bad thing but if you like a particular kink you may or may not find scenes here to your liking. There are solo, lesbian, boy/girl and combinations of models available here. The scenes I downloaded and watched are all well produced. This is most definitely not an amateur operation.
While this isn’t unique to this network a relatively rare type of scene are the ones shot live and also made available for download. These are done as solos and as boy/girl scenes. I like these as they allow the viewers to see the model’s personality and we get to see her interacting with fans too. I didn’t participate in any actual live shows so I can’t speak for connection speed but if the downloadable videos are any indication these are high quality.
All of the scenes are available for streaming or download. Both streaming and downloads are available in different resolutions. Not surprisingly, the older scenes have fewer options while the new scenes are available in resolutions suitable for a phone all the way up to 4K. I prefer 720p as a balance between quality and file size and I found those to be crisp with no video issues. The 720p files have a bitrate of 5000 kb/s and a frame rate of 30 fps.
A network this large would be cumbersome if the site wasn’t well laid out and had options to sort through it all. I’m happy to say that Cherry Pimps has many options to sort through their scenes and all work well. The network allows you to sort by upload date and by model. There are useful tags for the most frequent porn niches. They also offer ‘channels’ which allow you to sort by scenes in a particular niche. The most common niches, anal, for example, are here but they also offer more obscure niches like food play, glasses and high heels. There is also a search function that works well.
I used a download manager to queue scenes and had no problems with it.
One issue I did have is that download speeds varied quite a lot. There were some times when my downloads were very fast but occasionally I’d download a scene and only get 25% of the speed I’d normally see. One more frequent issue is that the page links and download links would take long to load. On rare occasions the link took so long that it timed out. While annoying when it happened, it wasn’t so bad that it would be a deal breaker for me.
TBP/PU offers a discount to the network. Even without a discount the network would be an excellent value but when you factor it in this becomes one of the best values in the business.
The network bills through Epoch so you know your CC info is safe and cancelling is easy when you want to do that.
The bottom line is that this is a mega network that has never been on my radar in all my years of buying online porn and I’m glad I finally took the plunge. While the porn is relatively generic that’s probably why the network has been so successful. Rather than aim for a small niche, Cherry Pimps aims for the heart of the market where the bulk of the subscribers are. And even though the porn is generic there are enough scenes in other niches to keep most people happy. The network is huge and going back through the scenes is a walk back in time through the careers of many A-list models. The network is well organized and the scenes are professionally shot.
I’m definitely recommending Cherry Pimps. Don’t be like me and wait 15 years to check it out. |

I’m a big Amber Rayne fan and was hoping that this site would give me access to a lot of unique content but it doesn’t do that. My suspicion is that this is simply content licenced from a studio that the webmasters lumped together under the “Club Amber Rayne” title. As a fan of Amber’s work and being pretty familiar with her career, she certainly seems like a model who wouldn’t give less than 100% on a site she actually had some control over which leads me to believe that pat362 and mbaya are correct in assuming that Amber really has no hand in this site. As any fan of Amber knows, her career is pretty diverse – with some serious fetish stuff going on – and this site gives no real indication of that. Apart from a few anal sex scenes there is nothing to even hint that Amber has a side to her that is anything but mainstream.
For a site that has been operating for a while it is extremely small. When mbaya reviewed the site over two years ago he reported that it had 28 scenes. In the 25 months since that review there have only been 12 scenes added. There are no dates given with the scenes so it may be that the site stopped updating quite a while ago.
The scenes that are available are fairly good, though they aren’t really representative of Amber’s career. There is a mix of solo material with toys, some b/g scenes, a couple of b/b/g and b/g/g scenes and several behind-the-scenes and interview clips. Most of the hardcore material doesn’t appear to be exclusive though I can’t say that for certain.
The technical bits are okay, but not great. Most videos are only available in one format (wmv) and in two sizes (low and higher resolution).
Navigation is pretty basic, but then with only 40 scenes there is no need to have anything that is more than basic. Thumbnails for each scene are really small and not of much use.
Many of the scenes also have photos available. The photos are available as a zip.
Bottom line is that even though there are no other Amber Rayne sites out there, this one isn’t worth the price. There isn’t much material here and what is here doesn’t give a good example of how diverse Amber’s career really is. The only real advantage to this site is access to some interview material that is interesting, but maybe not exclusive. This is only a site for die-hard Amber fans. |

I have no idea what, if any, affiliation exists between Met Art and Club Met Art but aside from that question the obvious question is why would anyone join CMA when MA is larger and cheaper due to the TBP discount?
When I reviewed Met Art a while ago I scored it high objectively because it is a great site and offers great material. But subjectively it really wasn’t a site that offered what I like. I like hardcore videos and Met Art is more softcore than I prefer. Club Met Art is essentially the same but smaller.
The site currently has 600 photo sets, 1200 videos and features 320 different models. Most of the models are Eastern European and Russian, all are stunningly beautiful and the common look is young and petite. You won’t find a lot of tattoos and silicone on this site.
The photo sets and videos are either solo or lesbian though the solo stuff is much more frequent. One thing I really like is that many of the scenes and photo sets are shot outdoors.
The videos are all relatively short with the longest hitting 10 minutes. The oldest videos on the site date from 2004 so you can’t expect 2016 resolutions and bitrates from them. The newest videos are available in several sizes. There are lower resolution DivX/AVI and WMV files offered and then there are MP4s in 270p, 360p, 720p and 1080p. I downloaded the 1080p files and the bitrates are a bit lower than I’d expect of a site like this. The highest bitrates only hit 5,000kb/s with most lower than that. The videos are updated but not on a regular schedule. It does look like that there is a new video added approximately every three or four days.
Oddly, the photo sets only date back to 2015. The good news is that means that the photos are all available in three resolutions: high (5616x3744), medium (1365x2048) and low (682x1024). The photo sets seem to update daily with the addition of three or four sets added each day.
The site supports download managers and I had no problem with links timing out. I saw average download speeds.
The site doesn’t have a search function but uses tags. The tags aren't consistent though.
A minor annoyance for me is that on the video page the scenes are named for the scene and the model name isn't given there. You have to open the scene link to determine who the model is. Also, on the model page there is no easy way to tell if the link is to a video or photo set.
Apart from the fact that this isn't porn I’d normally collect the site is decent and is growing. The only reason that I wouldn’t recommend joining if you like this kind of porn is because the Met Art itself, where all of the Club Met Art material comes from, is larger and less expensive. With that factored in, CMA isn't a good value. |

I agree. For a while I downloaded 1920x1080 when available but I came to the realization that for most of my viewing getting 1280x720 made more sense and takes up a lot less room. But I refuse to join sites now that only have poor resolution, which means that I won't join a lot of sites with mostly older material, and after having been a regular customer of Videobox over the past seven or eight years I won't be going back to them either. Of course, with VB, the crappy resolution is just one of many problems there now.

Probably the biggest advantage to coming to TBP / PU for me is that it is now rare that I make a mistake and join a crappy site or feel cheated. The information here and at TBP at least lets me know what I'm getting. One thing I always look at now is the scene resolution. There are several sites I'd like to join but won't because the file resolution is too low.

I find that studio sites can be a gamble. For every one like Evil Angel that does it well, there are ten that come up short. Club Red Light is lumped in with the majority of studio sites and continues the tradition of being mediocre.
Most people will know the Red Light District studio well since they have been around for more than a decade and their material is widely available on DVD sites. As a mainstream porn studio they cover all of the regular niches. Their offerings are almost exclusively gonzo and are harder-edged. This really isn’t couples porn.
The site markets itself as a network by creating different niche ‘sites.’ But since the scenes are all from RLD DVDs and are all available on the main page then it really can’t be treated as a network. (While CRL is the name of the network, it is also a separate site within the network.)

One caveat when counting the scenes: I have no idea because they aren’t labelled as such, but some of the scenes only offer photos and no videos. Another caveat on updates: you’ll note that the last update on the entire site was three weeks ago. Many of the sites haven’t updated in months. I won’t be the one to call for last rites, but maybe we need a porn priest on speed dial.
I really can’t understand why a studio who produces DVDs wouldn’t structure their website around those DVDs. To make matters worse, while some of the sites have some RLD series names, and the sites have scenes from that series, there are additional scenes in there too making it harder to sort. For others like me who have a large porn collection, not identifying the DVD title means that I inevitably downloaded a lot of scenes that I already had.
Apart from not having the scenes associated with their respective DVDs, the site is laid out in a logical manner. The main site shows thumbnails for 24 scenes per page spanning all the ‘sites. Opening one of the thumbnails brings you to that scene’s page where you can stream, download the scene (if video is available) and the photos.
There seems to be a point in March, 2008 when they started offering higher resolutions. Prior to that date the scenes were offered as WMVs in 640x480 and lower. I realize that a lot of these scenes weren’t filmed in good resolution so I can’t fault the site for this, but they are pretty poor quality. When higher resolutions were offered starting in 2008 they were first WMVs at 1280x720 at 4000 kb/s. A problem though, is that even though some of the scenes uploaded after 2008 are labelled “HD” on the thumbnail, they still only come in at 640x480. With file data not provided the best gauge for guessing resolution is file size. The last two years saw another change with the file type switching to MP4. For the past two years the files are offered as an “MP4 High” and an “MP4 Medium.” The “High” are 1920x1080 at 5000kb/s and 29fps. They look good, but not as crisp as on some other sites. The “Medium” are 960x540 at 3000kb/s and 29fps. I know this will sound really fussy on my part, but I do wish they offered 1280x720 to bridge the gap.
While there are photos offered (and singles or zips) there are only a few low-res photos offered with each scene, and some of those are screencaps.
The site supports download managers and I had no trouble with links timing out. Download speeds were good. I experienced a problem the first few days of my membership with the site crashing and giving me an “internal server error” message. Usually going back to the site and logging in resolved it. It hasn’t happened in the past few days so it may have been a temporary glitch.
I found that I had downloaded several scenes where the video and audio were not in sync. It may have been that with bad luck I stumbled on the few like that, but it is more likely that this occurs in other scenes too.
The bottom line is that this is a site that could have been great but isn’t. RLD makes some great porn but the cons really outweigh the pros here. Add to this that the site may be dying and I am certain that I won’t be back. The only people I’d recommend the site to would be a person who is just starting to buy and collect online porn and doesn’t already have many RLD titles. |

I agree that the price is right. I think what detracted from the site a bit for me was that I wasn't aware that there would be so much overlap with other sites. Because of this I had a lot of the stuff already.

I can’t really explain why I waited so long to join this mega site but now that I have I wish I had more information. I hope that my comments might make PU reader more informed about what the site has to offer. Club Seventeen is a generic porn site that focuses on young models (18 to early 20s) and covers all of the main porn niches that you’d expect. The site is pretty good but is much better for the casual porn collector rather than the serious porn hoarder like me. I’ll start with the bad news.
I think the biggest drawback to the site is that most, if not all, of the material here is non-exclusive. The vast majority of the models are Eastern European and Russian and having subscribed to many EE/Russian model sites over the years I saw a lot of repeats. This isn't all bad since joining this site gives you access to a lot of porn from other sites so this may be a cost-effective way to get some popular EE/Russian models.
The bad news about joining to get stuff from specific models is that the site seems to pretty much make up model names as they go along. Yes, I know that EE/Russian models change their names more often than American models change their socks but most of the model names here don’t line up with any known aliases for these models. There are several dozen American pornstars on the site too and even they have made up names. So if you’re looking for a specific model you’ll likely be going on facial recognition.
The site offers some ‘bonus’ material from other porn sites. It is clearly identified when it is part of the bonus and the original site is also identified. While it is possible to see this as advertising since you can join the ‘bonus’ site through Club Seventeen you should note that it is more than an ad because you are giving streaming access to those scenes. (It should be noted that Club Seventeen doesn’t use the same trick that Bang Bros is notorious for and when you click on a bonus here you are not deemed to have joined the additional site and have it billed to your card.)
The site has a lot going for it too. For one thing, it’s huge. There are over 3100 models here with almost 5000 videos and almost 8500 photo sets. For the subscription fee (with a great TBP discount, BTW) this is an amazing value for your porn dollars.
The site updates daily with multiple uploads per day. Both videos and photos are added each day.
The site offers a lot for both video and photo collectors. Overall the video quality is better than average. All the newer videos are available to be streamed or downloaded in multiple resolutions, most often in 540p, 720p and 1080p. I downloaded the 1080p videos because the file sizes were reasonable and bitrates for those varied from 12,000 to 8,000 kb/s. Older videos can top out at 1280x720 with bitrates around 5,000 kb/s. The really old videos (the site started in 2000) are mostly 540p but that’s to be expected.
Photos are available as zips and as singles. I don’t collect photos but the newest sets (dating back about a year) are offered with a 2667x4000 resolution. They look great. Older sets are lower resolutions obviously.
One feature I like is that the site shows you the videos and photo sets that will be released over the coming two weeks.
The site allows download managers and I had no problems using IDM. The links didn’t time out quickly. I didn’t find any download limit either and I downloaded 70GB in a day with no issues.
As for a recommendation, the answer is both yes and maybe. I’d definitely recommend a membership here to someone who dabbles in porn collecting. For the casual collector this site offers a huge amount of non-exclusive porn on an easy-to-use site with an amazing discounted price. This is likely one of the best values available. But I think the answer has to be different for the serious porn collector: I think the best I can say is that a serious collector may want to consider joining. The reason I say that for the serious collector is that you may find that you already have a lot of what’s offered here and if you’re trying to add scenes and photos of your favorite models you’ll be frustrated that the names are made up. But even for the serious collector, this is an amazing deal. So count that as a conditional recommendation and if you join you’re at least aware of what you’ll get, and what limitations there are, when you do. |

I remember several years ago another webmaster told how he'd post new material and within hours it was on tube sites and torrents. I'm aware that Hollywood is able to compensate for piracy by just building in some costs for it, but obviously they have the economies of scale to do that. A small, unique site like your obviously doesn't have Hollywood studio money to throw at piracy. This is wishful thinking, but in a perfect world we'd have access to DRM-free porn at a reasonable price and the pirates would be out of business.

You have my apology. When I took the time to read the reviews more thoroughly it became obvious that they were the real deal. Every site has some things people don't like and the reviewers point out a few of the negatives too. I doubt that a fake review would do that.
I hope that getting some reviews here generates some new memberships for your site. Cosplay isn't my thing, but it does look to be an interesting site and your models look great.

For you as a webmaster, that must be frustrating to see. Most of us here take a dim view of piracy and realize that for new and interesting porn to be made people need to be paid for their efforts. I can boast that of my many terabytes of porn, not one byte is pirated. I'm sure I'm not alone here.
